I had booked one watch before two much and payed amount online from my yepme account : [protected] emial shahnawaz. [protected]@gmail.com... After 20 days still not get my order i complained in yepme still not resolve my complaint i'd canceled that order... And call in yepme... Customer care executive told me my money will be credited in my bank account within 15-21 days... After 21 days not recieved my amount i comlained in yepme again.. Bt still didn't get my money back in account... Pls reply me as soon as posinble what's going on.. Otherwise i should have to take lligle action on yepme...

    I had submitted a complain on the month of june to refund for some my orders which were placed on march and april and had been registered with request id 3014306, 3014312, 3014314, 3014315 and 3014316 on 29th june 2017. But till today i got no refund, i wrote to [protected]@yepme.com as suggested by you. But no reponse from you. I never experience this kind of negligence in other shopping site. Please dont hurt your customers who love your products with kind of cheating

        Refund not received
        I have ordered the below product on sunday, apr 30, 2017 at 1:20 pm and requested refund on wednesday, may 17, 2017 at 11:03 am. I haven't received the refund till today which is 29th june.

        I have called and e-mailed them more than 30 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

        Pathetic service i have ever seen.

        I am so much frustrated for this and lost trust from the yepme website.

        Please save your money and don't buy from yepme. I have lost rs. 500.00

          My order id is 33851833. I have ordered on 1st sept. But still the status id pending. The delivery is before 7th sept. I have paid the order amount before. So deliver the product on time. Or i will have to complain further about this matter. You have no customer support. No call is being received at ur care. Very poor service. Can't ignore such type of things.           I am still not getting any response from the company. It still shows pending for verification and the delivery date was yesterday but it is not even dispatched. They haven't slove my problem

              I ordered a yepme branded men's watch - blue (Order no[protected] on 16th aug, 2017 and paid online. It was showing delivery will be done within 25 aug, 2017 but till 21 aug no dispatch process had been initiated so i launched a complaint in yepme to make the process fast with complain no - 3036960.
              The next day i have seen no order is shown on ‘my orders’ section and ‘order cancelled’ status while checking ‘order status’. They cancelled my order without any reason and have not refund my money till date. I have called their customer care and sent them mail many times but no response from their end.

                Sir,

                I placed an order for shoes vide no. 33811568 on 30.07.2017. I raised a complaint for fast delivery vide no. 3032773 dated 6.8.2017. But in place of delivering the order, yepme cancelled my order and refund has not been given till date. Now the order is not even showing in 'my orders' section on the yepme app. I made subsequent complaints vide no. 3036301 dated 18.08.2017, no. 3037861 dated 24.8.2017 and no. 3039664 dated 3.9.2017.

                But despite all these e-mails, no one answered to my queries and no one from yepme called me till date. I even tried the customer care number[protected] for many times, but every time they are keeping me on hold for hours. I even wrote to [protected]@yepme.com, but no response so far.

                They are harassing their customers. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount.

                      I ordered two shoes on 29 aug 2017, but i received only one shoes nd another one s showing as it was cancelled but i paid for both shoes through online payment. But dint got refund also. I called customer care but no response at all. Thought to go for consumer court as this type of cheating s going on online payments. If refund s not been done means case has to be placed against the yepme.

                          I placed an order on 10th july and paid rs. 619 for pair of shoes the amount is debited from the account but the order is not placed, paid the amount through mobiwik wallet. Please refer the attachment of proof paid through mobiwik wallet.
                          Regarding this i tried numerous times of dialing customer care number but of no use, hung up in the line once more than 30 mins.

                            I have ordered a watches on 2nd july 2017 and payment was done through online. After 10 days i raised a complaint (No: 3021516) as the order got delayed but after that day they rejected my order and i didn't get any mail or message notification for same. And now after rejecting the order, they are not even refunding my money. I have already contacted them through call and i was informed that money will be refunded within 21 days but even after 45 days i still din get the refund. Now they are not attending calls also. Kindly look into the issue and provide the refund at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

                              I bought a chronograph watch from yepme on 12/08/2017, but it was delivered to me defective and it was very cheap in looks, i returned the watch to them through courier to the address mentioned on the website. They refused to accept the courier. So it costs me rs 600 plus rs 120 courier charges. I wont suggest any one to buy any product from yepme. They have worst return policy

                                I have ordered 3 shoes today and money was paid through my kotak debit card. The amount of rs. 1018 has been debited from my account at yepme9394. I have not received any order number. Please check and revert urgently.

                                Also i have a refund code for my previous order number 33764624, however i am not able to use the coupon code as it says invalid. Please check and revert back on urgent basis as i have emailed multiple times without any revert. If it is not sorted then i have to go for a legal procedure against you guys for fraud.

                                  My order 33796728 got rejected and i didn't receive any notification. During last purchase also i have faced lots of issues. To get my refund i have struggled a lot. But knowingly i have made the same mistake.

                                  Now my order got rejected and i need refund. This time i am ready to approach consumer court. I have collected all the proofs of last and current order. You are cheating people like anything.in my office many people ordered and lost their money. So this time you will be caught.

                                  I have called customer care and no one responded.
                                  They said 14-21 days for refund, but till now i have not received any information from them. They are totally cheating people, this site has to be banned. Let me know the steps to ban this site, many people are got affected.

                                  I have made complaint on august 1st 2017. They replied it will take 14 to 21 days for refund. But till now i have not received it. They simply try cheat many people. I have found same kind of complaints in many forum. We should try to block them and we have to take this to next level.

                                    I think now we should take a legal actions against yepme. I hv seen all below complaints about money refund. Same happened with me also. They cancel my 3items order and told dat money will be refund btwn 15days. Today it becomes 3months bt stl no responce from yepme. Even they are not picking up phn calls i called them 200n more times. From now on don't shop anything from yepme. Cheater yepme

                                      Dear sir, i had placed a order on 15th of august and it was delivered to me on 26th of august. My order no. Is 33827695. I ordered two pairs of formal shoes - black (47621), (72219)|ypm[ypmfoot9643]-size 8, [ypmfoot11223] - size 8 among which 1 one of them is not the one which i ordered. According to the price tag of the pair of shoe the shoe id is ypmfoot11122. So i don't want the replacement of the shoe instead i want the money of one pair of shoes back. I am also attaching picture of the shoe which i received.
                                      Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have order a shoes on your app order no.[protected] on 29auguast2017.Expected delivery date 2sep.2017 but today 3rd September yet not deliver . I tried lot of no. to make call customer care but call was not connected.

                                      I ordered t shirts from online e-commerce company yepme.com on 08/05/2017 of amount Rs 577 and return the product on 24/05/2017.

                                      I already send mail many time but no positive action taken yet. There are not refunding my money.

                                        Hi, i have ordered 4 items from yepme.com, which is not yet shipped, after doing the continuous followup no response from their end, neither they are telling me the status of my order nor they are refunding me my money into my bank account. Im tired of writing them emails and making them phone calls, no response from their end.
                                        I want my money back in the same form of payment not coupon.
