      It has been 12 days and i have not received refund yet yepme.com is just making me a fool around here it doesn't take more than 3 days to refund the amount.
      I request www.consumercomplaints.in to take a big action against this fraud site and there a lot of complaints on playstore, Facebook, Twitter, youtube etc regarding this fraud yepme site

          Its almost 3 month is completed the order is cancelled by yepme coz of out of stock.. I have talked to customercare dept of yepme, they said i will get my refund back with 7 working days... But its almost 3 month completed but i dont recd any refund... Yesterday again i tried to call customercare dept.. They kept me hold for 20 mints but nobody talk to me... Then i disconnect the call... Please help to get my money back or else i will another way to sue yepme...

              Sir
              I orderd sport shue from yepme of rs 619/-. After confirm the order i go for online payment & after diducting the payment the order id not genrated from yepme i wait for yepme response but non is done by him, also the are not picking the phone given by company.
              What to do, i am waiting for the company's response for 3-4 days after that i force to do complain for cheating, either i go to consumer foram or file fir against company, whichever is easyly possible.

              In respect to yepme company's cheating I also admit that in past company is also cheating on 7 May 2017 Rs 419/-& Rs 339/-Order Code No 33637384 & 33637465 also but that time I not do any action due to touring etc.but now I want to get back my full amount with penalty.

When i checked the satus of my order on 07/09/17 it shows pending review. Several times i called and mailed your customer care numbers and mails but no response. What can i do to get my ordered things. Otherwise please return my cash and voucher amount immediatly.

                  The order was system cancelled by yepme but no refund has been received by me till date. The customer car phone support infrastructure seems to be way too inadequate. Even after waiting for more than 30 minutes on couple of occasions i could not connect to the support executive. The online system is so pathetically designed that i was not allowed to lodge a complaint for it was about a cancelled order.

                    I had placed my order on 7th august 2017 for a formal shoes in yepme via net payment and the order no is 33819599. Received the confirmation on the order thru sms and the payment confirmation for rs.339/- via transaction id igabubjge2 immediately. When i checked the order status after a week it was cancelled without any intimation. I came to know this only by searching the cause why there is delay in delivery, there was not even a single message in the order status. When i tried calling the customer care no one attend the call. The amount rs 339/- was deducted on 7th - aug and the refund was also not processed till date. I need to know the reason for cancellation of my order & refund my amount asap otherwise i'll take shelter from consumer court.

                      Yepme team,

                      Order no 33832456 is canceled by your side and refund is still pending

                      Also, order no 33791626 refund is pending since one month.

                      Process my refund on same credit card account asap.

                      Your customer care support number is totally useless, no one answers after hours of waiting. I have called multiple times, seems your help line number is just dead number with no one on other side to answer.

                      Yepme needs to improve customer support and shopping experience as shopping with yepme is very troublesome and customer is wasting time and money..

                      Waiting for reasonable reply and my refund money asap.

                          i was selected the shoes and i paid it online, they taken the order and also provieded the awb for the same, after few days i checked the awb no, it was not showed any detail about the order

                          and i called the customer care they said that the order was cancelled due to stock unavailability and they will repay the amount in terms of rewards point after 7 days

                          then i checked after 10 days, nothing happened and i was called the customer care, but no one answered me

                          now i came here for my problem

                            I had placed my order in yepme app via net payment and the order no is 3384021. Received the confirmation on the order and the payment confirmation immediately. When i checked the order status it was cancelled without any intimation. There was not even a single message in the order status. When i tried reaching the customer care no one is even bothered to attend the call. The amount for rs 399/- was deducted on 29- aug and the refund was also not processed. I need to know the status of my order and also the reason for cancellation. How can the service be so worse that they are least bothered about the customer and the order placed?

                              I had placed and order on 1st august 2017, order id: 33813466. I had already made the payment with my visa debit card. Firstly they cancelled the order without even intimating me. I only understood that this order was not arriving after a week from the date i placed the order. I spoke to the customer care associate after a really long wait and great difficulty. I was told to wait 14-21 days and i would get the refund. I did as told, waited for 21 days. Then i tried calling their customer care about twice a day. I was made to wait for more than 30 mins every call. I would finally give up and disconnect the call without getting to speak to any executive (This no. Is not toll free, mind you!). Then i tried to reach them through their facebook page. Here they kept giving me the same generic reply for 10 days, "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department, once we will receive an update over the same we will inform it to you accordingly."
                              How long does it take for this 'concerned department' to give an update? Later they stopped responding to my queries. I have sent an email today asking an update by eod. I have not got a reply, so as i had promised them, i am writing this complaint.
                              This company appears to be rotten from top to bottom. They show products to be in stock, but after you place an order and make payment, they cancel your order without informing you, while you are happily waiting for the item to arrive. When you try to call their customer care, you usually won't get through to a person earlier than 25-30 mins. Chances are you won't even get to speak to any person. They will put you on hold till you breakdown and end the call. Their refund policy is really stupid. A wait of 14-21 days for a mistake that they have made and it's no fault of the customer. And to add to that, they do not honour this relaxed deadline that they themselves have set.
                              Needless to say, they will not make a move till they are threatened with legal action. What a shame!

                                I ordered a pair of shoes for men at a discounted price for ₹ 450 on 3rd june 2017. Order num is 33782578. The order didn't dispatch even it's been the 3 weeks of ordered date. So i cancelled and asked for refund on 18th june 2017. I was requested to wait for 21 days. So i did. After a month of waiting i again called but no response than waiting. Fortunately my call was picked up and again said to wait for 7 days or take a yepme coupon which will have a validity of 90 days. I said i'll wait for the refund. I'm still waiting for that. Should i give up. I have been calling them since that day but no process. Why they are playing with the coustmers.? Please refundy money

                                  I bought a top and a jeggins from yep me but the quality of the product was not at all up to expectation and price. So i wanted to return it but yep me seems to be a fake website as not a single of there 5 numbers available out there is a valid one. I had a loss of rupees 1100 because of yep me. Yep me is fake fake fake. It exploited not only mine but many others money in the same way. The customer service of yep me is terrible and according to me it should be blocked. Please help me get my money back. I am a student.

                                    I have ordered a product through a yepme app on june 19 (Order no.[protected]. I was expecting the delivery before june 25, 2017. When i checked my order status on june 22, it was still not dispatched and then i called customer service @[protected] and asked about my order status and they informed me that it is taking time for them to dispatch due to non-availability of the stock.

                                    Hence, they said it would take another 2 to 3 days to dispatch. I have told them clearly that i was expecting this product to the delivered before 25th june due to a family function. As this going to be delayed i requested for a refund.

                                    They tried to convince me to get a voucher for this payment and i told them i wouldn’t need it right now and requested for a refund.

                                    They promised me that the refund will take minimum of 40 days and i accepted for the same.

                                    Till today i haven't got my refund, and i tried reaching customer service several times but could not connect them. I even waited on the line for 30 mins still no luck. I tried in different time intervals and days but still no luck. Wondering whether customer service is working or not?

                                    I even raised a complaint through yepme app but no use, nobody even bother to call me.

                                    It is going to be exactly 61 days as on today for my refund request.

                                      I have ordered a red checked shirt on yepme.com on 20th april 2017 (Payment made online). The item was delivered within one week. But i received a black shirt with smaller size. So i opted for a replace. The courier representative collected the shirt from me back to ypeme within 4 days and i got the reply as it will take about 10 to 20 days to process the refund. Even after one month, there is no reply from the yepme representatives. They just kept on saying its under process. By the month of july, i got a mail mentioning that they cant credit the amount back to my bank account rather the will provide a coupon which can be used in future yepme purchases. I agreed for that and they said it will be processed with in one week. But still now there is no response from yepme.com. I am just keeping on writing mails to them. But no one is replying. Worst experience from yepme.com.

                                      Please dont buy anything from this site. They sell cheap and duplicate products and also the customer care division is not at all customer friendly.
                                      Yepme.com is worlds no.1 online cheating company.

                                      No steps taken by Yepme.com yet. the just sent a mail mentioning they will look in to that and get back to me. this happened in April. but no reply yet.

                                        In this regard i have already complained twice (On dated jul 4, 2017 and aug, 02 2017) which was closed by you after the response (Not solution) got from yepme.com. The details are :-

                                        I have ordered 3 items from yepme (Order id[protected] on dated 11.05.2017). On 15.05.2017 the products deliverd on which the yepme men's chronograph watch white/black is not worked so i was return it on dated 18.05.2017.
                                        On 28.06.2017 i have received the product as per their return policy. (On their website, they didn't update they deliver the product, nor they refund the cost of courier (Which is written on their site). The watch design was awesome but the watch once again not working. (The second and minute pins in the watch is stuck).
                                        I have complained the status on 04.07.2017 through consumercomplaints.in which they respond. As per the message they have been arranged a reverse pickup from their end through delhivery.com and assured the refund within 14 to 24 days.

                                        The delhivery courier awb no. [protected] dated 08.07.2017 and the product received by yepme on 13.07.2017. (As per the delhivery couriers.) but till date yepme people doesn't contact me till date nor the amount (Including the return i was arranged) given back. This is the first time yepme.com providing me this type of pathetic service.
                                        Hope for solution
                                        Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
