            After Raising the complaint regarding my refund I got this below reply, with reference number 2732005

            Dear Customer,

            We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
            This is with reference to your concern regarding refund of order number[protected]
            This is to inform you that we have receive your refund request & we will process your refund in next 14 to 21 days.

            And now even It took more than 26 days without any proper response I call their customer support so many times and on every call they apologized & say server is down, system is slow cant check your refunds details please call after some time every day they give me the same reason

            This is the worst response I have ever had from an online retailer. Give fake promises and assuring timely response.

            This is the most pathetic, useless, unethical service i have came across.
            Credit goes to YEPME.

            My refund is pending from last 1 months just because of carelessness of Yepme team.

              We have placed an order with yepme. Com almost 1 month ago.

              My order has got cancelled, the amount of 1628/- was deducted.
              I have done several followups on this and the said company executives have been promising me that i should be getting the amount back in couple of days. But it's more than a month and i have not received the amount back.

                Placed an order no. 31290108 on[protected], one item in order was returned back on[protected]. Till today no refund has been received against this order. Sent many e-mails but every time e-mail is received that query is forwarded to the concerned department and will revert back soon. Nothing has been done so far. This is pathetic service. If refund cannot be given kindly give points so that i could adjust it in next purchase.

                      Order placed on dt. 17.07.2016.

                      Please help me. i have placed an prepaid order for casual shoe at yepme.com from my user id "[protected]@gmail.com". i make the payment of rs. 374/- online through net banking. i got confirmation email in my inbox also regarding payment received and order confirmation. they promised me to dispatch the product within 48 hours and expected delivery between 23.07.2016.

                      But when after 5 day's the product was not dispatch. today i contacted the customer care. they didn't bother to answer my problem and disconnect the call. and later when i checked my yepme account what i found is the order i have placed is vanished from my id. i am totally in shocked. i was trying to get yepme customer care executive and wanted to know about my order. they are not responding to my order id no. 31602510.

                      I need your help. please sir please do something. they remove the order no from my yepme id. there is no email or sms regarding refund or whatever.

                      I am eagerly waiting for your necessary action in this regard.

                          I had purchased two pairs of shoes from yepme.com.when I received my courier I find the quality of the product was very poor so I requested for a cash refund.they did a reverse pickup courier of the products. As per yepme the quality control of the product happened on 16th June. As per the yepme cash refund policy they take maximum 21 days for the refund.but after 32 days I'm still waiting for my refund . whenever I call to yepme customer service they just had only one answer is that I will get my refund in 48 hours. I have already contacted them to 6-7 time but I didn't got any satisfactory answer.

                              This is in reference to a order placed with the merchant yepme (order id[protected].

                              Most awful experience. yepme is the worst site for shopping online, with fake policies and with fake staff. the customer care executives merely provide false assurances and deceit customers. the merchant itself never follows its policy. it just knows how to steal and rob money from innocent pockets. terrible it is.

                              My amount in respect of order id[protected] has not been refunded yet. more than a month has passed since the quality check was duly completed. upon calling yepme customer care it is always assured that the money will be refunded within 2 days of the call, guaranteed. for further evidence, it is hereby requested to extract the call recordings from the yepme customer care cell and take the necessary actions at the earliest.

                                I placed an order (id[protected] with yepme on july 6th 2016 and decided to cancel the the order after paying online. the complaint id is 2692128. there was no notification regarding the cancellation and the order details is even missing from my account. i tried the customer care number for several times with no avail. i think i made a big mistake ordering on this site. i have been an online buyer for several years now, i never had such a bad experience previously.
                                This a fraud company. please don't buy things here. i am gonna discourage as much people i can from ordering on this site.
