This is regarding my return order for my order#14685447. I've raised complaint to refund for "Yepme Reverie Polo Tee - Red & Blue." in august 2015 but till date I did not received my money What is the status of complaint #2007221 Where is my refund and Rs 150 redemption as the cost of courier?

      I have ordered 2 wrist watches to gift someone on 27 sept 2015t and did online payment too for the same. Till today i haven't received any item delivered, called many times them but they never resolved. Finally they made a fake report that its delivered. They are unaware of the proof i am carrying against them. Want compensation and ban the company as they cheating with customer.

        I ordered shirt through online shopping from your company which i successfully received .But the issue raised that the size of the shirt does not fits me...so i returned it on your address as ur company told me through a message. And i requested you to refund me my cash ...and ur company send me the check accordingly...but the check which i received contains only my name as a receiver ...no surname and nothin.. So the bank refused to withdraw that check.so i kindly request you to resend me my check with my full name accordingly i said ..please do resolve the issue arised.Thank you!

              I ordered shoes from Yepme with order ID 15244529 on 21.09.2015 but still it is not been received by me. But i got a mail that it was delivered on 29.09.2015. I replied to their customer service on mail about this. first they told me that it was delivered on reception since i gave the delivery address of my office. then i asked for Proof of copy of delivery(POD) from them but the POD which they gave was having the sign of the person whom i don't even know. The name doesn't match with any of the employee in my company. I told them about this yet there are saying it was delivered at the correct address. I provided my mobile no. also with the address my question was why i was not called up when my product arrived. I didn't received my product & there are giving a false POD. Please take the action against them as for my side it was not received by anyone in my company i have tripled checked it. Please do the needfull

                I was order online few items on 8th oct.15 and got confirmation will be deliver on 14th October, however till 13th october delivery was reached in my city Mumbai. 14 oct morning i received a msg will be deliver by evening. it was my son's birthday and he was eagerly waiting for the gift and i promised him that it will be at home by evening. however i waited till 19:00hrs and i received msg again that sorry we cannot deliver today. it was so disappointing me and my son, some how i manage him. next day again morning i rcvd msg that your shipment out for delivery and again in the evening rccvd msg that they unable to deliver today as well. it was horrible experience. self cancelled the order and ask for refund. i need my refund with some penalty to the company and that is also within a week time. as they said it will take 21 days to refund it.                 what is the update of my refund its more than 15 days i have not heard anything from yepme about the refund . the way you revert on complaint why cant you show your dedication and customer oriented service where you will get appreciation which help you in your business. now how long you guys keep me waiting to get the refund. kindly update the same.

                note :- i have not received any delivery and before that i cancelled the order, so it should not take more time. hoping for best service in terms of refund at least ????

Order no.[protected] Order Date - 29/08/2015 Order Time - 11:48:00 Contents : One Shirts One T-Shirt Two Pants Two Shoes I ordered size 38 for the shirt buy they sent size 40. I received the orders on 3rd and 5th September. I sent the two Pants and the shirt via DTDC bearing no. K80903966 on 7th Sept., they received the package on 10th September. When I contact them they telling from one month that they have processed the Refund from their end but it has been over a month I haven't received it. SO NEVER BUY FROM YEMPE.COM ITS A WARNING.

                    I placed an order of two t-shirts on april 12th/2015. Of which one t-shirt was delivered and the second wasn't dispatched. Plus on the first t-shirt this fraud company charged Rs.108 extra. I payed that time thinking the payment would be adjusted in the second one.But to no avail company gives a fuq to it's customers. Not yet delivered, plus they have disappeared my order from the my orders page.Heights of Fraudness. And believe me the t-shirts sold on yepme are only usable once, after that they fade away, and now after 7 washes i feel like i'd ordered a peach colored t-shirt ( The t-shirt initially being orange in colour).I'd rather prefer paying a thousands bucks extra in retail than wasting my time on these fraud's.

                      I ordered some earrings on[protected] which got delivered on[protected]. It's order no. is 15345860 and the total cost of the order was Rs 685 which included an extra item which I haven't ordered. When I opened my package to check the product, I was so frustrated to see the quality of the product which didn't suit with it's cost. Moreover, some of the earring were received damaged which shows the irresponsibility of the sender. So, I am returning back the product paying an extra courier charge for a product which isn't worth. Please be more responsible and do improve your product quality.

                          I ordered a Lee light grey polka fun pullover on 12 September. It was suppose to be delivered by 21 September. But I haven't got it yet. I cannot even track the order. I cannot reach yepme customer care. None of the customer care number they provided are reachable. Not even the customer care mail. It seems like a fraud. I don't want their product anymore.                               I have ordered 2 casual shoes from yepme of different sizes 6 &b 8. While received 8 size in ok condition but unfortunately no. 6 size is a sports shoes which i have not ordered. Then i contacted the customer care of yepme they told me to courier the same shoes by your own money and one thing it was my ist selling from the yepme It clearly shows that they are not providing the best service they are just cheating with customers.

                                I had placed an order of Pepe Jeans denim shorts on p Sep 2015 the date of delivery was 28th Sep 2015. The status still showing as pending for verification. I called up Fashionara, the vendor where Yepme has placed the order. They told me the product is out of stock thus in Yepme portal it is showing as pending for verification. Then I called up Yepme customer care. One of the pathetic service I have experienced till date. The lady with whom I spoke had zero knowledge of how to speak to a customer, how to address a query and she is saying you will have to wait when the product is available the delivery will happen. I am going to tell everybody that don't buy anything from Yepme.com it sucks. Really pathetic service. They should ideally shut their business. Now I am totally clueless where and with whom should I check my order status. I have even made the payment.

                                  I placed an order on 11 Sep 2015, I received a wrong product on the 15 Sept, 2015, after repeated calls & escalations to the customer service, a reverse pick was done on 22 sept 2015. Since then I have called customer service around 4 times, spoken to supervisors as well but I still have not received my original order, every time I call them they inform me 24 to 48 hours, this is informed to me by the supervisors but till date I have not received the order. Today when I called them the said 4 - 6 day to be delivered that is more than 1 week of the reverse pick up. The customer service has one standard answer "24 to 48 hours". And over all its been around 25 days of placing my original order. There has to be an end to this. People cant be suffering like this, we buy things online to make life simpler but this site is making it hard for people to transact online. Very bad service by Yepme. Some action needs to be taken.

I'd ordered 3 nos watches from Yepme Online Store .Order id[protected]@ on Rs.750 & received on dt... on day time at 3.00 pm within sealed packet. There were 2 nos watches in their respective boxes whereas 1 of them was without boxes by virtue of which that watch was little more broken while I opened the packet. Immedietly I informed Yepme Customer Care & to return those products & refund my money, after then they appologised for this wrong thing & said me to return that product with giving courier charges and they will refund my money @Rs.750 with courier charges @150 Rupees after receiving & completion of Quality Check. Also I'd returned those 3 watches through DTDC Courier tracking Id V23973037 on dt -22.08.2015 & it was received on dt 24.08.2015 in their provided respective address & after then from their side I got a call & a mail for confirmation of reciving of material and after some days later I got mail from Yepme Head Office with a complain id 2026450 for refund of my money & courier charges. That refund complaint id 2026450 is generated after successfully Quality Checked of refund material. They committed me that within 15 to 20 days I will get my money back whereas till date I haven't got my money. After then finally 1 month later at the time of refund of my payment @ Rs.750 they're (customer care) saying that they have received only 2 nos watches & We wont refund your money. Finally I've to say here, if you people were received 2 nos watches then how could you confirm me in my mail & how could u generate your complaint refund id for refund of my money, as after verification of same material & quality complaint id for return of payment will be generated. But now customer care has denied to me for refund... My phn number is -[protected] for further inquiry and also attaching my bank statement and the courier receipt. So kindly look into the matter & solve it as soon as possible.

                                      Yepme is totally fraud..
                                      I am utsav kumar, nd once ordered one crop top and skirt from yepme on 3rd of june.. And an prepaid amount has been paid..
                                      They delievery has not been done, and finally at 22nd june the delievery was returned by delievery company.

                                      Now the game started . They are still getting to call me and i ask for my refund. They only reply sir wait for 3 days. It's processing..
                                      And finally its 11th of august.. For june 22 to 11th of august . They are still returning my refund. Which i thought never be gonna happen i my life.

                                        I want cancel my order number 15275909.it not suitable for me so i want reject thiz.it is woman item Im not interest on this item so i want cancel my product id number It is.not like to me.is.not macth so i don't want thiz please come back my oder number 15275909.you should cancel my order id then only i can order another It not macth so please cancel this
