I am Supratim Samaddar. I placed an order (Order no[protected] on 24th Feb'16 in Yepme.com to avail Buy one Get one free offer (formal shoes for men). During this purchase I faced some serious customer service related problem. 1st of all, expected delivery date of that product was on 1st March'16, but there was a delay by 7 days (delivered on 7th March'16, tracking id[protected].

2nd of all I got only one shoe in buy one get one free offer. I WAS BEEN MISLEAD by the company as they are now saying they can not send another shoe as it is out of the stock. I have also talked with the Yepme customer care, but they are saying they can not send my another shoes (tracking no[protected]. Though it was a Cash on Delivery payment mode, but it was very much unprofessional customer service which leads a customer towards misleading only. I would have not buy if there is no buy one get one free facility.

Kind request is that please look into the issue so that this site can not mislead any other customer.

    I made online payment of rs.276-00 through net banking towards purchase of a wrist watch vide order no[protected] on[protected].
    Till today[protected] the order was not received by me.

    I have lodge complaints twice to yepme.Com. There is no reply or action from them.

    I am very desperate n shocked that, the reputed online website for which the bolly wood super star sharukh khan is advertising is also cheating the public.

      This is the pathetic website I have come across.. Normally I always place my orders either from Myntra or Flipkart but trsuting any new website like yours is such a mistake.. If this is the way how you treat and misguide your customers I wonder if you will get any business in future!! Atleast not from my end and I will make sure none of my friends, family or my colleagues uses this site! Disgusting customer service and disgusting solution provided.. You people take money just like that. When your representatives don't possess any knowledge regarding the site then it useless for us to call them for our queries and would request not to call it a "Customer Care".. In the last couple of months I had spoken with many executives none of them could help me out, they place the call on hold and the wait never ends.. Nobody is least bothered.. Atlast spoke with an executive Ms Pratibha she seemed to listen to my query and confirmed that I will receive my complete refund along with the courier charges but now they say they wont!! In clear words I do not want any coupon code from you guys you should have mentioned before when I about to parcel back to your office address courier charges will not be provided in case more than Rs 150 or you people provide coupon codes instead. I spent Rs 260 to courier the parcel and you people are making fun and not ready to return my money.

Also the product was very low quality. Belt was also dispute. For this said purpose I want to return my money.

          I have registered for replacement of a product (order id[protected] from yepme dated 22dec, 15.As per yepme the product verification has been completed on 18 jan, 16. Since the replacement size was not available I have asked for refund.

          As per the customer care the amount refund in account will process for 14 to 21 days and refund in terms of coupon code will process 7 to 14 days.So I requested for refund in coupon.I have not received my refund even after 30 days .

          I have emailed and called them several times but no action is been taken till now. I have asked for further escalation process but didn't get any information.Twice I was promised that refund will be done withing 72 hours but not done. Again after calling them they said to wait for 5 days but didn't received yet. Now again on calling they are asking me to wait 7 days.

          They have been processing my issue past 30 days and has not resolved yet.I am fed up of this service as nor they are providing me the actual clarification about its delay not providing any status.
          They are just ignoring my issue.As I am stuck up with them and unable to do anything.Please help me out with this.

                I placed the order on 15 Jan 2016 and I haven't received the item yet. I'm really unhappy that my order is still not delivered. Really disappointing!!!

                    Rs 495 was deducted from my SBI account. Transaction ID is "POS PRCH-POS[protected] yepme.com". They did not ship the shirt. When I called Yepme customer service, they said that I bought from a third party seller, and they cannot do anything. They gave me a phone no and said I should contact him. I called the and they said the prodcut will be shipped within 2-3 working days. But till date they have not shipped it. When I logged in to YEPME today to check the status of the order I saw that they cancelled the order without informing me. Now I do not see the order id under "My order" tab anymore.
                    I need my money back. I don't want the product anymore. Kindly check and register a case against YEPME.com

                    5 days ago I called yepme customer care to know the status of the complain. They said that the amount would get refunded within 2-3 days. But I have not got the amount back yet.

                    Today when I called YEPME customer care representative named Dipendra told me that I have wait 3 to 5 days more. What is going on I don't understand. I ordered the item on 14.1.2016. Nearly after 1 month I have got neither the product nor the refund.
                    Kindly help.

                    And I would like to warn other customers who are willing to buy from YEPME... don't even think of buying from YEPME. They are scam.

                        Order no: 16073965. I made payment through SC bank and the amount was debited from my account, but yepme customer care denies that. They say the payment was made from SBI. I have shared both my SC and SBI bank account statements, yet they are unable to resolve the case.

                            I placed one order on 4th august 2015 I placed oreder id# 14660881 and it was cancelled on 6th of august and go this message " Dear Customer, As per your request your order no. 14660881 has been rejected successfully. Please check your email for more details." Now from that day to till now I placed many calls and sent many emails but mony has not be refunded yet. Please look in to this otherwise I will take legal action against this.

                                I want to exchange the product, I got & size brown formal shoes and it was wrong it is actually of 8 size, recently when I ordered my number was 7 as per yepme measurement, this time also I ordered the same no. size formal shoe, but this measurement is different, i want to exchange that shoe which i have not used till now, I have complaint but till now no response from yepme.

                                      Dear Sir, I ordered a Denim Jacket and Jeans Total -INR1357 Mode of Payment:Credit Order id[protected], The amount was debited from my account but later i got a mail that my order has been rejected and the money will be refunded to me in next 7 days, more than 7 days have past but am not getting my money back

                                        Refund against Order No 15893075 not received. Request was send them on 20.11.2015 even product also received by them by 25.11.2015. After 10 days I got approval that return is eligible for 100% refund. but still searching the refund amount in my bank which I think never came. And interestingly they don't have email id for customer satisfaction.
