      I placed an in yepme on 8th july.. N due to delay of dispatch, i cancelled the order on 13th july. Bt yet i didn't get my refund. The customer care executive told me that it will take 21 days. Bt more than 1 month is already over.. Yet i didn't get. They don't even receive the call now. My order id id is 3378600

        I made a purchase worth rs. 1137 on 31.07.2017 from yepme app and made the online payment from bank of india.
        Order id : 33812971

        The products were supposed to be delivered on 6th of july, but on 7th july when i tracked, the status showed was "ready for dispatch".

        I lodged a complaint from their app for faster delivery.
        Complaint no: 3033060

        On 8th of july, when i went to track the progress they showed me the order has been cancelled.

        There has been no email or sms stating they had cancelled the order. Their customer care does not ever recieve any calls.

        And my money has not been refunded. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

        Please take necessary action.

        On messaging on their FB account (YepMe shooping), a representative replied stating the amount would be credited to my account within 14 to 21 days from the cancellation of the order, i.e after 8th of August.

        I have not yet received the refund.
        Can you please help me take necessary action?

          repeat call on 16th Aug 2017, , the call was waiting for 66.54 crazy minutes and nobody responded to the call and it was auto disconnected... i request to take strict action against the company for cheating the consumer, , first sending wrong products, then after sending return claiming return not rcvd, after making repeated calls, confirming the good are returned and then harrasing consumer by not refunding their money back and instead selling coupons to purchase online.. WHY CANT THE MONEY BE SIMPLY REFUNDED.. ISINT IT CHEATING.. BY WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED.. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????

            I bought a yepme tan premium moccasins on august 4, 2017 at 9:25 am.
            My order was rejected a few days back and i've been trying to contact the customer care centre everyday and nobody responds to the calls. I keep on waiting for more than 10 minutes and then i'm left irritated. I don't need the product anymore. I just want a full refund of my money that i already paid through sbi netbanking.

Result was sad. When I check yepme website, courier contact is not given. I tried calling many times but no response. I paid money online through debit card. I'n worried. Now 1½ months gone.                   I ordered 3nos of Men Kurtas on Yepme.com on 11th Aug2017 01.17 in the morning.The payment was done and got confirmation from the payment gateway and it is confirmed from my bank statement.But there is no respones received from the yepme site yet including Order ID, Arrival date, order confirmation etc.And i tried minimum 100 times to access them through the customer care number which is given on their site, they didn't pickup yet.

                      I placed order on 15 June 2017 with advance payment. I did not receive any communication from Yepme.com about order. I only have payment receipt of the payment done to yepme.com through credit card. After one week of order placed, I login to yepme.com website to check my order status but I was surprised to find that my account does not contain any information about my order placed. I called customer service, after half an hour of waiting of call, customer service people replied me that order is rejected from their side due to non-availability of products and so I will get refund in maximum 20 days. After waiting for 20 days and not received my refund, I called again customer service. Their customer service is very poor. They keep us on waiting on call. After trying calling them for one week finally my call was answered and they replied our system are down so can't resolve my query. I called again and again. Once they replied, their account department is facing some issue, so I have to wait another 20 days. Now its 2 months, i have not received my refund. Its very hard to call their customer service. I send many mails on [protected]@yepme.com email id provided by their customer service but have not received any reply.

                      It is more than 3 months since I placed my order and more than 1 month since I made this complaint but still waiting for my response. I keep on calling your customer service but they never get time to take my call. I am sending mails also but again no reply from your refund department. What should I do with your company?
                      I have ordered two tops for which the amount is already deducted but order is failed by yepme. My order number and payment confirmation mail from Paytm is shown in the photos which I attached with this complaint.
                      This is first time that yepme has disappointed me and I request yepme to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        Yepme customer service is very poor. They received money claiming 20% off on online payment. They did not deliver the product. Order id 33817370. Take strict action against them. I ordered 2 track suits and one shoe. They initially mention that the order has been split nd one track suit and shoe i received yesterday. Now when i track my ordered my other tracksuit i cannot track. I tried to call them up but no one answers the call. Plz tell them they can send me any other track suit of xl size of the same price or refund me the amount.

                          I ordered a watch in yepme on friday 11 august 2017. But till today they had not shipped the product. Order status shows pending verification. Customer care people are not responding for any phone calls.
                          Payment for the product also done through debit card.

                            I have ordered shoes in yepme orderno 33770941. They not delivered more than month so i cancelled the order but till date they didnt refund my money. I contacted thru various channels facebook, calls but my problem not solved

                              I am abhishek bohra, i ordered a watch on yepme.Com.
                              My order number is 33822508.
                              I checked that my money has been deducted from my card (account) but the order status is yet not confirmed.
                              I even tried to cancelled my order but that is not working i have no idea what is happening.

                                Hi,
                                This platform is really helpful for indian consumers or not, i am not sure. But i thought of writing my complain here, so that other consumers can be aware of such issues. I had ordered shoes from yepme in the month of june. That size was small, so i raised a replacement request on 12 june, 2017. They don't provide pick up facility so i couriered the product to them by myself. Since then i am following them to get the replaced product but no use. Their phone is ringing but no one is receiving. I sent mail multiple times but their reply is that we have forwarded your request to concerned department.
                                By keeping this attitude, this has come to market to compete market leaders like flipkart, amazon etc.
                                Thank god that shoe was only for rs 500. I m not gonna buy anything from that site.

                                  I ordered for an shoe through yepme, i paid online for it, when i track my shoe three days later it shows that my item has been cancelled. I then check for my cash in paytm it shows that it is not received. I also try to contact the customer care they are not attending the call. My order id is 33815622 tracking no grw377588.. I make the payment by paytm

                                    My order id is 33811576... And it was showing rejected on tracking site... But i dont have any information that why it was rejected and i have already paid for this order by vouchers so i am clueless if it was permanently rejected then how i get back my voucher and for last 7 days i am trying to connect customer care but didn't got any response... So plzzz do the needful and aware me what i should do asap...

                                      Dear team
                                      I am very much disappointed from your service. I exchanged my previous order (order id[protected] with a new product (order id[protected] which I courier through delhivery courier service from 15 July 2018 and they delivered it to you on 25th July. I attached the details in this mail whether there is no update about my exchanged order and I'll try to contact your customer care executive through your customer care no but no body received the phone call. What the worst kind of services do you give your customers. I want the response as soon as possible otherwise I'll take the help of consumer court.

                                        Total amount paid to yepme ₹ 2184 by debit card/mobikwik.
                                        All the above orders are rejected by yepme without assigning any reason and without informing me via email or sms.
                                        No refund credited to my account till today despite making many calls to customer care and after more than one month of rejection of order. This is a grave irresponsible act from yepme. Yepme people not only cancell the order but also they not refunding the amount to customer account.
