My order was cancelled due to some system error which I get to know on the day I was expecting delivery of the item.
I contacted the shipment company and they couldn't provide me any update on my order.
On calling Yepme they confirmed that due to system error my order stays cancelled. However, the amount was deducted from my account.
confirmed with the bank account on the deduction of the amount by the merchant.
Customer Care too had handled this request carelessly. Being my first transaction with Yepme. I would like to see a quick reimbursement of the issue and also a compensation to be provided for such delayed customer service.

Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to this forum finally I got call from YepMe customer care support team and details about my issue.
Apparently their system had logged two order against me. One was never placed and other that was rejected. I had order number of only the one which was never placed. Hence, my follow-ups were not helping them identify the solution.
However, I still feel Yep Me needs to improve their customer care quality if they want to maintain SRK's brand.
Thanks for all the help my amount is finally refunded. Just a suggestion to Yep Me customer care team, ensure to understand the customer's actual problem and find solution to it. It may not always be the case that customer belongs to IT field and understand duplicate order getting placed and payment gateway not responding etc.
Since the forum helped. I had to come back and inform others that at least do give a try even if it is as long as 6 months of failed follow-ups :)
