I have booked two kurtis from yepme on august 3rd 2017 out of which only one kurti was received and the other one is yet to be received. I haven't received any booking i'd for these two kurtis for tracking but the amount from my citibank got deducted and i have the reference number of the same ref:[protected]. Please let me know how to track the status of pending kurti.

    I have an order for a shoe order no.33818069, an amount of ₹220 has been paid by me for the order through my debit card, but after the order has rejected... I haven't got my money back... I have called customer care too many times.. They are saying i will get the money within 7 days as a coupon.. But 19 days is running on... I haven't got my money back.. Please help me to get my money back.. I need my money as soon as possible.

        Please refund the amount of rs 539 asap.
        Very pathetic website & customer care. No response even after trying their number every day for the last 2 weeks. This site should be banned for committing fraud and cheating their customers.

          I was ordered[protected] shoes in yepme on 7/7/2017 and i was waiting for dispatch so long then i was cancelled my order[protected] on 14/7/2017.. Then i was waiting for refund and i was made a call to customer care he said "your refund amount return process taking max 25 days"then i said ok... But now more than 30 days but i got nothing..             I have already made my payment as well. Worst thing is no one answering the call from customer care... Call goes for 15 mins and disconnected. Many attempts made and no use.

                          I have orderd yepme casual shoes - brown on august 12, 2017 from www.yepme.com with order id 3382376. I paid the amount via online transaction and successfully placed the order. After sometime i got sms from yepme order not confirmed. While checking order status in yepme site it shows as order rejected. I try to contact yepme customer care no one respond to my call. I registered complaint in yepme site still no response from yepme.
                          I lost my amount only.
                          Kindly do the needful.

                              Sir,
                              I have already placed a complaint in this forum on 02 aug 17.
                              I felt my money will be back and placed one more order on 07-aug-17 and this also got cancelled by them without informing me.

                              As of now, three orders, 33762437 in the month of june, 33795213 in the month of july & 33819811 placed on 07 aug 17 are pending at their end, and i personally sent an email these cancelled orders total amounting around approx rs 870 only into some kind of coupons so that i can buy other things, but they are not responding.

                              I don't know what to do.

                              I just want my money back. Please help me.

                                I booked an order on 18/08/2016 from yepme.com for which i paid an amount of rs.339/- after 20% online payment discount through mobikwik successfully bearing transaction no jmbk[protected]. Later i talked to the yepme customer care who confirmed the payment and apprised me for order no.33832405 yepme has received payment through mobikwik.
                                Now the order status shows order rejected.

                                Please intervene into the matter and ask yepme to refund my paid amount in full.

                                  They have taken back the product and have not yet returned my money.
                                  They are not even responding to call as well as mail.

                                  The customer care phone number is never answered by anyone, it is always on music.

                                  I am feeling cheated of rs 1500, and there is no one who can help on this issue.

                                  I have written the below email to the company and am awaiting a reply.

                                  As per the discussion on "www.consumercomplaints.in", this is with reference to the above 2 orders placed with Yepme in the last 4 months.

                                  1. For Order number : 33688763 was returned back on 23rd May and I was informed that the refund would be processed back to my credit card in 14 to 21 days. It has been more than 3 months, and refund has not been received.

                                  2. For order number : 33828583, this was delivered on 18th Aug, and the status still shows Dispatched, . I needed to return this product due to sizing issues, and hence I have speed posted this product to the address mentioned on the YEPME APP; which is K-618, Rangpuri Ext, Block A, Near Tata Telco Service Station, Delhi - 110037, via docket number : EU[protected]IN, which was not accepted by the vendor/company. (status: Item delivery attempted Unclaimed)
                                  Please let me know what needs to be done to return this product and claim refund. The customer care numbers are not answered and the status page still shows dispatched, and thus return cannot be initiated.

                                    I ordered shoes at 01-aug-2017 #33813048.
                                    Seems like order got cancelled 08-aug-2017.
                                    Still i didn't get my refund. May i know the status?

                                    When i try to reach customer care i was hold on for 3 to 4 hours. No one responded.
                                    If you don't have enough people, please call it as customer care.
                                    When i search recent feedback about yepme in internet, none of result was good.
                                    Seems like you turned to worst online ecom site.
                                    When i write same email to customer. [protected]@yepme.com i received "recipient inbox full" mail : (

                                      I have booked an order id #33790435 on 15.07.2017 and made a payment of rs. 738 through my sbi credit card.
                                      When product was not received i checked status on website it displayed "order rejected".
                                      I sent an email to yepme and reply received on 28.07.2017 that refund will be processed with 14-21 days.

                                      Refunds has not been processed till now.
                                      I have sent another email on 15.08.2017, no reply received.
                                      No one pick phone at customer care number.

                                        Still my money has not refunded and let me when i can expect the refund to process.

                                        It's almost an month now and still refund on done on my credit card.

                                        Complaint has been not resolved and no amount credited to my credit card.
                                        I ordered shoes on july 19th 2017 but still i not received my shoes . i also checked in website it shows the order is rejected . i also called the customer car they taking my calls and also mail to the company maid no response for the both please give any idea for this my order id is 33794128 my mob no is [protected]
