This fraud company has again cheated on my, i had placed an order on yepme on 10th august

I paid it via my dad's debit card, i jst cancelled that order as i had not put on a promo code on that order and placed a similar order immediately aftr 15 min. One cancelling my 1st order they should had made a refund into my dad's account in 21 days but they didn't! I made a consumer complain they replied over it so i thought thank god finally m getting my refund (As it was my dad's had earned money)
Then as i got assured that it's nothing fake, i placed another order for gifting my brother some clothes on he's birthday also he had to buy few so we placed an order on 8th sept

Today it's my brothers day n yet they haven't send the clothes, n nw they say that the order is cancelled were i didn't even cancelled it! So again they have eaten up my rs 2250
So a total of rs4063 has been taken from me, this is high time nw, i see so many complains against yepme on this site, please take some action please!!! N yes their consumer complain number there email id doesn't work!

Order number is not show that is a big problem. only For my ICICI Bank Transition ID [protected].
So Please recheck my Transition ID.
