This is something weird experience about customer service on any e-commerce website in india. I keep calling them, first, on 10-05-17 & on 07-06-17, a lady spoke to me arrogantly & said i need to wait for refund at least 21 days after quality check is done. Though, almost 19 days were passed so i thought, its okay to wait for couple of days. & for orders mentioned above, the return was done for cloths but they missed on returning the money. Now, on 05-07-17, shiva the representative spoke to me & told the refund was done & within 2-3 days it will be processed, i was telling him to get someone lead/manager/director/ceo on the call to assure this but he said everyone is busy so cant be done but someone will call me next day. But it did not happened. So, i called on 10/07/17 but after awaiting for 30 mins no one responded, so called again today 11/07/2017, surprisingly, shiva picked up the call & he was reading the same script as he read on 5th july to me, nothing new & most importantly he disconnected the calls from his side on both the days i spoke tom him but failed to get someone on call & also i asked him, why no one called me back? But he said, they tried, but i have checked i did not missed any calls or my cell phone was working all days but not received any callback. For this, i have my call records from vodafone as i have a network complaint going on with them so i got it. Hope here i get some help & some escalation on customer service of theirs.

Updated by ksgrdatta I have not heard anything yet. I tried contacting customer care but now I am unable to get through even waiting for 1.5 hours on the line listening to the boring music. It seems Yepme have blocked my number, Not sure on getting the money back.
If not heard anything back in a day, Will proceed for a formal Legal notice to Yepme henceforth for sure.

But I don't want the shoes now it is already so much delayed. I want the cancel the order and refund my amount.
