I placed an order for on 14th sept for yepme formal shoes - black & paid the money through online payment bharat qr code,

Till some time, i did see the order with description that your order is ready to dispatch. When i raised a complaint, i didnt see the order anymore,

I tried 50 times calling customer care but no response. No body answers if one tries to contact customer care. I am really shocked to experience this after purchasing lot of items from this site.

Attach screenshot for transition icici bank. So please refund my money.

      I placed an order for on 3rd Sept for Yepme Stroke Sports Shoes - Black & Green & paid the money through online payment,
      Till some time, I did see the order with description that your order is ready to dispatch.
      When I raised a complaint, I didnt see the order anymore,
      I tried 100 times calling customer care but no response.No body answers if one tries to contact customer care. I am really shocked to experience this after purchasing lot of items from this site.

          This fraud company has again cheated on my, i had placed an order on yepme on 10th august

          I paid it via my dad's debit card, i jst cancelled that order as i had not put on a promo code on that order and placed a similar order immediately aftr 15 min. One cancelling my 1st order they should had made a refund into my dad's account in 21 days but they didn't! I made a consumer complain they replied over it so i thought thank god finally m getting my refund (As it was my dad's had earned money)
          Then as i got assured that it's nothing fake, i placed another order for gifting my brother some clothes on he's birthday also he had to buy few so we placed an order on 8th sept

          Today it's my brothers day n yet they haven't send the clothes, n nw they say that the order is cancelled were i didn't even cancelled it! So again they have eaten up my rs 2250
          So a total of rs4063 has been taken from me, this is high time nw, i see so many complains against yepme on this site, please take some action please!!! N yes their consumer complain number there email id doesn't work!

          By mistakly I have ordered this product. The order id is 33869232 and I tried calling yep me customer care but no response plz look after this matter and cancel my order. I have been order from ac of [protected]@gmail. Com three r four days before. The order is cash on delivery

            They might have cancelled the order but they haven't refunded my money, i paid online.

              I am rajesh i ordered sports shoes on[protected] and i paid 259₹ by online cash payment. I got one sms from yepme your product will be delivered in 6-8 days. After that i didn't get any information about my product by mail or sms. I had called many times to customer care service but my call on waiting not answering my call. Without intimation my product had been cancelled by yepme on[protected]. My order id number 33859922. I didn't get my refund back till today. I want my money back to my account. It is not good to cheating to the customers. I request you to consider my problem.

                Sir,

                I placed an order for shoes vide no. 33811568 on 30.07.2017. I raised a complaint for fast delivery vide no. 3032773 dated 6.8.2017. But in place of delivering the order, yepme cancelled my order and refund has not been given till date. Now the order is not even showing in 'my orders' section on the yepme app. I made subsequent complaints vide no. 3036301 dated 18.08.2017, no. 3037861 dated 24.8.2017 and no. 3039664 dated 3.9.2017.

                But despite all these e-mails, no one answered to my queries and no one from yepme called me till date. I even tried the customer care number[protected] for many times, but every time they are keeping me on hold for hours. I even wrote to [protected]@yepme.com twice, but no response so far.

                I posted a complaint on consumer complaints earlier on 3rd september, and yepme replied that they have forwarded my complaint to concerned department and said that they will contact me. But 12 days have passed and no one contacted me.

                Please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

                  In continuation to my complaint on 27.04.2017, 10.05.2017, 25.06.2017 and 13.07.2017 on this forum, i had requested the replacement of shoes for size 10. After much persuasion, complaints, the shoes were pricked up from my place on 17.05.2017. But i am yet to receive the replacement. This is not in accordance with good ethics of conducting business. I demand immediate replacement as the demanded price has already been paid. The order no is 33566195.
                  I must mention here that till now i has received only conformation emails form yepme and no actual solution to my problems has been reached so far.

                    Again a victim a poor service at yepme. It's surprising that even after follow up refund has not been made to my account.

                    Giving again the details and request to meke refund immediately to my bank account now.
                    'i had placed two orders of the same product for gifting one to my sister and have received the material of my other order id:33736848. Material is too bad and quality poor of both plazo and kurti, hence cancel the order id 33742202 and 33742201. Request to refund the amount immediately to my bank account rs 737/-.

                    Company says resolved on 31/6/17 but no one called neither money refunded. No one picks the call either.

                    No money refunded by yepme till date.

                    It's not resolved, where is the refund when the second order has not been received at our end. How it is posted as resolved. It seems that the company is a total fraud. Refund money. Refund immediately rs 737/- to my axis bank account. This is just unbearable and poorest service ever on online shopping. No one called and no one picking phone.
                    How the company is working. Yepme is cheating! Big one and taking other money for free without any service.

                        I placed an order with Yepme on 2nd September, 2017 amounting to Rs. 220 INR and on tracking after two days it was ready to shipped but on not getting any information or delivery of the product I tracked it on 12.09.17 and was shocked to find that the order has been rejected.                             I had ordered products in yepme and order # 33824330 with amount # 1118/- for men shoes and ladies slippers order placed on 12th aug 2017 but order has been cancelled and no intimation given to me and i'm trying to reach customer care of yepme and no one picking up the call, sent number of mails and all mails bounced back stating receipt mailbox is full..

                            I request you to refund my money back and keep me informed about the same, its almost the month now and no information given from yepme.com and it's such an pathetic situation for me. Yepme.com i had purchased lot of products in past also and never experienced this type of behaviour.

                              I placed an order 33870006 and used coupon code of rs 2000 for that. The order was of approx 2400, but the payment did not go through. I am unable to use my coupon again now and the order is also not received. It was mentioned in my account that order is placed. This is cheating on a customer and i am trying to contact yepme customer care with no response from them. I called 5 or 6 times waited for almost 2 hrs but no response. Raised a complaint but still now response. Can anyone help me

                                Dear yepme,

                                This is to remind you that i have purchased three t-shirts online. Cost was rs.1250/-.
                                I didn't find the quality of this product up to the mark. I returned the product through authorized courier service, for which i got a receipt also. This happened on may 6th 2017.

                                It's been more than four months that i have been waiting for the refund.

                                I made hundreds of calls to your customer care but all remain unanswered.

                                This is neither a good gesture of you nor a good experience for me.

                                This is high time that you do the needful otherwise i am bound to escalate this issue.

                                    Iam send a order to yepme order no 33708722 by online credit card amount rs 972. But order dosnot dispatch lot lot of customer care calls then they send me coupen code against rs 972 and i book a new order with coupon code with paybel amount rs119. New order no is 33826596 but this order not dispatch to me like last order and orders delet from my account.                                       Hi I have ordered a shoe from yep me on 05-09-17 but its not delivered also I did not got any mail regarding the successfulll order. I have ordered using my ID Email:[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].Request to check and get back to me.i have not get any order id to my mail or mobile.i have paid through online for this order amount was Rs.259.but did not get any update.am calling customer care but there was no response.Raised...

                                      I placed an order on 03.09.2017. Order I'd is 33858190. I already paid for this order. Expected delivery date 12.09.2017. Order Status : Returned. Not even inform to the customer. When I called on yepme helpline number they are not answering calls. Please put some attention in this matter and send the things to me or Refund my money as early as possible. Thank you
