I have ordered a shoes on 22th august 2017 and payment was done through internet banking. Expected delivery date was 28th august. So i 2 days ago, i have added complaint for fast delivery on yepme website, but after that day they rejected my order and i didn't got any mail or message notification for same. And now after rejecting the order, they are not even refunding my money. I am calling since last 4 hours, they are not responding. "you need to improve your customer services and mail notifications process, it's very poor."

    Hi,
    I have placed an online order through my phone on yepme app on 6th aug for 5 items that is 4 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of sleepers for which the amount was 2295 including shipping but as ther was an offer that if i made an online payment there will be a discount of 20% so in that case the amount i was asked to pay was 1936 which i did using my icici visa credit card ending with 6002 that is on my name nilesh agarwal but i didnt receive the order number neither through mail or text but the only text i received was reagrding that i will get 100 credits points once the order is complete and than i checked the order summary on the app wherein the order was reflecting with the expected delivery date of 14th aug but when the order was not delivered until 14th i tried tracking the order i couldn't find the order details on the app and the payment has been debited from ky credit card on 6th aug that is 1936. Please help in getting my order delivered aasp. This is really diappointing as the was a gift for my father on his birthday honestly not expected from your company for such a big miss.

    What about that u guys kept my money for almost 2 months without any product being delivered which is compketly not acceptable normally it doesn't take 5 days to return the money but u guys will take 21 days
    I need a compensatio about the hassle I have to go through regarding contaxting your customer care as all numbers updated on your website non of them are operational, there is no one to help or listen in yepme customer care plus u guys ate keeping my money for so long without any reason

    I am still waiting for the money to be refunded it was told it will take 14-21 days on 2nd sept its more than 21 days when will i get the amount refunded

      On 22 aug i paid rs 758 for some shoes and received the oid 33838775 through sms. Till 29 aug, the website said "processing the dispatch". Ok. On 30 aug i see yepme has cancelled the order. Ok, cancelled, probably they could not get the items in time. But where is my refund to the card? Without refunding the paid amount, how can a company cancel an order?

      My suspicion was raised because during this entire period of 7 days, yepme did not send a single mail. Only i lodged a complaint to the customer care to know what is the status of my order - they sent a sms that they are trying to dispatch as soon as possible if they get the shoes. Next day, they cancelled it. Up to this, it is acceptable. But as soon as they cancelled the order, i cannot add any complaint against the order id because the order id is invalidated. Now the company is saying to contact the customer care. Why should i contact the customer care when the company is supposed to refund my payment as soon as they are cancelling it. What kind of a policy is this? I made the payment, did not receive the item, the order the cancelled and now i have to call the customer care to get my payment back?!!! It is the duty of the customer care to call me and let me know why they did not refund the payment yet... Not the customer should call.

      I want yepme to refund my card the paid amount within 24 hrs.

      I'll write a positive comment about Yepme only after I receive the payment
      back to my credit card account. I don't understand this 14-21 days delay,
      where all other online shop do that immediately.

      Anyway, let's see where it goes.

        You have given the day of delivery at 27 and it's today 29 when will it reach to me and paid full amount by debit card is the you need from a valid customer disappointed

              I was order product, yepme website and pay the amount through online
              After 2/3 days the yepme site are cancell the order automatically, and not refund the amount
              I was called 5/6 times, same they are always say, after 14-21 days your amount is refunded, but still i'm not getting the amount,
              Order 12th july & 31st august, they are cancel the order but not refunded

              My last order no 19st july[protected] for amount 726.00 rs.
              My latest order no 31st july[protected] for amount of 618.00 rs

                I have ordered 2 pairs of sandals and two women tunics on a yepme on 22 aug 2017 by paying 678/- through net banking. But i didn't receive any order so i called yepme customer care number. They didn't pickup for 3 days finally when they answered they told me that my order with order number:33838773 has been automatically cancelled due to stock issues but i didn't get any notice. I have called customer care and waited for 43minutes to get connected to a agent but it disconnected. I have tried for 10times now and wasted.. I want my money back.

                  I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a watch on a yepme on 28th july 2017 by paying 1118/- through my debit card. But i didn't receive any order till august 5th so i called yepme customer care number. They didn't pickup for 3 days finally when they answered they told me that my order with order number:33803155 has been automatically cancelled due to stock issues but i didn't get any notice. They told me that refund will be done by 26th august. It is 29th today. I have called customer care and waited for 43minutes to get connected to a agent but it disconnected. I have tried for 10times now and wasted atleast 20mins each time, but no one picks up. Is this a joke to you? I have been shopping with yepme since last 3years. But i have never faced this. Please make sure i get my refund as soon as possible or atleast let us know the status of it. Really bad service. Everyone is hating yepme now. Please don't lose your customers. Please fix this immediately.

                    I have ordered shoes from yepme on 28-aug-2017, i have used gift voucher of 1000 rs. For payment. At the end when i submitted my order it gave me message - transaction has been declined for orderid[protected].

                    Now when i tried using my gift voucher it is not working, seems yepme has updated voucher code as used one and on other hand they have declined the order.

                    I have called to customer care service of yepme, I waited for 30 Mins and no response from customer care. There is no toll free number for yepme also earlier when I called and waited for 1 hour on call they informed me that your order will be delivered on 3rd sept but still I don't have any update regarding the order.                         I had ordered from yepme on 13th aug 2017 with an order id 33824839. My items got cancelled due to stock issue. I had paid an amount of 1257rs through net banking, as per customer care they said i'll get refund in 3days. But till now i haven't and they are not picking up my calls ([protected])

                        They are just telling to wait wait...is this some kind of joke...or we have to do this in hard way...just tell me whether you will return or not ...after that I'll do the rest how to get my money back and file a case against yepme to get back my money and they will give compensation for extra time they have taken and gave me mental pressure

                            My order number is 33780915. I have made payment for this order on 2nd july, neither the product is delivered nor i got any refund. After complaining they have cancelled my order and intimation of the same is also not given. I have called customer care no[protected] but they are not connecting the phone to any authorised person. Can you just refund my money? I hope yepme.com will value customer's time and money.

                                Yepme.com is a fraud company... They hav duped me of rs. 419 on order no. 33825409 and rs. 539 on order no. 33823068... They automatically cancels the order and do not refund any money... Their customer service is not so good... They dont receive any call even after 40 mins... And do not reply to any email... This is totally pathetic... I hav already registered a customer complaint on core. Nic.in... I will definitely give a head to the company owner in consumer court as i hav all the screenshots and recordings... If my money is not refunded

                                I have contacted Yepme customer care but executive not picking the call, I called so many times since 1 month. I bought a watch from Yepme now its not I in a working condition and now I want to claim warranty.

                                  I have ordered a shoe from yepme.com 0n 14-07017 and paid rs.419 for it through net banking.
                                  I have cancelled the same order[protected] and the refund initiated on 17-07-17.
                                  They have a refund policy which says 'it will take 14 to 20 days for refund process' (Too late compared to other shopping websites).

                                  On 11-08-17 they sent a mail
                                  'we regret to inform you that refund is getting much delayed due to unavoidable reasons. We alternatively suggest you to take refund in form of coupon."

                                  Its been now 1 month after refund is initiated. No money refunded to me. While contacting them via toll free number, not connecting to executive..

                                  Please do the needful.

                                    I have ordered shoe in yepme.com. I have waited for my product for 15 days, but the product was not shipped. So i have canceled that product through customer care on 11-july-2017. They informed that refund will credited in 14 to 22 working days.

                                    Its been almost one and half months, still now i didn't received my refund amount. Whenever i am calling to the customer i need to wait for almost 2 hours to talk with them. After 2 hours they are attending the call and while talking itself they are disconnecting the call.

                                    Then again i need to call and wait another 2 hours. Very pathetic service. They simply cheating the people. Yepme is like modern thieves. They are using yepme.com to steal the money from the people.

                                      I ordered shoe in yepme.com, now really im not satisfy with this site .without my knowledge they rejected my order. i reached out customer care my call was waiting more-than 2 hours, and i tried for more-than 2 weeks daily, they not picking up my call .More frustrated and payment also not return to my account, it almost 20 days.

                                        The biggest cheater and fraud company ever seen probably in online shopping!
                                        For other customers,
                                        1. They do not ever reply to email and pick phone calls.
                                        2. They will take your money and loot it. If you return the product burning your pocket money as courier charges they'll not accept it.
                                        3. Never will give any money back.
                                        4. Make your days after days all valuable time a waste.

                                        Here's below all my details.

                                        Placed order[protected] products) on 16/08/17 and the same was delivered on 18/08/17. As i opened the package i saw they delivered two different pairs of shoes and the kurta was defective as it seems ripped on back. Yepme doesn't offer reverse pick up and customer has to self-return through speed post, within 14 days that should reach them and they'll give the courier charges also (As stated on WWW.yepme.com).In the meanwhile i contacted them but they didn't pick up. So i returned on 22/08/17 through speed post and the delivery attempted on 24/08/17 and 25/08/17 both days but it remained unclaimed form yepme. And so now the package is returning back to me.in this time i have called them repeatedly:unlimited but not a single time they picked it up. I'm chasing them for refund but they're not accepting communication. I (Emailed to [protected]@yepme.com on 22/08/17 and 25/08/17 but didn't get any response. They're neither receiving return package nor giving refund. I want my refund immediately. Please help me. Refund amnt.947 inr (Product price includes shipping+courier charges+packing)

                                        I wrote them on consumer forum also and they gave me a # replying:

We would like to inform you that please share product images at [protected]@yepme.com and let us know would you like to take refund for both of the product or only for shoe as previously you did not mention about kurta.in case of any further assistance and feedback, you can also write to us at [protected]@yepme.com warm regards yepme

                                        Again i replied on [protected]@yepme.com but no answer and no refund of rs. 947
                                        This was my next email.
                                        I would like to let you know :
                                        First, i have first selected reason ‘wrong product delivered’ as my show was wrong as delivered.
                                        When i tried to file the return for kurta with reason ‘defective item’ but as one request submitted i couldn’t submit it.
                                        Second, how can i share the images of those products? It has already been sent to you on 22/08/17 and the delivery attempt remained unclaimed from your side on 24/08/17 (See attachment)
                                        Third, yes…i want a refund for both of the shoe and kurta. Please process it asap.
                                        I’m again sending you again the total refund amount. Inr 947 which includes (Products prices+shipping charge) and (Courier charge+courier packing charge). More details could be found on the previous email sent to you.
                                        Refund me as soon as possible and confirm the same.
                                        Again, sending you helpful attachments for this case.
                                        Kindly assist with me too

                                        Guys, please see the attachment also with this post and know what level of try i am doing but the cheaters and fraud people there are seeing but not responding. Please don't buy from there. If you can not believe me also see their facebook and twitter page then you'll find out how many people are cheated by them.
