I have purchased two shoes from yep me.com through online, dt.20.03.16, vide order no.30590634, metirial received on 28.03.16, due to some size problem i was return to the delhi company office on 10.04.16 as per the instruction from the company with in one month (online complaint also registered), but till date refund or replacement chance also not giving the company. i have given three complaint through on line to there site, no. 2601706 dt.30.04.16, 2621747 dt.11.05.16 and 2638476 dt.21.05.16, till date, i have not received any inquiry or phone or mail from the company.already two months over.
please arrange to replacement of refund the money or give me select the another shoes from the valet.
