Hi Team, On 7th June 2015, I had ordered a Kurti (Order number[protected]... But after 10 days I got a msg that the order has been cancelled and I receive my Paid amount within 7 day... But It is more than 20 days the amount is not credited to my account. Several time i tried to call the Yepme Helpline number. But never succeeded.

    Ordered a dress through yepme on April 27 2015(order number:[protected]. But the product is not delivered, and I have been following up to get the money refunded. I have been through yepme customer care and then to fashion era(merchant) and again to yepme. But there was no proper response that I got from them. Money is not refunded till today.

            After telephonic conversation got confirmed that money will refund to my account as the product is out of stock to return the same product back with a different size. But still I did not get money to YepMe Credit. What is the status on that? It has been already a week and the complaint lodged months before. Should I wait a month to get a refund amount? Please let me know.

                  I had ordered a 3 tshirts valued at Rs. 598 from YepMe.com on 25thjune 2015 on cash on delivery scheme with an order no 14168504. They promised to make the delivery within 7-8 business days. I kept on asking them by emails about the delivery but there's no response from YepMe.com. After about days I decided to cancel the order and sent an email. Even then there was no response. On 30th june.i received an SMS from YepMe.com that the products were dispatched. I took the delivery on 2ndjuly by paying Rs. 598. But to my utter horror I found that the tshirts were of different sizes(xl). So after reading the return policy of YepMe.com I returned the tshirts by courier by spending Rs. 263 on 5th july

                            Order no[protected] Biggest mistake of my life placing the order from YEPME.com. I ordered few products 2 months back. The amount got deducted within the sec and then I never received the refund nor the product! Already called them more than 20 times, Sent email more than many a times, no response yet. How come an IITian can start a fraud company like this, Same on you buddies, Vivek Gaur, Sandeep Sharma and Anand Jadhav go get the life! You and your service sucks big time. Everyone stay away from this web! Yepme pls put a pic of Charles Shobraj in your logo. Please get this resolved today itself because I have enough of it. Its been 2 months I have been waiting for the same. They finally gave me time till yesterday evening, but no credit made to my account. Someone, please help me getting my money back from these fraudsters.

                                My name is hardik kotak. I ordered 2 shirts on yepme on 09/04/2015 order id 12920016. But after receiving the product due to quality reasons i applied for return request and refund for the same. They advised me to contact fashionara as the product was a third party product. I called fashionara and comfirmed that they have already processed the same by 05/05/2015. Till date i haven't received refund. I called for 5 times to yepme for this matter but i haven't received any satisfactory solution to my query. If the third party (Fashionara) has processed the refund why yepme is not initiating the payment for refund since 23/05/2015. The amount of refund has been credited to yepme's account on same date. Now they are just giving promises to wait for 3-4 days, 5 days and many more. I dont understand why they have hold the refund despite the third party has already refunded the amount to its credit. I have also spent more than 100rs. Just on calling yepme in last 1.5 months.I want a prompt solution to this matter. Kindly look into the matter.

                                It feels so embarassing. Now you are telling, "We have escalated your concern to the refund team to deeply evaluate the case", and what about the time and money I have spent on calling yepme since 24th May till date.Does it mean that I just made fake calls while asking for the status of my refund? You kept on giving promises but no executions at all. This simply means that you don't value your customer.

                                  I made a mistake of buying clothes from Yepme and since then they have been constantly harrassing me with their sms promos WHICH BY THE WAY I NEVER ASKED FOR IT. i raised a complain on their website, send the optout sms and still being harassed by them. Besides the sms promos the company is also a cheat. if you have a size exchange issue. customer has to pay for the courier charges and yepme provides 150rs voucher in exhange. its been more than 3 months and i still have not recd the credit.

                                    One day i ordered one product from yepme...after that day, it is sent messages daily on my no [protected] from yepme...I tried many times to stop but it couldn't be stopped by yepme...for stopping i sent many messages having written YSTOP and sent to 56161...I was not aware of this chargeable message...and i sent last message which is not sent because of insufficient balance...then i got...sms YSTOP to 56161 is chargeable...please help me for stopping these messages on my no [protected] from yepme... ...                                       Sir I buy. Two shoes in yepme that two shoes size is 9 but my foot wear size also 9 but this shoes is not fitting to my leg it so small so I can use this shoes now so I want to replacement for that shoes more over I not like one shoes so please replace another shoes in the size of 10 or 11 Size shoes to me how I make my replacement to change shoes where must I replace this shoes
