I ordered from yepme on 23 june 2016. I recieved a mail three days later stating that my order has been delivered to the shipping company Delhivery. Two days later i found out that the status of my order was displayed as "Returned" on yepme without even getting the products delivered to me. I called them up and they said that now they can only refund my money and it cannot be shipped again. The shipping company's number was unavailable. I filed my refund complain and since 10 days i haven't heard from them. I am really dissapointed with such poor service quality. I want my order delivered or atleast my payment refunded back to me.

    Hi there, i once brought a product from yepme.com, but i remember i never subscribed to their newsletter, but they keep on sending it. i opted out from their promotional sms via the numbers provided on their website, but still they didn't stop messaging me. then, i called their customer care and asked them to remove me from their list. the customer care person said that it is done and i won't receive any sms from hereon, but still they didn't stop messaging. please look into matter and stop this nuisance immediately.

        I had purchased and returned the product for refund 50 days back, I returned the product back on 16th May and on May 20, 2016 I got this below reply,

        We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
        This is with reference to your concern regarding refund of order number[protected].
        This is to inform you that we have receive your return product and quality check is validated and we will process your refund in next 14 to 21 days.

        And now even It took more than 50 days without any proper response I call their customer support twice and on both occasions they apologised and promise to refund in 4-5 days but of no use.

        This is the worst response I have ever had from an online retailer. Give fake promises and assuring timely response.

              Hi, I have placed an order with YepMe order no 30715178 and i had returned the product in the month of April.. The product is validated and as they had confirmed they have initiated the refund of the returned product and will be credited in 14 to 21 days... Still i haven't received the refund amount it has been more than 2months for now.. when i check with them they say we have escalated the issue with concerned department and will update once they receive update.. upon many follow ups they are telling the same thing... requesting to kindly resolve my issue

                  The guy from the courier company called and said that he is not going to deliver my order and that i would have to collect it myself.. One of my friend ordered shoes from yep me he ordered it under the cod facility his order was delivered but not mine.. I have made online payment and i've already paid the shipping charges.. What kind of service is this.. If i will not recieve the order by 22nd june., i am going to sue yepme under the regulation of consumer court..

                    I have booked ordered no. 30798642 of women's watch from yepme.com. The ordered was despatched on 16 apr 2016. But the defective product received me so that i have replaced the product. I have returned the product on 28 apr 2016 through postal service.
                    Second time booked ordered no. Is 30922345. The product was dispatched on 5 may 2016. But the second time the product was defected received me. So that i have registered a complain for refund of money. I have returned a product on 10 may 2016 through postal service. The quality of product was checked on 21 may 2016. As per company term and conditions after quality checked found ok then the payment is refund in cons account within 14 to 21 days. But there is no payment refund in my account till today. My bank related information is also correct. So that plz do needful action in this matter.

                      Yepme app gives a message that 50 reward points will be credited for every successful transaction on yepme app. I have ordered many times since may 2016, but no reward points have been credited till now. Following are the order id

                        I order 6 shirts on 8th april 2016. It delivered on 13 april 2016 returned the products on 14 april. The products returned to their address. They told that wait for 14 days to get refund.25 days has completed but i did not get refund.                           I ordered 2 jeans, one is of black colour and other is of sky blue shade. I placed my order that is Order ID:[protected]/8/2016 1:53:00 AM) and paid through my card.
                          I received sky blue shade jeans but didnt receive black jeans, and instead of black jeans i received yellow legging!!! Actually my mom received the same at home, and told me about the legging. I tried to submit my complaint in written form but the yepme's website didnt submit it, so i called them and informed them about the wrong product which i got.They took my complaint and product was picked up frm my place. I got a message on 23 may 2016 that they received that product, they asked for 48 hours but didnt respond for many days about the issue. Then i called them again, they again wanted time and finally they told us that product is failed in quality check, i told them that it was the same product which yepme sent me, but they denied and asked me to wait for few more days. I didnt get any kind of response till june 17. I called them again and they said that you will not get refund because product did not qualify the quality check. They indirectly put blame on me that the product which they receive is not YEPME'S product. So is this the policy of Yepme to cheat people by sending wrong product and make them fail in quality check up, and ultimately cheat the consumers.
                          Moreover calling them costs too much.

                            They should ban this shopping site named yepme. Such sites and their owner should be banned. Order rejected by yepme because quality issue, it has been almost two month, still no response from yepme. Customer care. The customer care representative told that money will be refunded within 14 to 21 days. I waited upto 25 days then i gave call to the customer care regarding refund status. They told wait for three more days. After three days i again gave a call to customer care by asking the status of refund. They again asked me to wait for another one day. These people keep on asking us to wait. But money is not refunded. And they does not take any initiative to refund the amount. I request everyone not to purchase from yepme any more.

                              I have ordered shoes from yepme.com. Online shopping. My order no was 31289448 ordered on 10th june2016. It was my 1 st order and i got wrong product supply on 13th june 2016the standard time of delivery they take is 6 days. When i was ordering online there was a offer of 25% discount if the payment is done online. Ie.., pay through debit card or cr card. I paid online of 323. N got the product just in 3 days as against 6 days std time. I thought the service is very good bcz i got early delivery. But when i opened the box i got sandals instead of shoes. Nonsense fellows, beggers, frouds, don't they know the difference between chappell and shoes. Even if i have to refund it i have to return it out of pocket cost. The cost of product is 323 for which i am supposed to spend further 100 bugs approx. And i don't know whether i will get the replacement. Hence the yepme online shopping is run by frouds. Don't buy from these baggers. They r not online vendors. They r online beggers. Cheaters, frouds.

                                Refund has not been given even after company's policy of refund after 21 days. Its be 1 and half month since the order has been cancelled.
                                Date of Order Cancellation: 5th May
                                Amount: 623 rupees.

                                I had to call the customer care 7-8 times and every time they would give me reasons like wait for 48 hrs or 24hrs or will be processed by today.
                                I don't know how much interest is yepme going to get by not processing my refund to me.
                                Would never ever again shop from yepme or recommend it to anyone else.

                                  I raised 2 complaints concerned with refund of 2 products... They promised that it would take 14 to 21 days for the refund. Now its almost 1 month and no refund has been provided till now.. They didnt provide me the yepme coupons for the amount i spent for reversal courier of the products.. One more pathetic situation was that they offer reward points for the purchased items.. I got more than 400 points.. But oneday they reduced themselves the point to 72..such a pathetic shopping experience with yepme..

                                    I ordered the 2-pair of shoe from yepme and payment is paid advance to yepme on dt 10/05/2016.
                                    But the company delivered only 1 pair of shoe and said the other shoe is not in our stock.
                                    Then why the company book the 2-pair if it didn't had the product.
                                    Then i ask to company for other pair of shoe then representative told me that we will generate your refund on 16/05/2016
                                    But till now i have not received refund yet.
                                    I talked to customer care today and again he said it will take 4-5 days more.
                                    Please resolve my problem and get back my refund from yepme.

                                      Regarding order no. 31096291 refund amount not getting even after 21 days of cancelled order.

                                      I had made calls to customer care they told every time "wait to another four days".

                                      Mails sent to "[protected]@yepme.com" on 18.05.2016, 27.05.2016, 30.05.2016, 07.06.2016 giving same reply "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department, once we will receive an update over the same we will inform it to you accordingly."

                                      But never getting solution result.

                                      After posting of complaint i had get phone call from customer care and resolved my issue and refunded money.

                                        I have placed an order of Rs623 on 16May, Order ID 31083513. I have cancelled the order after few hrs realising that I have placed an incorrect order.

                                        After cancelling the order, I was expecting the refund amount to be credited to my account in 3-4 days (which is the usual time taken by the other online shopping websites) . But I didn't get the amount so I have called the customer care no, the representative told me that the refund process will take 15-20 days. I was surprised on her answer . This is too long time for processing the refund (I have cancelled the order before shipment). I waited for 20 days, but you guys didn't process my refund . Again I have called up CC and I was told that the matter has been escalated and I will get my money in 2 days . But it seems that making such excuses have become your habit. This time when I called up CC, she told me that there is some issue with the payment gateway. Now I will say that with this way of working, you guys will have to exit from the market very soon . Harassing the customers in this way, making false excuses(payment gateway can have some issue for 1 day not for 20 days). Which vendor in this market takes 1 month to refund the amount.

                                        I have got a call from Yepme saying that the amt is credited to my account . I have checked my account after the call . But again your false claims and excuses ... I didn't get my money.
