I have purchase new t-shirts at offer by one get one free but couldn't get extra free T-shirt. So i have return the t-shirt .and T-shirt size is very long .few day ago i have purchase t-shirts of L size .this t-shirts is fit in my bodybut i have purchase T-shirt of L size at yepme.com size is very long so i have requested that refund my money as soon possible.

        Its quite disgusting to say about the matter of payment being not settled yet.
        I booked watch (1+1 offer) order no. 13186180 on 23 / 04 / 2015 which costs to inr 598 and received a magazine (As shown in image) after 10 days through india post instead of watches. So i filed a complaint which made me to send back the wrong product (Magazine) to return address. So i sent well in advance and found that after 5 - 7 days a same magazine was received back to my destination (Dtdc courier) where i booked for returning. I came to know about this when courier person told about it. After knowing this i talked to customer care executive and explained about it, executive told not to return back the magazine and the amount will be settled in 10 - 14 days so i didnt bother to collect magazine from courier centre as it was far from my destination. As it was cash on delivery i provided all bank details to receive amount. But i found neither inr 598 for watches nor courier charges (Inr 80 in the form of store credits in my yepme account) which were borne by me were not settled. For every 14 days i used to call they keep on saying sorry for delay it will be settled in 10 - 14 days. Already wasted nearly inr 100 towards call for yepme customer care for 7 - 8 calls so far. In this way the month of july also passed but amount was not yet reflected back into my account.
        So i think this is the right platform to get all of my amount back

          This is regarding the order I placed a month ago, I was very unhappy with the products that I received and initiated return for both the products and I parceled both the products in same box (just like how I received it) and couriered it to your delhi office. but when I saw the return status it stated partial return and I got refund for only one product. I have been contacting your customer care since then to get this issue fixed. Each time I call the issue has not been fixed. One of your executive asks me to mail the courier bill which has details of content. First of all to courier a product we have to enclose it in a package and only the courier services gauges the item based on weight. I however have attached the courier bill. I am very unhappy with this service. I want my money back. And wit such service you could only expect to loose out on customers. Its high time that your team improvise on your displeasing service. No escalation, on toll free customer phone line, no pick up for products and hell lot of Hassle involved with shopping at your site. Terrible experience. I have lost so much of money on talking to your customer care and haven't received a resolution to this problem. Here are the order details :.               on 11th of july i had placed a order at yepme.2 tops from yepme and as a seller( from fashionara 4 tops) they deduct amount from my credit card and my order not received yet.till 20 th july. i am calling again and again to yepme there e-mail id is fake there is no response and there executives always gave me toll free no of fashionara .com.i m very depressed and feeling harrase by yepme .com.they dont accept refund request.

                        I have ordered a product on 19th May, 2015 and made payment through bank ..I did not received the product. I called on yepme and they said that the same is not available in stock.. I asked for refund and on 4th June, 2015, one of executive said that it will done in next 3- 5 working days..i am chasing them on regular basis but i have not received my refund till 18th July, 2015.. This type of services is not all acceptable..

                            I had order 2 shoes they send me bed quality shoes by-mistake after that so many times contact with them first time they told me refund will be done with 4-5 day after that i again contact with yepme he told me it will be done with in 10 to 15 days 13.07.2015 i had contact with them again now they told me it will be take 7 days.Again i had contact with them again now they told me 10 day too much harassment, too much irresponsible, working process like chit fund after invest my money not getting the proper things.plz do something..

                              When I placed an order for 2 t-shirts for which the amount i need to pay was displaying as 260 rupees.after placing order it was booked as 2 order id's for which I need to pay shipping charge for 2 order id's. Automatically one order got rejected and I have received one t-shirt for which I paid 278 rupees.i realised it once I opened the packet.suppose if I would placed 4 products they would have charged shipping charge 4 times for 4 order id's..moreover I didn't receive the coupon code for the product which I paid for the courier when requested for replacement..it is the worst site that I have ever seen..dont install this app and dont buy anything from yepme..

                                    I had order 1 shoes on may'15 they send me 1 different shoes by-mistake after that so many times contact with them first time they told me refund will be done with 4-5 day(Mr.Binay Prabhakar) after that on 30.06.15 i again contact with Mr.Vishal singh(senior floor supervisor)he told me it will be done with in 10 to 15 days today i had contact with them again now they told me it will be take 21 days.too much harassment, too much irresponsible, working process like chit fund after invest my money not getting the proper things.plz do something.

                                        I would like to inform you that I was informed through email that my order no 14183675 placed on 06/26/2015 will now be dispatched in multiple shipments. and I was asked to track use the new order numbers as mentioned below for any future reference/tracking order status. Out of 2 items in your original order 1 item will be shipped under new order number 14209878 1 item will be shipped under new order number 14209879 But I received the first order .But I haven't received the free power bank gift not yet. I have even made a complaint to the customer care also. but no response from their side I request you to send it immediately and hereafter don't cheat people with this kind of false offers. thank you
