Ordered iteam not delivered as they have said that ordered iteam was out of stock.Now the question is that why the same iteam was reflecting on their official page when it was out of stock .Now refund also not received even after 2 months of transaction.Ihave called them more than 15 times.But till date date money is still not refunded.

        I ordered items from Yepme.com on 06-June-2015, and the items were never shipped. After 20 days, when I called customer service, they asked some more time to deliver the items, and subsequent enquiries followed on the same track. I got frustrated with the response and started asking for refund which time they said its a fashionara product and I should contact them for refund. After I emphasize that I ordered at yepme.com and it is the responsibility of yepme to refund, the customer service responded back asking for 14 to 21 days to process the refund. Post 21 days, when I asked for the refund status, Yepme asked for another 7 days, and on the subsequent call (after 7 days), Yepme asked for 48 hrs and now they shifted back to saying its a fashionara product and will take 7 more days to complete the refund process. I am now preparing the consumer complaint form, and just wanted to reach out to other consumers advising to act on caution while purchasing at Yepme.com. Yepme.com is the worst online store experience that I have faced in the whole of my online purchases.

        I am going to Consumer forum; Firstly, I registered a complaint in core.nic.in. Next, I am going to Consumer Court (District Court) with all the evidence. Then you will be able to find my name, order ID, email ID, etc which should be in your database. The post here is just to inform other customers of such an incidence and to be cautious or avoid ordering at Yepme.com.

        I am not going to stop at it, but will publish this in my website later with all the evidence advising other consumers to stay off from you.

        How many customers you have cheated, God only knows!!!

              I have place an order with YEPME for a Tee, and have paid 164/- through net banking, but after proceed the order, I received a mail that, your payment for Order number 14811278 is failed. The order has been rejected. now I am searching some mailing details to inform YEPME. But such cheater never keep any option to communicate through mail. I use cheater words just because I have found many complaints for the same subject. this is the trick to earn and use customers money without interest.
              You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take some legal action on this company and help us to refund our payment with interest and penalty.

              bellow mail received from YEPME. I am very good aware of your system generated mail, and thousands of complain against YEPME, nobody will taking care to resolve this issue soon. coz you people earning interest of this amounts from thousands of customers whom you cheated like.

                Sir, I placed an order in Yepme.com for formal shoes through net banking. Amount of Rs.308 got debited from my account but the status of my order shows cancelled in Yepme.com. When enquired my bank officials, they said payment was successfully credited to Yepme.com. I could not reach their customer care. Neither i could not get my refund. My order number is 15099145. Please help me in getting refund.

Yesterday received call from this number 011-40799900. As well as received email from "[email protected]". They assured me that they'll make refund within 3-5 days. It's all because of "Consumer Complaints Forum".

                    I have ordered 3 t-shirts valued 548 rs in total on 16 October 2014.during transaction my account 3d secure codd was not registered due to that my transaction would fail but amount was debited inspire of secure code not submitted I contacted bank they said amount is being credited into a pooled account avenue pvt Ltd. Called yepme many times all the time they say amount will be refunded but no refund yet.I need my money back.my contact no is [protected] j can check my transaction by this also. Also I have sended and received 20 emails in total about account creation, subscription, order placed and rejected and requesting to refund through direct and as well as akosha team.three orders rejected on same day 16 Oct 2014 but still no refund. If any refund is done let me know the proof or if this is not credited into yepme account let me know as soon as possible.

                      I had placed 1 order for jacket the jacket was not at all gud... Not of my size... Then i called customer care they dnt knw hw to talk i will nvr place ny order from this rubbish website the other pain is for exchange they want me to courier the product and then they will gb me the voucher. When i m nt going to order nything so wats the use of coupon. I want my money back for the product + my courier charges in term of money not vouchers else arrange pick up. i wil make the complaint to consumer court.

Order[protected]Rs.3921) - products replaced were of wrong size and RMA needs to be processed and the refund of some of the returned items need to be Rs.1071.56 NOT Rs.915. I am really disappointed on this issue. I had a great faith on your brand and lot of purchases I have done for my family from you. But this time I have received the consignment with unbuildable variation.                                     My Order ID is 14708333. My order was cancelled due to out of stock. I receive a mail on Aug 14th as the refund process will be initiated with in 7 days. But it is almost 10 days and the money not yet credited in my account. So I think there is a norms for penalty for exceeding 7 days. Also I complained before 4 days and not yet received any response.

                                      You r lied. Its not indicated that you add one more n all. You are fraud. I am complaining on consumer court. Meet you there! You are fraud. I want my money back and your trouser cost is 1199 and its too cheap its easily available in market under 600-700 rs.

                                        I placed two orders[protected] &[protected] with Yepme on 24th July for ~8K. Their size chart was completely off so all the clothes ended by being too big, so after getting the appropriate RMAs, I shipped it back to them. One order was supposed to be replaced and the other to be refunded (their ridiculous software won't allow items within an order to be selectively replaced or refunded!). They notified me of the receipt of the return. Almost 10 days later, they finally notified me, after several reminders, that quality check passed and that the replacement order has *already* been dispatched --no tracking number provided, even upon request! But the status on the replacement order is STILL at "ReadyForDispatch". The order to be refunded is still at "RefundRequested" as well. It's been a month now and every time I ask for an update the only response is "we have forwarded your concern" but with absolutely no reply from whomever these concerns have been 'forwarded' to. When I asked their Facebook staff for the matter to escalated, they blocked me. This is Yepme's method of 'resolution' apparently. If Yepme does not resolve this in the next two days, I will be filling a dispute with my bank and insist that they impose a chargeback fee on them when they recover my funds. I've tweeted the cofounder Sandeep Sharma (@sandyxyz), brand ambassadors Rhea Chakraborty (@Tweet2Rhea) and Esha Gupta (@eshagupta2811) about this reprehensible and shocking lack of customer service, bordering on fraudulent activity. I think they believe if they wait long enough, we will forget that the refund is due! I've also re-emailed Yepme and forwarded them to [protected]@yepme.com, Lalit Kumar ([protected]@gmail.com) --provided by another complainant. I will definitely be taking this forward with consumer court as well for not only my funds but for the waste of my time and resources. Online shopping is supposed to make life convenient, not waste endless time and phone minutes to barely get a non-answer, contact the company owners and file complaints/court cases.
