In this regard i have already complained on dated jul 4, 2017 which complaint you have closed after the response got from yepme.com. The details are :-

I have ordered 3 items from yepme (Order id[protected] on dated 11.05.2017). On 15.05.2017 the products deliverd on which the yepme men's chronograph watch white/black is not worked so i was return it on dated 18.05.2017.
On 28.06.2017 i have received the product as per their return policy. (On their website, they didn't update they deliver the product, nor they refund the cost of courier (Which is written on their site). The watch design was awesome but the watch once again not working. (The second and minute pins in the watch is stuck).
I have complained the status on 04.07.2017 through consumercomplaints.in which they respond. As per the message they have been arranged a reverse pickup from their end through delhivery.com and assured the refund within 14 to 24 days.

The delhivery courier awb no. [protected] dated 08.07.2017 and the product received by yepme on 13.07.2017. (As per the delhivery couriers.) but till date yepme people doesn't contact me till date nor the amount (Including the return i was arranged) given back. This is the first time yepme.com providing me this type of pathetic service.

    Hello,

    Please note that i have placed an order on june 25, 2017, by paying online and received an sms for the same confirming the order and getting delivered within next 5-7 days and also to check the email for more details, but no mail has been received on the registered email id till now. Even after calling on customer care number, no one is picking up instead the hold on tune is going on for long periods of time.

    Tracking the order gives the following details:

      First order no 33762437, around 40 days old, ordered & paid money online, item not yet received and upon checking recently, it got cancelled with out any intimation to me.

      Second order no 33795213, around 15 days old, ordered & paid money online, item not yet received and upon checking recently, it got cancelled with out any intimation to me.

      You make so many good products @ reasonable rates, but your customer support is not good.

      Tried to contact through phone, even after ringing for 10 mins, nobody attends.

      Emails sent to you not reaching you due to some problems @ your end.

      Pl either despatch the orders, or at least let me purchase your other products.

      If both are not possible, please refund me.

      Pl take some action at the earliest.

          My order number 33770291 was made on 22 june. It has been more than one month i have not received my order. My order status is showing to be rejected yet i have not received my refund.

          I have not received any inimation regarding the rejection. I want my money back. Its more than 30 days whereas the delivery was supposed to be made by 10th of july.

            After 2/3 days the yepme site are cancell the order automatically, and not refund the amount

            I highly recommend to all viewers or buyers do not purchase of any garment from yupme i am trying to reach customer centre since 1 week they don't attend i wanted to exchange my garment what a rubbish and fake fraud company

              Hello,
              I have ordered 3 tops on 26th june, 2017 from yepme app. Earlier it was shown that my orders are ready to dispatch, and the expected arrival date was 2nd july, 2017. I haven't received them yet, and now in my account it says, "no orders found". The grand total was 657 inr and i made the payment online. The money isn't refunded as well.
              Its been almost a month now. I've tried contacting through your official email id i. E. Customer. [protected]@yepme.com as well, but i didn't get any response. Hence, i would like to request yepme to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

              I haven’t received the refund yet, and neither the products. It’s been almost 3 months since I’ve placed the order.
              And as I was told, I’ve sent a mail to Yepme as well, but there was no response to my mail.
              Is this a joke?? I was being polite to you people out of courtesy. But then I realized that you don’t understand such language. What do you people think of yourself by snatching other’s money??? Is this a way or a strategy to run your company??
              I’m telling you that if you guys don’t return my money, then seriously you people have to pay for your actions...that too this time in a different manner!
              Do keep this in mind...

                I have place an order vide no. 33666707. The order was sent to me but due to some reason i had not accepted the same. A call has been received from someone to rebook my order. I give my consent for the same but after expiry of about 3 months i have not received any product or refund. Pl. Refund my money immediately. And the customer care number is not working. No one pickup the call. I tried so many times and hold for 10 minutes but no response.

                  My order 33796728 got rejected and i didn't receive any notification. During last purchase also i have faced lots of issues. To get my refund i have struggled a lot. But knowingly i have made the same mistake.

                      Not sure about if i am a victim of any scam, my order 33795485 for a pair of formal shoes was cancelled after it was being dispatched, the total transaction was done online and there is nothing pending from my side. There is no response from customer case as well, can any body tell me should i forget about my payment of rs 379. Does yepme even have any email where they can address such issues. If anybody can provide any alternative contact number for yepme it will be better as all the numbers provided are either switched off or not responding.

                          I have an yep me account as [protected]@gmail.com (Contact no.[protected]) from which i have ordered (Order no.[protected] yep me jogger sports shoes - green & black & yep me brock polo tee - yellow & blue amounting rs.778 in total on june 20, 2017 but it came to in my notice that they have rejected it without intimating me on june 29, 2017. I contacted customer care executive thrice & they assured me that it will be refunded within 14-21 days but still neither i have received my refund of rs. 778 & nor any mail from their side for cause of delay of my refund of rs.778.

                          I am putting complaint on this due to poor customer care support from yepme, they are not connecting via call nor they replied to the mail, please initiate my refund as you have cancelled the order on your end and its been a month now.

                            My name is farhan shaikh... My order id above is cancelled due to stock not available in my size.. When i booked the order at that time there was stock avaiable.. After i booked and payment done suddenly out of stock... Its ok out of stock hai toh mera paisa toh refund karo bhai...
                            Almost two month is completed yet i have not received my refund amount... I request to yepme if you do not have stock at your warehouse so please update in your website or if order is taken and not delivered kindly refund the amount to customer as soon as possible...

                                Regarding refund of order number[protected], I have been doing several follow up from YEPME but there is no response. Finally I got a mail asking my confirmation about refund by coupon on 14th July I confirmed same day but yet to get coupon. No one is picking yepme customer care phone and also not replying my mails sent to [protected]@yepme.com. Still no one is picking phone and [protected]@yepme.com not replying my mails. I am not sure after how many months i will get my refund. On this forum I found many such complain about yepme and they are giving typical reply without any concrete solution.

                                  I ordered few products through your website and i paid the amount through indusind bank voucher code but i didnt get any confirmation mail. I tried to use the voucher again and got an error message that voucher already used. 2 days later i checked the status it was showing products to be shipped soon. One months to go neither i receive any product nor i get my money back. My login id is :- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                  I tried to purchase some products with the same code but i got error message that the Coupoun is Invalid. Kindly reactive the coupoun or refund the money to my bank account.

                                  I retried to order with the same voucher but getting error message that " Invalid Voucher". Please refund the money to my bank acount. Kindly read the conversation history given below.I never expect that yepme will provide such bad service. No one receive calls at your helpline number. I m tired now. 3 times i tried to order and saying voucher code is invalid. Its my hard earn money. The voucher i got with a debit card after paying 2500. It seems your company is wilingly harassing uts customer. I will go to consumer court if i don't get my money back.

                                    I placed an order on 6th of may and the product was supposed to be delivered by 13th. When it didn't i complained on the app and finally someone from yepme called me on 19th. I told him i haven't received the order yet and since i would no longer be available at the address i told him i want to cancel the order. That day evening some courier company called me and said that my order from yepme has arrived. I told them i have cancelled the order and asked them to send it back. I haven't received the refund but was given an 80 reward points in my account. I tried calling the customer customer care several times. The ivrs says fashion associate will be with you soon, i waited for 10... 15 minutes but no one answered. I have tried several times and it has been the same always. The order i'd is 33734614. On my account the order status is still dispatched.
                                    Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    It's been over a week since I posted the complaint here. There has been no contact what so ever from yepme

                                      I had placed order with yepme.com on 23rd june 2017 and paid rs. 1128 using debit card. Payment was processed and amount deducted from my account on the same day but the order did not reach me as it got cancelled from yepme's end. When called on customer care number they responded saying there was some issue with the quality of clothes so they rejected it from their end. I was not informed about the same and till date my money is not refunded.

                                      I've been calling every day on yepme customer care number but not getting connected and i now know this for sure that this is a fake website and they are making money by putting advertisements and showing lucrative offers on the website.

                                      I seek immediate attention and resolution of the issue as i want my money back from yepme. They just can't fool us anymore. My order id is 33771792.

                                      Yepme did not refund my money till date and my complaint status is 'Resolved' without any refund or response from Yepme. Everyone is on a cheating spree, I guess.

                                        With great disappointment, i would like to post a complaint that on june 30 2017, i ordered three t-shirts from "yepme.com" & did on-line payment, they gave me an order no. Of 33779455; but i have not received the product till now.
                                        Their customer service number does not answer; so, i posted a complaint on their website on 30/june/2017 with no. 3019520, but all in vain. It`s been more than a month but i have not received the product or refund or any message from their side.

                                        Kindly help and restrict these fraudulent acts...
