I placed an order for on 14th sept for yepme formal shoes - black & paid the money through online payment bharat qr code,

Till some time, i did see the order with description that your order is ready to dispatch. When i raised a complaint, i didnt see the order anymore,

I tried 50 times calling customer care but no response. No body answers if one tries to contact customer care. I am really shocked to experience...

I had ordered a t shirt.. Order no is 33858711... This is a damaged product you delivered and looks very old and faded... I also wanted to complain through yepme app but i failed... Dont know why... May be this is a strategy of their web site... You promised to deliver good product... What is this. I dont want this...,... I want my money back......... Worst product......

I had order a pair of shoes after got the order the don't like so i decided to return it...but according to yepme policy customer self parcel the product to growth trading private limited...why we do this...no other shopping websites call us to do this...how irresponsible they are...and not even answering the calls...not feedback regarding filled complaints. my order number is 33870185...

But in place of delivering the order, yepme cancelled my order and refund has not been given till date. Again a victim a poor service at yepme. It's surprising that even after follow up refund has not been made to my account.

Giving again the details and request to meke refund immediately to my bank account now.
'i had placed two orders of the same product for gifting one to my sister and have received the material of my other order id:33736848. Material is too bad...

I have ordered for a black formal shoe order no.33865287 on dated 07/09/2017 and online payment was done successfully. I have received the sms also on successful payment of the order which stated to deliver the product in 8-10 days. I waited for the period but today when i checked my orders it doesn't even display the order.
Kindly look into the matter and if the order is not to be delivered please refund my amount.

I didn't find the quality of this product up to the mark. I returned the product through authorized courier service, for which i got a receipt also. This happened on may 6th 2017.
