Sir,
I placed an order for shoes vide no. 33811568 on 30.07.2017. I raised a complaint for fast delivery vide no. 3032773 dated 6.8.2017. But in place of delivering the order, yepme cancelled my order and refund has not been given till date. Now the order is not even showing in 'my orders' section on the yepme app. I made subsequent complaints vide no. 3036301 dated 18.08.2017, no. 3037861 dated 24.8.2017 and no. 3039664 dated 3.9.2017.
But despite all these e-mails, no one answered to my queries and no one from yepme called me till date. I even tried the customer care number[protected] for many times, but every time they are keeping me on hold for hours. I even wrote to [protected]@yepme.com, but no response so far.
They are harassing their customers. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount.
