My order no is 33776122. After 15 days still not received my shoe. Status while tracking the order is still showing ready for dispatch. I tried to call the customer care but every time they keep me waiting for more than 10 min. I am unable to place cancel order on the site as login is also not doing with my i'd and password. I tried to complain on company web but msg displayed that due to technical issue unable to log the complain. The no. Given for the assistance does not exists
I want to cancel the order and refund the amount.

    I hve ordered on 6th july 2017 from yepme.com. Expected delivery date vas 12th july... But till now i have not recieved my product nor any information regarding this... They have crossed their delivery date and the items are not yet dispatched. No update regarding delivery.
    Customer care does not receive calls.

    I lodged a complaint at their website, for the previous orders.

    Complaint id : 3022384 (For order id:[protected]

    No response or updates, wrt the complaints lodged.

    No way to contact them, speak to them, get update regarding delivery. Acknowledgement the receipt of payment.

    And i am seeing lots of similar complaints by many people against yepme, lately. This seems very strange. I am afraid they are up to some kind of fraud.

      I had ordered shoes bearing order no 33777529.
      The expected delivery date was 07.07.2017. But till now i had not recived the order and also no emails/ sms regarding the shipment status.
      From the portal its showing that the product is couriered through Delhivery Services and certain refertence number shown. But that number is also untrackable.

      Its really sad. I had ordered from Yepme earlier too but not faced this issue.

        Order #33782685. Placed on 3rd June and transaction also debited for Rs. 937. The order was promised ot be delivered in 5-7 business days and its 14th July now and now I check the status to show Order Rejected. Tried customer care number for 3 days - not working. Their website (login with facebook) not working. Email complaints (3023375, 3022255, 3021414) logged and till date no follow up update or call.

        This is ridiculous. I think this website is turning into bogus and cheating people. I want my money back.

            I have placed an order for 2 shoes on june 30 2017 and i paid 898 online. 33779599 is the order id. I still didn't get my product nor recieved any tracking details. The tracking details they have given is showing invalid in delivery.com.
            I have ordered products from yepme last year and it was very good and reached on time. I[censored] r not getting this thing resolved, i will have to take this to cunsumer court coz lots of complaints about yepme is coming nowadays.
            I need a proper reply from yepme here. I[censored] r saying like the product had very huge demand and out of stock, then u shud have removed the product from your site..

              I neha bajpai complainting about yepme services are pathetic online services are very bad product are not prepared as per standard. I placed order via order no 33429488 & 33429487 in the month of march 2017 of rs 1037/- in this i have paid rs 898/- through coupon and rest rs 139/- through net banking, after that in the month of apr 2017 had return the product due to quality issue. I have received refund in the form of coupon in the month of june 2017 of value of rs 898/- after giving several calls on customer care but not received rs 139/-till the month of july 2017 approx 4 month has been passed which are paid through net banking.

              From same coupon value of rs 898/- i have placed order again via order no 33779570 and again i have not liked the quality of the product and i want to return the product but there is no option to exchange only replacement of the same product with different size are available. I tried to call on their customer care no last 20 days but nobody answer the call.

              I must say yepme is a cheated to customer they were not give the same product to customers.

              I had placed an order on 23rd June and my order number is 33772387 and it's still not delivered and and no one is answering the call also and the product cannot be cancelled also and I've paid already and my money is stuck. I call them everyday but no one answers nor did you get any message regarding the product delivery

                Its more than a month after their process iam still waiting for my refund

                  I am ashamed to admit that i can be easily conned which has been proven by yepme.com management time and again. They are least botheres about the business ethics and focus only on extracting money out of innocent customers like me.
                  In continuation to my complaint on 27.04.2017, 10.05.2017 and 25.06.2017 on this forum, i had requested the replacement of shoes for size 10. After much persuasion, complaints, the shoes were # up from my place on 17.05.2017. But i am yet to receive the replacement. This is not in accordance with good ethics of conducting business. I demand immediate replacement as the demanded price has already been paid. The order no is 33566195.
                  I must mention here that till now i has received only conformation emails form yepme and no actual solution to my problems has been reached so far

                        This is something weird experience about customer service on any e-commerce website in india. I keep calling them, first, on 10-05-17 & on 07-06-17, a lady spoke to me arrogantly & said i need to wait for refund at least 21 days after quality check is done. Though, almost 19 days were passed so i thought, its okay to wait for couple of days. & for orders mentioned above, the return was done for cloths but they missed on returning the money. Now, on 05-07-17, shiva the representative spoke to me & told the refund was done & within 2-3 days it will be processed, i was telling him to get someone lead/manager/director/ceo on the call to assure this but he said everyone is busy so cant be done but someone will call me next day. But it did not happened. So, i called on 10/07/17 but after awaiting for 30 mins no one responded, so called again today 11/07/2017, surprisingly, shiva picked up the call & he was reading the same script as he read on 5th july to me, nothing new & most importantly he disconnected the calls from his side on both the days i spoke tom him but failed to get someone on call & also i asked him, why no one called me back? But he said, they tried, but i have checked i did not missed any calls or my cell phone was working all days but not received any callback. For this, i have my call records from vodafone as i have a network complaint going on with them so i got it. Hope here i get some help & some escalation on customer service of theirs.

                        I have not heard anything yet. I tried contacting customer care but now I am unable to get through even waiting for 1.5 hours on the line listening to the boring music. It seems Yepme have blocked my number, Not sure on getting the money back.

                        If not heard anything back in a day, Will proceed for a formal Legal notice to Yepme henceforth for sure.

                            After 23 days got over after ordering an item (Order id#[protected] from yepme, there is no update!

                            If you don't have product to delivered, you have to refund the money which you had taken from customer instead of cheating them by false promise. Instead of sending useless apologize mail, refund the money at the earliest.

                            I have ordered the item on 19th monday of june'17. Still i haven't received the item although i got an sms stating that the item would be delivered with in 5-7 days.

                                My order (Order no[protected] got cancelled as stock was not available with yepme. I made payment of rs 857/- thru net-banking. Yepme assured me about refund within 21 days maximum. But almost a month pass i have not received any refund. Kindly look into it and expedite.

                                Yepme: please don't reply in your typical cut paste format about 21 days refund timing because you have already crossed your maximum 21 days limit.

                                  My order number is 33758265, 22june 2017 is the due date for dispatch, items not receiced, i cancelled the order to get the refund last week. They are not picking calls. Money is getting wasted. Please arrange to supply the items or refund my money. I placed the order using my daughter's mobile number and her email address. Since she is available at home. Kindly help me to dispatch the items or they can refund my money also as early as possible. I paid through online banking.

                                    Hi. Its been two months since i refunded the product. Its been two month till now. Still i din receive the refund. Please do not cheat. Its hard earned money. Complaint number: 33651467. I also got a confirmation mail the product has received by yepme. But since two months in sending mails regarding refund. Still now i haven't received. I have never experienced this in any other shopping site. Hereafter i ll not shop in yepme and also will notsuggest anyone too

                                    Yepme. Please stop copy pasting the same replies. For the past two months you just say the same. But not refunding the amount. Even if I call you people never pick up and the call is on hold and disconnects after 10mins. You people can beg instead to cheat customers like this. I need the amount.
                                    Refund has not been provided even after contacting customer supprt. It has been more tham 2 months than the refund was due. Customer support is no longer accessible. Caller kept on hold indefinitely until the line disconnects.
                                    Yepme. Please stop copy pasting the same replies. For the past two months you just say the same. But not refunding the amount.                                         My order id[protected] was on jun12 when i tried to place a product the order was rejected by yepme but amount was detected from my bank account i tried to reach their customer care service regarding this no one answer my call for three days i lost my money for calling them. After three days they have answered my call said that amount will be refunded within 14 days to 22 days but today is july 10 still now i haven't get my money back. I keep calling them to reach them but no one is answer them. It’s absolutely faking people by yepme.

                                        I made payment on 23rd may 2017 and the ordered product not delivered and gave a foolish reason of non availability of product.Even you dont have the coutesy to refund the money?
