I placed an order on 11 Sep 2015, I received a wrong product on the 15 Sept, 2015, after repeated calls & escalations to the customer service, a reverse pick was done on 22 sept 2015. Since then I have called customer service around 4 times, spoken to supervisors as well but I still have not received my original order, every time I call them they inform me 24 to 48 hours, this is informed to me by the supervisors but till date I have not received the order. Today when I called them the said 4 - 6 day to be delivered that is more than 1 week of the reverse pick up. The customer service has one standard answer "24 to 48 hours". And over all its been around 25 days of placing my original order. There has to be an end to this. People cant be suffering like this, we buy things online to make life simpler but this site is making it hard for people to transact online. Very bad service by Yepme. Some action needs to be taken.
