Dear sir,
I had ordered a pair of t-shirt on yepme.com seller site on 13th of april, 2016 but the purchase got rejected by the seller site on 14th april, 2016 after i had already paid for them via mobikwik wallet which amounts to rupees nine hundred and eighty nine only (Rs 989). They assured that the sum would be refunded in my mobikwik wallet within 7 working days but now 23 days have passed and still i am yet to receive my refund. I have tried to contact them several times but each time they have been asking for 48 hours but still my problem is yet to be solved.
I hope the sum is refunded at the earliest.

    As per my telephonic discussion on[protected], i am waiting for the resolution. I had placed two orders for which 490 yepme points must be given to me but on 4th may, i got an sms from your side that i have got 237 yepme points only. Why? Kindly check .

        I order from your website on 3 march 2016 with order number and returned the same on 18 march 2016. Since then my refund is pending and on each and every call they tell me refund will take place in 5 days. They also asked me for my bank to verify that i have not received the refund. Done that still no 30396112 work is done when i called them today they said your statemnt is being forwarded. Do you people need reminders from customers to do your work. I submitted my statement 2 weeks ago and when i asked to talk to a senior i was told i will receive a call but no one called . I regret my decisiin to transact with you yours is just a bunch of ignorant team and have no symapthy towrds customer satifaction. Help me resolve the issue now and stop harassing your customer.

          I had ordered a jeans from yepme.com by the seller ccavenue but that order # 30281943 got rejected but the amount of Rs.458 was debited from my bank account which was to be returned by 21 days but 68 days have been passed but I have still not got my money back and also I have called them thousands of time but its of no use fake promises always.

            I had placed an order for a t shirt. Ir was delivered today. The t shirt's colour isn't as expected. So i want to return the product. The Yepme app is neither showing my order in the orders section nor the app has any option to place a return request. I tried to mail them on ' customer.[protected]@yepme.com' and place a return request. But their server is rejecting my email. I tried it twice still rejected. I request Yepme.com to place a return request for my order and kindly upgrade their app by adding a return option.

                I bought a product from yepme.com on 23/03/2016. But the quality of the product wasn't that great and i didn't like it. So returned the product as per their policy. It's already been a month till now i haven't received any refund. They are giving some idiotic reasons if i ask for the status.

                  I ordered yepme mens analog digital watch colour red/black order id no.30536991 on 17 march 2016 and immediately after order amout deducted from my account as amount being paid by paytm wallet. I realise i have selected wrong colour in watch then immediately on the same time after 10 min. I cancelled the order. Now i call yepme customer care one lady pick up the call name jyoti, shivani, so and so saying how could i help you. I narrate the whole situation to her then she replied that the amount deducted from paytm wallet will again refunded or reverse to pay tm wallet itself. She asked me to. Wait for 14 days to max.21 days as as this days comes under there refund norms. After waiting for. 21 days. Amound paid is still not refunded so i call again next again one. Lady reply amount wil be refund to me in the coming 4 days so i hope lets wait for 4days..4 days gone no refund made. I call again lady replied due to technical issue it will take 72hrs means 3 more days to refund the amount. I again though ok.. When i check my paytm wallet account still none of the single penny transfered by them.. Oh yes all the time whenever u call they keep lines in hold for 3 to 4 min. Talking to there some higher authorities.. This whole action repeated several times with new excuses ever ready by them. Still today is 23 april 2016 i didnt got my refund back as it is alredy over 1 month. The worst online website i have ever come accross with the worst management system who are hired to manipulate customers and steal there money. Its totaly disgusting waste of money waste of time acting as an fraud chit fund company collecting numerous amount from the people and finaly one day just shut down there business. It was my very bad experience that i shop from this website. Amazon, snapdeal, flipkart are some of the 100% genuine online sites which i always prefer.

                          I had returned the product on 27 dec 2015 and they had also confirmed the return. Its 6 april 2016 today and still yepme.com has not credited the money on my account. I have sent 30 emails to them and they are taking 5 to 6 days for answering single email.
                          Very poor service. I have sent them bank detail statements multiple times and still they are not crediting the money. I am really frustrated. Please take some serious steps against them. I have called them more than 25 times and they dont have any toll free no either. So the customer have to pay the telephone bills also. I have spent more than 250 rupees on the call and they have to credit my Rs 1218 . I would not recommend this shopping website to anyone. Now i know the reason behind not putting the reviews and comments box on their website.
