waiting for refund

I had submitted a complain on the month of june to refund for some my orders which were placed on march and april and had been registered with request id 3014306, 3014312, 3014314, 3014315 and 3014316 on 29th june 2017. But till today i got no refund, i wrote to [protected]@yepme.com as suggested by you. But no reponse from you. I never experience this kind of negligence in other shopping site. Please dont hurt your customers who love your products...

I have ordered the below product on sunday, apr 30, 2017 at 1:20 pm and requested refund on wednesday, may 17, 2017 at 11:03 am. I haven't received the refund till today which is 29th june.

I have called and e-mailed them more than 30 times for the status and asked for the refund but they just keep me waiting without any resolution.

I ordered a yepme branded men's watch - blue (Order no[protected] on 16th aug, 2017 and paid online. It was showing delivery will be done within 25 aug, 2017 but till 21 aug no dispatch process had been initiated so i launched a complaint in yepme to make the process fast with complain no - 3036960.
The next day i have seen no order is shown on ‘my orders’ section and ‘order cancelled’ status while checking ‘order status’....

shoe undelivered

I ordered two shoes on 29 aug 2017, but i received only one shoes nd another one s showing as it was cancelled but i paid for both shoes through online payment. But dint got refund also. I called customer care but no response at all. Thought to go for consumer court as this type of cheating s going on online payments. If refund s not been done means case has to be placed against the yepme....

I placed an order on 10th july and paid rs. 619 for pair of shoes the amount is debited from the account but the order is not placed, paid the amount through mobiwik wallet. Please refer the attachment of proof paid through mobiwik wallet.
Regarding this i tried numerous times of dialing customer care number but of no use, hung up in the line once more than 30 mins.

I bought a chronograph watch from yepme on 12/08/2017, but it was delivered to me defective and it was very cheap in looks, i returned the watch to them through courier to the address mentioned on the website. They refused to accept the courier. So it costs me rs 600 plus rs 120 courier charges. I wont suggest any one to buy any product from yepme. They have worst return policy...

Dear sir, i had placed a order on 15th of august and it was delivered to me on 26th of august. My order no. Is 33827695. I ordered two pairs of formal shoes - black (47621), (72219)|ypm[ypmfoot9643]-size 8, [ypmfoot11223] - size 8 among which 1 one of them is not the one which i ordered. According to the price tag of the pair of shoe the shoe id is ypmfoot11122. So i don't want the replacement of the shoe instead i want the money of one pair...

misleading website and offers

Hi, i have ordered 4 items from yepme.com, which is not yet shipped, after doing the continuous followup no response from their end, neither they are telling me the status of my order nor they are refunding me my money into my bank account.
