We have placed an order with yepme. Com almost 1 month ago.

My order has got cancelled, the amount of 1628/- was deducted.
I have done several followups on this and the said company executives have been promising me that i should be getting the amount back in couple of days. But it's more than a month and i have not received the amount back....

Sent many e-mails but every time e-mail is received that query is forwarded to the concerned department and will revert back soon. Nothing has been done so far. This is pathetic service. 25% cashback not received

I had shop a pyajama from yepme against order no. 31036544 on 10 may 2016. I had made payment through paytm, wallet order no. [protected] for rs 361/- which was placed to me. But as paytm claimed that 25% cashback will be given on order amt. Same has not been received till date. Pl remit the same.

Jul 5th i hav ordered shoe from 199 offer. 199points redeemed from my wallet and extra rs.149 amount detucted from my bank account. After that order no responce den myself cancelled that order. After rs.149 stil not credited my bank account.

17day no response from yepme.com.
And very very poor service becoz no customer care number and mail service too....

Cash refund

I had purchased two pairs of shoes from yepme.com.when I received my courier I find the quality of the product was very poor so I requested for a cash refund.they did a reverse pickup courier of the products. As per yepme the quality control of the product happened on 16th June. As per the yepme cash refund policy they take maximum 21 days for the refund.but after 32 days I'm still waiting for my refund . whenever I call to yepme customer...
