    I ordered the casual shoes in yepme.com on 30/06/2017 of the cost rs.339.00 and my order number — 33811181. Till now they did not delivered my order and they said they refund my money but they did't. I called to them so many times and written mail to them also but they did not reply any response/feedback to us. And my order status is showing "order rejected".       I have placed two orders with yepme each of amount rs 538 and rs 538. Yepme received the money and did'nt deliver product and the order status is order rejected.
      First payment was through online wallets
      My order id is : first order : 387790
      Second order : for this i dont have any order id.

      I have all proofs with me.
      Please provide me refund of 1076 in my concerned wallet or i will go to consumer court.

      I have given the order id and as far as the email id is concerned both the time i checked out with [protected]@gmail.com as a guest.

      I can give you the mobikwik and paytm reference number through which i have given the payment to you.
      Why are you not understanding that the order number that flashed at the time when the order was placed shows nothing therefore please contact me on my email [protected]@gmail.com where i can give you the Payment reference number and even the invoice generated by the concerned e wallets through the mail.

If consumer forum could not help and if anyone from bangalore let me know we will go to their offices and teach them lesson as the government and police could not help and it is our hard earned money.             I had followed up with [protected]@yepme.com numerous time with no response. Can you escalate this to higher management
            this is what is happening with Yepme team, they are not responding my queries and i suppose to be receiving the 900 RS refund, . it is completely mental harassment. I want this to be taken into the court.
            The refund is not happened, how this is resolved, Company is cheaters simply send the automated response with no resolution.

                    I am filling this case behalf of my mother. She had purchased product from yepme. I had received small size from yepme and on the spot i have raised the return and replacement request, but i haven't received the positive response from there end. When i called the customer care. They are doing the fake commitment for the same.

                    Product is also gone from my end and amount also. Now i want money also replacement also. This is not way. They can take the product back on the spot then they will initiated the refund and replacement take 1 month or more than that, this is very irritating behavior by online portal. Some of the sites doing this on regular basis. I had previously also raise such kind of complaints. I am informing you second time these kind of issue.

                    I hope you look into this matter in prior basis because now my temper is loose due to these sites doing the same thing every customer. Please take necessary action and provide me resolution.

                    Moreover, i am attaching one my attachment to you, this will help you for verifying the details.

                    I have requested you please take the necessary action on it as soon as possible.

                    I will be grateful if you resolve my query as early as possible. Already 1 month past and we haven't received any proper resolution.

                      I have placed an order on 26th July 2017 with Yepme.com and the Order no. is 33801443. They said that my order will be delivered on 2nd Aug 2017. But I didn't receive any message or mail regarding my order. when I tried calling them no one pick the call from their side. On Aug 2nd when I opened by Yepme App I couldn't find my order itself. I mailed to yepme also but no replies and they are not even answering my calls. I didn't get my refund amount also. Please don't believe yepme anymore.. worst shopping site ever.. they r stealing our money in the name of online orders.. need to keep begging for our own money. Customer care is useless.. no one is picking the call. It's been more than a month... My order is automatically cancelled and am not getting refund.

                            These guys delivered only kurta that is all stained and there was no salwar and dupatta. When i put a complaint and ask for refund they want me to courier back the parcel. Such a pathetic service from yep me, you guys don't have a quality check team and sending parcel like blindfolded. Please stop cheating people. We purchase online as we can't go out frequently, now please arrange to pick up your stained kurta and refund my money immediately.

                              My order 33796728 got rejected and i didn't receive any notification. During last purchase also i have faced lots of issues. To get my refund i have struggled a lot. But knowingly i have made the same mistake.

                              Now my order got rejected and i need refund. This time i am ready to approach consumer court. I have collected all the proofs of last and current order. You are cheating people like anything.in my office many people ordered and lost their money. So this time you will be caught.

                              I have called customer care and no one responded.
                              They said 14-21 days for refund, but till now I have not received any information from them. They are totally cheating people, This site has to be banned. Let me know the steps to ban this site, many people are got affected

                              I have made complaint on August 1st 2017. They replied it will take 14 to 21 days for refund. But till now I have not received it. They simply try cheat many people. I have found same kind of complaints in many forum. We should try to block them and we have to take this to next level.

                                I sri atanu roy. I order placed on 6th july 2017 via online payment of yepme.com. My order id no is 33784969 dt.06.07.2017. Total pay rs.1775/-. But unfortunately this order cancelled by technically disturbances on 14th july 2017. After cancellation i call yepme customer care many times for refund purpose. But customer care executive not received my call. I spend money minimum rs.150/- on call purpose. But not solve my problem and not received my call. And after i email yepme.com. But not respond. Thia is not fare. One month gone, but up to date not received my refund. I want immediately solve my problem. Thank you.

                                    I have done 3 transactions in last 1 month and all orders were cancelled by yepme. Even no one is responding in the cc helpline.

                                    The order details are mentioned below –

                                    1. Order id: 33787850; transaction date: 11-jul-2017; order amount: rs. 399; refund amount: rs. 339

                                    2. Order id: 33795106; transaction date: 22-jul-2017; order amount: rs. 299; refund amount: rs. 259

                                    3. Order id: 33812570; transaction date: 31-jul-2017; order amount: rs. 798; refund amount: rs. 678

                                    I kindly request you to refund the full amount viz., rs. 1276 at the earliest.

                                    It's almost 2 months and the above query pertaining to Yepme on 'Refund not received for (shoes) order nos.[protected], 33795106 & 33812570' is not being entertained and resolved.

                                      I was book my order on 04/08/2017. Like this (Thank you for your order from yepme.com. Your order number 33817612 will be delivered to you within next 5-7 days. Please check your email for more details.). But still order will not recieved. And i was also call in (Yepme customer care) but no one can receive the call. So i need a help. 2 weeks are going and also in yepme account orders details were display like this (Orders not found).

                                        My order was cancelled by YEPME & they had refunded after 2 months follow up, in the form of YEP ME COUPON

                                        Order id : 33590565

                                        Later I used this coupon & paid excess for a new order. Again they cancelled order & have not refunded for 2 months

                                        Order Id : 33782862

                                        Everytime I complain they say the have forwarded to concerned department. This they have said 4-5 times without any action.

                                        They have neither have been able to deliver a single order nor able to give refund.
                                        4 Months is a huge period and this unethical company has no value for customer, no efforts for customer satisfaction and worst of all no worries about their mistakes.

                                        YEPME REFUND ME MY MONEY (NO COUPONS) FOR BOTH ORDERS IMMEDIATELY. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1/3rd of a YEAR.

                                        I have been receiving this msg since 4months.

                                        The problem is there is no Concerned department.

                                        This company is FRAUD.
