    I placed an order with yepme dtd.2nd september, 2017 amounting to rs. 339 inr and on tracking after two days it was ready to shipped through gati courier services but on not getting any information or delivery of the product i tracked it yesterday (12.09.17) and was shocked to find that the order has been rejected. However no refund has been initiated for the same. I had been calling the customer care number but nobody receives the call at the other end after it is transferred. Kindly look into the matter and provide me a refund. The order number and details are attached herewith.

      I have ordered few items from yepme.com, which they have neither shipped nor refunding my paid amount. Im doing constant follow up since 30 aug 2017 and every single time they are just making fales commitment and today when i asked question about my money yepme cs said they will block me, what does it means, we have paid our money and we cant ask for that. Kindly look into this matter and refund my money into my bank account.

        I order running shoes on 5-9-2027 i got sms from yepme your product will be delivered in 6-8 days. I paid 259/- by online payment. After that i don't get any mail or sms from yepme.. I didn't get my order till today. And my ordered had been cancelled today by yepme. I'm calling customer care service but they don't answering my call. I want to return my payment. Why don't you take the response. I want an explanation for your irresponsibility.

          I ordered two numbers shoes on date[protected] through coupon code. My order id is 33848630. My mobile number is [protected]. Yepme sent the shoes through gati carrier (Tracking id[protected] on dt 2-9-2017 and received shoes on dt 9-9-2017. When i opened the packet one number shoes is present. Suddenly i call yepme customer. But they do not receive my call. Again i write all the matter through yepme mail id and sent it to yepme. I called so much time since last three days but no answer from yepme. They chitted every time. Already 2 times complaint given to you. Many time wrong shoe sent. Today one sent another not sent. But i ordered two numbers shoes. So please look this matter. But in bill yepme billing two numbers shoes.

            I was making an order back in 7th sep, 2017 and the product is yepme casual shoes - black (43582)|ypm[[ypmfoot9494]-size 7]. But somehow mistakenly the wrong product had been delivered in my address at 11/09/2017 at 1 pm. Which had been received by my mother. But now i want my actual order to be delivered on time or else please refund my money which i had already paid by debit card online transaction..

              Dear sir/madam
              This is an painful experience from your online shopping sites is that
              I had booked an order with number 33859387, prepaid rs. 419/- through net banking (Inb payu india ref. No. [protected]igabyobzc8) on 04/09/2017, but on 08/09/17 i again fill up an complaint through your website with complaint no 3040495. On that time my order status was ready to dispatched mode. Today i observed that the order is not showing in my account. Moreover no complaint are booking against my order. Several no. Of time i ringing your customer-care no. [protected] which charging at high rates but nobody entertaining. Please see the matter carefully and take necessary action.
              Another thing i would like to draw your attention that i had been purchased four (4) pair of shoes from your online shop having order no. S 33828003, 33846799, 33850225&33850684.in each time i have got sms of reward points but till now nothing showing in my account. Although i had been added complaint against these but no reply received.

                The issue has not been resolved yet since the past two months. I am still waiting for the refund.

                  I ordered a product at yepme and after payment, around 1 week later i found order been cancelled due to product unavailability - order 33811737.
                  When tried to contact them and after 1 hour or more line got connected and assured a refund. But even after 30+ days refund not processed. When checked on websites there been reported same issues for other customers. Please do needful to blacklist the site

                    Dear sir/mam i placed the order on 4th September 2017 and expected delivery date was 8th September but I haven't received it even on 12th September, and in my orders its showing no orders.
                    They might have cancelled the order but they haven't refunded my money, i paid online.
                    They said that they will process refund in 14 to 21 days but it takes hardly 3 days to refund the amount and i paid the bill through Paytm so it should hardly take a minute to process the refund Flipkart refunds the amount instantly but this YEPME SITE is making a fool i request you to take some major actions against this fraud site

                          I received gift voucher and placed an order and 2 times it got rejected and now again 3rd time again placed an order and this also got rejected.
                          When i make a call to your customer care it seeks to be receptionist transfer to consult dept which is in ivts but it is of no use where the call is going on for more than hour and no body has taken the call. Normally ivrs takes some time but in your case it is more than that and till date i am not receiving any email or sms regarding the placing an order. I didn't see the worst ever online shopping in my life. Really got frustrated and its a very very worst response from your end and its seems you guys are working for the sake and not for customer needs

                                I booked the order no 33734756 date 6.6.17 but this order has been canceled at your delivery problem. When i complained customer carethey said to me that they are arrange to refund. What is the reason that after two months i am not get my refund. When i contact to your customer care no reply. Sir how much take time for the process of refund.

                                  Hi, i ordered one product from yepme website, order number for the same was 33834018, but because of the size issue i did not like product, i had requested to return the product, so i was provided with the address to courrier it back at. The product however came back to me because of the wrong address issue, i sent the parcel twice as i found a new address but again courrier was sent back because of the same reason.
                                  Kindly provide me with the correct address, because i am not interested in keeping it and the the top is really expensive.

                                    I want a refund of rs.897/-, pending more than 1 month.

                                    Yepme avril shrug - green & yepme arianna cape - rust were placed online vide order id : 33818047 on 5th august 2017 price worth rs.897/-

                                    However, items were not received after awaiting weeks.
                                    On enquiry, the tracking no. [protected] confirmed the status as allocationfailed fd-x.

                                    Yepme customer no.[protected] was repeated call but no response. Other contact nos. Provided at website not at all working. Complaint raised at their facebook page on 30th august. Got repeated message replied stating "forwarded to the concerned department" from 31st august to 8th september 2017. Till date issues not yet resolved.

                                      I have order two pairs of shoes on 28th aug 17- in yepme online website and amount has been paid thru my card and got confirm with in 5days item will be delivered i have got sms, but still not yet received - when i check my order status it show your item is cancelled and amount is also not refund and from three days i am calling there customer care but no respond - order id : 33848441 and the customer care no which i am reaching is :[protected]

                                        Hi. I had ordered 3 pair of shoes & paid it online through an hdfc account online a sum of rs 1258 on 29th aug 2017. The order that was delivered is a packet of 2 shoes only of rs 733. I tried calling yepme customer service, but no response at all for any day that you call. I have held the line for good 1 hour at a stretch too.

                                        My order no is 33848250. My mobile no is [protected]. Kindly look into this else i will have to go for cyber fraud complaint.

                                        All, be careful . people in this website are all frauds. They will ask for bank details & will then do another online fraud. be extremely vigilant. They have made 5 call so far to me asking for my bank details.
