I placed an order on[protected] from ph no [protected] and paid amount online
Yepme cancelled my order for no reason and now they are not refunding the amount. I cannot see my order on their site also.42 days have passed and i haven't been able to contact them. No one from customer care picks up the call. I have been trying to contact them from so long. Yepme is a fraud company never buying again form them. Please help me

    Hi,
    I had ordered products in yepme and order # 33824330 with amount # 1118/- for men shoes and ladies slippers order placed on 12th aug 2017 but order has been cancelled and no intimation given to me and i'm trying to reach customer care of yepme and no one picking up the call, sent number of mails and all mails bounced back stating receipt mailbox is full..

    I request you to refund my money back and keep me informed about the same, its almost the month now and no information given from yepme.com and it's such an pathetic situation for me. Yepme.com i had purchased lot of products in past also and never experienced this type of behaviour.

      In this regard i have already complained thrice (On dated jul 4, 2017, aug, 02 2017 and september 05, 2017) which was closed by you after the response (Not solution) got from yepme.com. The last message, they even not responded till date. The details are :-

      I have ordered 3 items from yepme (Order id[protected] on dated 11.05.2017). On 15.05.2017 the products deliverd on which the yepme men's chronograph watch white/black is not worked so i was return it on dated 18.05.2017.
      On 28.06.2017 i have received the product as per their return policy. (On their website, they didn't update they deliver the product, nor they refund the cost of courier (Which is written on their site). The watch design was awesome but the watch once again not working. (The second and minute pins in the watch is stuck).
      I have complained the status on 04.07.2017 through consumercomplaints.in which they respond. As per the message they have been arranged a reverse pickup from their end through delhivery.com and assured the refund within 14 to 24 days.

      The delhivery courier awb no. [protected] dated 08.07.2017 and the product received by yepme on 13.07.2017. (As per the delhivery couriers.) but till date yepme people doesn't contact me till date nor the amount (Including the return i was arranged) given back. This is the first time yepme.com providing me this type of pathetic service.

          I booked 2 pair of shoes on 19/09/2017 from yepme and paid online, my order id is #33882225 and name is chetenya varshney but i didn't receive any order confirmation mail after placing order.
          My expected order delivery date was 23/09/2017 but till yet i didn't get any information about my order, also from the first day it is continuously showing despatch is pending. I tried to contact customer care from past 5 days but no one is responding to calls.
          Please look into this matter and respond aa soon as possible.

            I ordered a watch order no. 33528384 on 16 april 2017 and payed 698 rupees for that and cancelled the order o the same day . But yepme has not provided refund to me till now. Its been very long and i complained to them throug emails and twitter but all in vain . Please help so that i can get refund soon.

                    I paid the amount through debit card.the amount i paod was Rs 498.my order no 33880740.tried calling the customer care and it was of no use nobody atended the call their mail inbox is also full.there is no intimation from their part regarding the cancellation of my order and the refund.

                    Yupme canclled my 3 orders in the row
                    All the orders above 2000 rupees i paid the amount through internet
                    Still struglling for refund

                            I made an order last where my order# is 33866142 while i was tracking to check the status, it was showing that my order is cancelled, which is fine. But they have to make sure to get the amount refunded, i submitted my complain two times nd also at least they have to respond back on customer care number.                               You have been fooled and cheated and you are not the only one. Many people have been cheated. Just search for yepme complaints in this forum and you will know. Now you need to file complaint with indian government consumer helpline against yepme like many have done.

                                  I made an order last where my order# is 33871255. While i was tracking to check the status, it was showing that my order is cancelled, which is fine. But they have to make sure to get the amount refunded

                                  At least they have to respond back on customer care number, they kept on holding me for more than one hour, worst thing is finally i was not able to get connected. This is really annoying and cheating the customers.

                                  I sincerely advice everyone not to waste your money investing on yepme

                                  We need someone to take an action immediately.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have order product from yep on 09-sep-2017, it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days, when i login to check order status, my order is totally vanished, i have the confirmation message on my mobile number. I tried calling customer care but no body is picking. Whats is happening.

                                    My order id is 33868459. Please suggest what should i do in this case, is this some kind of fraud going on??

                                      Yepme have not delivered the products so the company have to refund the amount at my bank but it doesn't happened. So, i the customer request him to refund the amount as soon as possible my order no. Is 33733773 dt - 06/06/2017 which was cancelled by yepme on 14/06/2017 he said that the products which you have ordered was not in stock so your order has been cancelled. I the customer request him to refund my amount at my bank as soon as possible.

                                        I have been trying to call your customer care number from last 4 days but nobody picks up the call, you put me on hold for hours but it never gets connected-it is kind of harassment to the customer who shop from
                                        Yepme-this is highly disappointing.
                                        I have placed order number 33871901 and 33871909, however i have received order number 33871901 after raising complaint but have got the smaller size of the footwear.br...
