I had booked one watch before two much and payed amount online from my yepme account : [protected] emial shahnawaz. [protected]@gmail.com... After 20 days still not get my order i complained in yepme still not resolve my complaint i'd canceled that order... And call in yepme... Customer care executive told me my money will be credited in my bank account within 15-21 days... After 21 days not recieved my amount i comlained in yepme again.. Bt...

I had submitted a complain on the month of june to refund for some my orders which were placed on march and april and had been registered with request id 3014306, 3014312, 3014314, 3014315 and 3014316 on 29th june 2017. But till today i got no refund, i wrote to [protected]@yepme.com as suggested by you. But no reponse from you. I never experience this kind of negligence in other shopping site. Please dont hurt your customers who love your products...

Received confirmation of amount debited from my card account. But i have not received order confirmation from yepme.com.

I am unable to reach customer care number or mail id. Please assist in getting this resolved.

I have ordered the below product on sunday, apr 30, 2017 at 1:20 pm and requested refund on wednesday, may 17, 2017 at 11:03 am. I haven't received the refund till today which is 29th june.

I have called and e-mailed them more than 30 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

Order no 33851225 was given for product and paid through online sbi on 01.09.2017 but i cancelled the order. I received a message showing your refund has been initiated but refund is still awaited. I also tried to call customer care several times even tried every possible number that i get searching from google but they didn't answer so i am writing this to you... I ordered a yepme branded men's watch - blue (Order no[protected] on 16th aug, 2017 and paid online. It was showing delivery will be done within 25 aug, 2017 but till 21 aug no dispatch process had been initiated so i launched a complaint in yepme to make the process fast with complain no - 3036960.

I have ordered a joggers but, due to some circumstances i want to return the product then i cancelled my order. After that i received an email for refunding of money then after few days but i didn't receive my money then i called customer care executive then he says in 10-14 days your money will refunded then i again wait for few days and the money didn't refunded. Dear sir, i had placed a order on 15th of august and it was delivered to me on 26th of august. My order no. Is 33827695.
