I have ordered 2 diffrent watches on diffrent 2 email id the order [protected]@gmail.com order id[protected] and [protected]@gmail.com order id[protected] and it's estimated delivery date is tomorrow 22 sep. But order was still not dispatched.. and order was not cancelling also .. I have my refund .. I try to contact customer care but call was not connected what can I do..Sir please think about that I am belongs from very poor family.

Neither i attempt a case on this site..

      Received the product on 16/09/17 ( Quick delivery!!!) Thanks to GATI
      I opened the product and stunned to see pair of two 6size casual shoes..

        Yepme has dispatched this material through gati courier on 23rd sep 2017.

        Gati tracking no –[protected]

        Courier should have delivered on 26th august 2017 in mumbai but till date, it is not received and below email received from gati that shipment is non-traceable and informed to take up the matter with shipper.

        As such i am requesting you to please refund my amount at the earliest.

          I have ordered something from yepme.com with order id "33871366" on (Sep 11, 2017). I received confirmation sms also for this product that it will be delivered.
          I paid for my order online with paytm wallet.

          But after few days i checked for tracking it says that "order rejected" and no response from yepme.com. I tried to call customer care but they are always not picking up the phone.

          Still i not get refunded my money and no response from yepme.com...

            For the order id 33759520, i return the product and they accepted but refund amount received. Many times called customer care there is no response. I think this is the world worst customer care. The same already raised a complaint and the number is 3038839. Almost 3 months gone. Many times called customer care just it going ti the queue. Kindly refund the amount asap.

              Placed order on 6th july 2017, order number[protected]Stoles). But the company cancelled the order due to disputes on some items. Now the problem is that i haven't received any refund yet. I have called many times but it didn't connect (Except once during which the service boy told me that i can convert the amount as coupon code to which i agreed). But still not get anything neither the amount nor the coupon code.

                My payment for an order dated 17th september 2017 for my registered number [protected] was successfully placed but i got a message stating that the order could not be verified and customer care executive will call within 48 hours to verify your order. But there is no call and the order is not showing in the order section also. Tried calling their worst customer service and even after 10 minutes of wait. Nobody responded and i have to disconnect the all. It looks like they are cheating customers and not bothered to respond also. There is no email id mentioned. No recent updates on facebook page or the twitter page. But then how come they are selling their products on shopclues and paytm. : (

You are the people u cheat online yepme is a big company i wasn't accepting this type of worst service even the amazon return me the money by check but u are bloody liers did return me its 20 september, 2017 its almost 1 year and u still dont refund me rs.898.. I hope that my this action will work and u return me my money back to me as soon as possible... And dont make excuse as its in the and all..

                      I have been trying to call your customer care number from last 4 days but nobody picks up the call, you put me on hold for hours but it never gets connected-it is kind of harassment to the customer who shop from

                      Yepme-this is highly disappointing.

                      I have placed order number 33871901 and 33871909, however i have received order number 33871901 after raising complaint but have got the smaller size of the footwear.

                      Now i want to return order number[protected]due to smaller size and want my money back asap-how can i do that as i can’t find anything on the website to return the product.

                      And for my other order 33871909, i would like you to cancel my order as haven’t received any kind of msg or confirmation when will i get it hence i don’t need it anymore.

                      Please refund my money (419+419=838) for both the orders as i have paid via credit card.

                      Also please confirm when will i get my refund..?

                      Sir im swapnil from nagpur. Apne last 3 month se mera refund nahi kiya hai . Ajj apko call bhi nahi lag raha hai now im going to police station and complent abot ur company. Ur cheater. Dont play like this to people . They are not stupid ok.
                      I placed an order on 03.09.2017. Order I'd is 33858190. I already paid for this order. Expected delivery date 12.09.2017. Order Status : Returned. When I called on yepme helpline number they are not answering calls. Please put some attention in this matter and send the things to me or Refund my money as early as possible. Thank you

                        Hello friends i am a regular buyer at yepme from more then 3 years i have been buying and using cloths and shoes etc from yep me even returned some products as well, their customer care is useless and it takes more then an hour to reach them and if by luck u get to talk to them they will put on hold for an hour again as they don't have any information,

                        Now for my complaint my order id 33816524 was placed on 3/8/2017 which was a pair of shoes for my dad, i had some points in my yepme account so i got an discount and paid about 250rs for the pair after making the online payment i was satisfied that i will receive the product in coming 10 days which as it was not my first time with yepme but when i checked my account on 10th i was surprised to know that the order was not even showing in my account i called the customer care and as i said before after an hour of wait somehow i get to talk to one executive and i was told that my order has been cancelled and i will get a refund in coming 20 days i was surprised as i did not receive any email or sms regarding this but there was nothing i can do.. Since then today is 19/9/2017 and i have called them many times and about 4 times i was able to talk to their executive but they simply said let me check the details and no one came back even after an hour thanks to jio i was able to make such long calls still now i don't think they want to return the money also i have seen some more complaints like mine online they are taking the money and then cancelling the orders without any intimation or information to the buyer and then they don't even provide any solution or refund basically now they are going to run away with the money i think the site will soon go down and they will stop operations here so beware guys don't buy on yepme even shopclues has a better customer care and policies then yepme..

                              I paid for my order online with a debit card. This is what they show "mode of payment: credit".

                              But after few days i checked for tracking it says that "order rejected" and no response from yepme.com. I tried to call customer care but they are always not picking up the phone.

                                  I placed an order on yepme.com on april 20, 2017, i canceled the order on same day that is 20th april, 2017 (Order no. 33555805, total amount: rs. 537). From then it\’s been a long i was asking about refund of my money. Every-time the promise to give me back my money. But did not give me my money back after 7 long months. So, i am telling everyone don't ever dare to buy anything from yepme.com. If you change your mind, will never get your money back.

I am really disappointed by your services. I did not receive any emails regarding my order neither did i reveive any call from your executive. On which basis did you reject my order without even informing or sending any mail or sms. I am not satisied with your services. When i tried to call on your customer care number no one did respond to it. I called several times to your courier agency gati as well. I did not get any response from both of you. I request you to send my parcel at the earliest possible.

                                      Item returned & received by yepme around 31 july 2017, but my refund is still pending, i tried several times to their customer service but very bad response and same reply from yepme. They are not refunding my money. I think i lost my money with yepme, i had a very bad experience with yepme. Whenever i tried to contact via their facebook page they always say same thing we will get back to you soon. It is around 2 months but no refund initiated by them. They are not picking up calls on their customer care no.[protected] after long waiting time you have to cancel the call. My worst experience of online shopping is with yepme before this i never faced this kind of prob. First i got damaged & defective product then i returned it and facing problems. So yepme i request you to please return my hard earned money, i returned your product as it is, & you should return my money.

                                        I placed my order on 15 june 2017 and made advance payment of inr 777.00 with my credit card. Order no is 33758123.

                                        When i called customer service for my product shipment status after a week, they replied that it was cancelled and refund will be done.

                                        It is more than 3 months since i placed my order and more than 1 month since i made this complaint but still waiting for my response. I keep on calling your customer service but they never get time to take my call. I am sending mails also but again no reply from your refund department. What should i do now?
