I have ordered two products on 24th sept 2017. Full payment of rs 641 paid by credit card. Company commits to deliver product by 30th of sept. Today on 03rd oct status of order pending review. I called many on customer care nos and mail. But there was no response from yene nor my order gets cancelled. I mobile app dosen't allow me to do so. Please tell what can i do in this condition. its difficult to track our order.

    Can not find any status of above orders on yepme website or on yepme app.
    Customer care no. Never pick up, you cant talk even after waiting for more than 1 hrs. After that phone will automatically disconnect.
    You cant file any complaint on yepme app because it flashes a message "you can not place an online complaint on this order as your payment for the order id 33894558/33900330 was not processed successfully. Please contact customer care[protected] for further assistance."
    By dialing this number it replies as this number does not exist.
    I think yepme.com is fraud company. It needs legal action against company ceo.

Order status shows ready for dispatch. All customercare no. Respond nothing. I tried to contact yepme too many times but disappointed at end. Please deliver my order or refund my money.

      It is nice to see some commenication from your end. If it is possible availability of order, you may reconsider for delivery instead of refund. Please confirm and respond soon whatever possible from yepme end. It will be better if telephonic conversation is possible.

      I have order a Yepme brown loafer on 18th September 2017. I have pay Rs.259/- on net banking. Order ID is 33881474. Tracking ID is GRW380660 But the item not delivered. I have see the status that is the "order is rejected" why is order is rejected? what can I do ? how to refund my cash Rs.259/-. Please reply immediately.

        I have placed my order on 25 september 2017 and expected delivery date was 1 october 2017 but not delivered yet...

        I have already made my payment as well. Worst thing is no one answering the call from customer care... Call goes for 15 mins and disconnected. Many attempts made and no use.

          I had complaint many times on your yepme customer care but no response from your side. I returned two orders (Order id 33754544 and[protected] in may and june respectively. I still didn't get any refund from you. I also tried to convert it into yepme credit but you didn't do that also. I tried calling to your customer but they receive the phone in 1:30 min, 1hr, or not less than 1hr. I have screenshot of waiting time on your yepme customer care. I am attaching one of the screenshot of waiting period on customer care. One day i called and wait for your customer care to pock my phone for more than 2 hrs. And even then your yepme did not picked my phone. There is no one on your side to even listen to my complaint. I am your regular customer. But after this i really much disappointed from you. Its just frustrating to ask again again about my refund status. No response from your side.

          Kindly refund my money or transfer it in my yepme credit so that i can even use it.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes from yepme.com on 4th september 2017 and it didn't even get dispatched till 8th september and the expected delivery date was 8th september only.
                  So i complaint against yepme on www.consumercomplaints.in and they told that shoes are out of stock and they will refund the money in 14-21 days but it has 22 days and they have not refunded my money yet i payed the amount through paytm and it takes only second to refund the money to e-wallets.
                  Yepme.com is just making fool of everyone and eating everyone's money i want my refund as soon as possible it is hard earned money it is not supposed to be eaten by these fraud cheaters this way.

                  I am going to file a complaint against this bloody fraud site in consumer court bow if they do not refund my money within 3, 4 days...
                  I am waiting for my refund from last 4 month's. I am getting mentally harrass. The CEO is also not interested for any concern.

                    I had bought shoes from yepme mobile app on 15th aug'2017.
                    The product was supposed to be delivered between 7days. But the order got cancelled from yepme's end on 8th day. Also even after cancellation of order, yepme doesn't care to even inform the customer. Its the customer who has to find out why the order is cancelled.
                    On top of that they do not give refunds.
                    I have been following up with yepme for than a month, around 45-50 days, but updates. I have raised complaints on their app. But no updates only we receive a text message mentioning the complain no.
                    Also the call center is a pain. The customer has to wait for hours and hours to talk to an executive. Also the customer care no. Is not a toll free no. It adds up to the customer's mobile bill.
                    So with so many follow ups yepme should at least have some courtesy to reply and update their customers.

                    Very dissatisfied and disappointed with yepme

                    Need an action on this on urgent basis

                    It has been more than 15days after this post was replied by Yepme, but still Yepme has not contacted me.
                    Cannot see the things moving forward at Yepme's end.
                    Seems Yepme is now being into the category of Fraud merchants.

                    Would request people not to buy products from Yepme.com

                    Yepme need an urgent closure with refund.

                    The order was given on May 17/9/2017, but this order has not reached me. Order Dispatch in the order statement shows that Joe's call centers call. That will be settled within two days, but no action has been taken yet. Also, I have been deceived. I have made payment online. My order no 33880149.

                        I am also facing the same problem for my Order ID: 33818047 dt. 5th August 2017.
                        Till date - 2 months to GO, neither refunding nor picking up calls,
                        only got repeated message from yepme stating "forwarded to the concerned department since 31st August 2017".

                        Horrible customer service from Yepme!

                          I ordered a pair of sports shoes from yepme.com app on 24 september 2017 and paid online for it. The payment for the product is debited from my account and it showed that the delivery will be done till 28 september 2017.
                          But i have not received any confirmation mail or messages from yepme.com
                          And i have not been delivered my product. On calling on their customer care number nobody picks up the call, moreover it shows that order status is pending review so i cannot even add complaint on their website for my product.                             Yesterday i have tried for two orders of watches. For both the orders money debited from my wallet. I have tried to contact the customer care today evening at 6.34pm, after waiting for 26 minutes a computer reply came that now we are closed, the timing is 10am to 7 pm and phone disconnected.
                            Now there is no way to know the status of our order/refund of debited money.

                              I booked 2 pair of shoes on 18/09/2017 from yepme and paid online, my order id is #33881611 and name is nilesh balar but i didn't receive any order confirmation mail after placing order.
                              My expected order delivery date was 24/09/2017 but till yet i didn't get any information about my order, also from the first day it is continuously showing despatch is pending. I tried to contact customer care from past 5 days but no one is responding to calls.
                              Please look into this matter and respond aa soon as possible...

                              My oreder no is 33278721 was placed on 12 sept with pre payment and last date of delivery was 18 sept courier service was DTDC they didnt msg me at all and order returned to yepme and now customer care is not picking up my call want my money back or replace my order
                              Changed the product and bad product no replies customer care 2days calling any time the number alwsays show busy company upload those number no any replies any number company is not
                              Intrasted in receive customer care number company is only interested in take order and money they are not interested provide any service after receiving money thanks

                                After a lot of struggel i got a complaint response from yepme saying that order id. 33887861 is wrong. The following attachment is the screenshot and here are my complaint order id and mobile number.

                                I made credit type payment to yepme on an order and the order failed but amount was debited from my paytm wallet more than 72 hours passed and i got a replay saying that my order doesn't even exist.

                                  Hi, yepme, i have ordered a shirt from your estore with order 33886307, after ordering i have not received any confirmation or email regarding, when i have checked the status of order it is showing that the order is pending for verification and same status is being continued from last 5 days. Can i know the reason why such status is being updated inspite of paying amount by applying my yepme gift voucher, the order is not getting confirmed not i am unable to use the gift voucher to buy another product. I have tried to reach yepme customer care representative and you representatives will never pick the customers calls, i have also sent mails regarding this issue, but i have not got any response regarding this.. Now i want the product to be delivered within two days or give me a new yepme voucher..

                                  hi yepme, i have got the shirt from yepme, thanks for shipping the product, i will never again buy anything from yepme after this worst experience...
                                  You f## king a** holes You have canceled my order I want my gift card refund..For order no. 33871282. Your customer care no is not answerable. And u haven't response for any mail. BC 4000 is nothing for you but for me its equal to 4 lakh so I want my money back... Or Call me at [protected] ASAP.

                                    I placed an order on 24th september 2017 at 5 pm and made the payment of rs. 1927/- through paytm. It showed as failure and the order status was 'verification pending'. But now the order status shows as 'rejected' but i haven't got my money back. I have been calling your customer care but nobody responds. How can i get my money back.

                                      I placed an order (Id no.[protected] on 02.08.17 and paid through my sbi credit card. But product no delivered to me and after few days order status shows as rejected without any reason. I've been calling to customer care no.[protected] since then but there is nobody to answer. It's really very disappointing at least they should call the customer.
