I have booked two kurtis from yepme on august 3rd 2017 out of which only one kurti was received and the other one is yet to be received. I haven't received any booking i'd for these two kurtis for tracking but the amount from my citibank got deducted and i have the reference number of the same ref:[protected]. they haven't given me refund

I have an order for a shoe order no.33818069, an amount of ₹220 has been paid by me for the order through my debit card, but after the order has rejected... I haven't got my money back... I have called customer care too many times.. They are saying i will get the money within 7 days as a coupon.. But 19 days is running on... I haven't got my money back.. Very pathetic website & customer care. No response even after trying their number every day for the last 2 weeks. This site should be banned for committing fraud and cheating their customers.

my refund amount still not received more 30 days

I was ordered[protected] shoes in yepme on 7/7/2017 and i was waiting for dispatch so long then i was cancelled my order[protected] on 14/7/2017.. Then i was waiting for refund and i was made a call to customer care he said "your refund amount return process taking max 25 days"then i said ok... But now more than 30 days but i got nothing.. I have already made my payment as well. Worst thing is no one answering the call from customer care... Call goes for 15 mins and disconnected. Many attempts made and no use.

Money was debited for an order which was not placed successfully. Customer care person told me that it will be refunded within 21 days maximum....

Later i talked to the yepme customer care who confirmed the payment and apprised me for order no.33832405 yepme has received payment through mobikwik.
Now the order status shows order rejected.
