On 22 aug i paid rs 758 for some shoes and received the oid 33838775 through sms. Till 29 aug, the website said "processing the dispatch". Ok. On 30 aug i see yepme has cancelled the order. Ok, cancelled, probably they could not get the items in time. But where is my refund to the card? Without refunding the paid amount, how can a company cancel an order?
My suspicion was raised because during this entire period of 7 days, yepme did not send a single mail. Only i lodged a complaint to the customer care to know what is the status of my order - they sent a sms that they are trying to dispatch as soon as possible if they get the shoes. Next day, they cancelled it. Up to this, it is acceptable. But as soon as they cancelled the order, i cannot add any complaint against the order id because the order id is invalidated. Now the company is saying to contact the customer care. Why should i contact the customer care when the company is supposed to refund my payment as soon as they are cancelling it. What kind of a policy is this? I made the payment, did not receive the item, the order the cancelled and now i have to call the customer care to get my payment back?!!! It is the duty of the customer care to call me and let me know why they did not refund the payment yet... Not the customer should call.
I want yepme to refund my card the paid amount within 24 hrs.

I'll write a positive comment about Yepme only after I receive the payment
back to my credit card account. I don't understand this 14-21 days delay,
where all other online shop do that immediately.
Anyway, let's see where it goes.

and Kolkata. I want to see, where it ends.
