This complain is regarding my order id "33707261". More than 2 months of cancellation of the item, i have not yet received my refund.
I called yepme customer support so many times and they kept on giving me new dates but yet no result.
This sort of activity is not at all expected from any renowned brand.
Please look into the matter and get me my refund back asap...

Hello,

Please note that i have placed an order with you order no.[protected], by paying online and received an sms for the same confirming the order and getting delivered within next 3-5 days but the product that i received was spoiled and small size. Then i proceed to reverse pickup and it was successfully reverse picked on 01/06/2017 and got a confirmation sms that refund will process in 48 hrs, but after this time when i did not get my refund then call to customer care they told me that refund will process after 14-21 days now 1 month has gone but i have not received my refund. Even after calling on customer care number, no one is picking up instead the hold on tune is going on for long periods of time. Please do the needful asap.

    Bought 2 yepme ladies watch in May month.
    Got the product delivered on 22nd may.
    The product was not used until August 9.

    The strap of the watch got removed with the case in first use itself and unable to fix and the problem is i am not finding similar strap.

    Unable to send details to yepme customer care email.
    No response from customer care on call as well.

    Product is till under warranty.

      Via :- hdfc net banking

      It's been 3months, due to their warehouse move they couldn't deliver my order thus i've cancelled. Now after repeatedly follow-ups on emails, not getting any response. This is out of ethics, though amount is not high but it's hard earn money.

      Please give them penalty and provide me compensation of 10 times.

                This complain is raised on 19-july-2017. Still its not resolved and even they are not responding properly. Refund not credited after 1 month and they are not responding in call. Every time we have to wait for 1 hour to reach their customer care and they are disconnecting the call saying that with some problems. Money has been deducted for customer complaint call also.

                  I have booked a sports shoes on 29.07.2017 under order id[protected], but haven't received my order yet, i have call customer care several times but they don't respond to my call after being in waiting for 10-15 minutes i dis-connect the call myself only.                       I brought one pair of leather show from yepme, but a received a shoes of very bad conditions, the sole are totally broken and shows looking like 10 years old… i returned those shoes 1 month ago but i haven’t received my money back… i am mail again and again but getting no response from yepme.. Its my worst experiance with any ecommerce company. Now promoters dont care about their company nor customers, they are happy with fund raised from vc and it was only motive of promoters... I think.

                        I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a watch on july 28th 2017. I paid 1118/- using my debit card and i immediately got the message with the order id i have not received any order and today when i checked the app the order was not present and k didn't receive any refund.                               My money has been deducted through mobiqwik but i am given a payment failed status. I tried calling the customer care but nobody pics up the phone once the call is redirected.
                              I ordered a kurta and a nehru jacket on yepme.com and did a prepaid payment through mobiqwik since they offer 20% discount on prepaid payments. However my money rs 833 got deducted and i got a message saying

                              Estimated date of delivery was 14 june 2017, which is not yet received.

                              The products of the above ID has been returned on 13th May 2017, and since then it has been 3 months & yet there is no contact from the franchise in order to refund the money for the products
                              The customer care of the franchise also doesn't work . Please do the needful as early as possible.

                                I have order a blue jacket and paid online through credit card but not received the item. Order no :37780795.. Now tried to track and result shows order rejected. How it is happen? Not yet now any amount to credit back to my credit card account. Try to contact through phone they are not responded the call.                                   Ordered on 18th june 2017 and yepme team cancelled the order not acknowledging me, and when call they take 2 days again call 3days more and on and on, all time fake promises to me. One person named shiva as if i called yepme for 50 times then talked to shiva for 48 times and he never connect me to the floor manager also not arrange any call back till today. Everytime says "for some technical problem refund has not initiated, please wait for 2 more days, and i promise you will get your money by 48 hours from now." total amount was 726..                                     This complain is regarding my order id "33725024". Even after 1.5 months of cancellation of the item, i have not yet received my refund.
                                    I called yepme customer support thrice and they kept on giving me new dates but yet no result. I complained earlier on the compalint site and sent mail on [protected]@yepme.com but no replies from there side.
                                    This sort of activity is not at all expected from any renowned brand.
                                    Please look into the matter and get me my refund back asap.

                                      Order no 33692879was given for product and paid through paytm on 25.5.2017 but yepme cancelled order automatically. I written several email to [protected]@yepme.com but refund is still awaited after several reminders. I also talk to customer care but he told me that amoint is not showing against above order whereas paytm also confirmed payment rs498 against above order vide email which was same forwarded to yepme.com. Pl. Arrange to make my refund. Thanks

                                      Same story here. yepme.com is a fraudulent company.

                                        Hii, i am having issue with yepme.com i ordered shoes from yepme.com on 20-jul-2017 after long taking time from yepme i checked on site about my order and it was shown as it is cancel by yepme without any calls and intimation from there end now i am calling to there consumer number no one is getting calls from last 5 days at any time, i registered complain on there site but still no calls from there end i am waiting for my money back that's why i am complaining
