I placed two orders with Yepme on 24th July. Their size chart was completely off so all the clothes ended by being too big, so after getting the appropriate RMAs, I shipped it back to them. One order was supposed to be replaced and the other to be refunded (their ridiculous software won't allow items with an order to be selectively replaced or refunded!). They notified me of the receipt of the return and I was told I will receive the replacement order and refund within 7-10 days. It's been a month now and every time I ask for an update the only response is "forwarded your concern" but with absolutely no reply from whomever these concerns have been 'forwarded' to. When I asked their Facebook staff for the matter to escalated, they blocked me. This is Yepme's method of 'resolution' apparently. If Yepme does not resolve this in the next two days, I will be filling a dispute with my bank and insist that they impose a chargeback fee on them when they recover my funds. I've tweeted the cofounder Sandeep Sharma (@sandyxyz), brand ambassadors Rhea Chakraborty (@Tweet2Rhea) and Esha Gupta (@eshagupta2811) about this reprehensible and shocking lack of customer service, bordering on fraudulent activity. I think they believe if they wait long enough, we will forget that the refund is due! I've also re-emailed Yepme and forwarded them to [protected]@yepme.com, Lalit Kumar ([protected]@gmail.com) --provided by another complainant. I will definitely be taking this forward with consumer court as well for not only my funds but for the waste of my time and resources. Online shopping is supposed to make life convenient, not waste endless time and phone minutes to barely get a non-answer, contact the company owners and file complaints/court cases.

    My order date 20 Jun 2015 a pair of shoes. My order No. is 14108094 . I made many call to yepme custumer care and the always replying back saying it will be refunded within a week or two days .Its been made two months bt i haven't got my money back and not even the shoes. I was regular custumer of yepme shopping but i can't trust this site anymore kindly take some action towards this and make sure to refund my money or otherwise i have to take some legal action towards this by going to consumer court ..i[censored] nt tak action then i write FIR agains ur company at my nearest police station or do more..       Yepme is fooling people. I ordered for 3 sandals and one shoe and also paid payment. But after a couple of days they sending an email stating the product is not available, They are just fooling people and wasting their time. They will show many offers and also make us order products after ordering they say product not available. If the product is not available why they are showing in display as available and they take so much time to get our money refund. We have to follow with them again and again and very bad response.

        My order was cancelled due to some system error which I get to know on the day I was expecting delivery of the item. I contacted the shipment company and they couldn't provide me any update on my order. On calling Yepme they confirmed that due to system error my order stays cancelled. However, the amount was deducted from my account. confirmed with the bank account on the deduction of the amount by the merchant. Customer Care too had handled this request carelessly. Being my first transaction with Yepme. I would like to see a quick reimbursement of the issue and also a compensation to be provided for such delayed customer service.         Thanks to this forum finally I got call from YepMe customer care support team and details about my issue. Apparently their system had logged two order against me. One was never placed and other that was rejected. I had order number of only the one which was never placed. Hence, my follow-ups were not helping them identify the solution. However, I still feel Yep Me needs to improve their customer care quality if they want to maintain SRK's brand. Thanks for all the help my amount is finally refunded. Just a suggestion to Yep Me customer care team, ensure to understand the customer's actual problem and find solution to it. It may not always be the case that customer belongs to IT field and understand duplicate order getting placed and payment gateway not responding etc. Since the forum helped. I had to come back and inform others that at least do give a try even if it is as long as 6 months of failed follow-ups :)

          I have ordered 6 t-shirts on yepme online apps @460 but I have only received 2 T-shirt that worth each @40 and the shipping fee was Rs.50 each and with all that only cost 180 and I have talk to yepme customer care to refund rest of my money I.e 280. They said that the refunding will take 14 to 21 days..and its has been more since than that they have estimated..and i haven't got my refund back.. So i request yepme to do there freaking job..earnestly..or esle

            I have ordered two shirts worth 1098/- on June 26 and the order ID is: 14187670. I have received them on July 6. The quality of the shirts is very bad and also size is too big for me so, I returned them and I requested yepme to refund my money. My compliant ID is: 1875359.This is all happened on July 18. Returned AWB no is: 867572, Professional Courier. After 10 days I got a mail from [protected]@indusind.com, it says that my refund is processed and it will take 3-5 working days. Still now no message or mail or any update from them. I didn't expect this kind of behavior from them. I thought Yepme.com is a trustworthy company but it is not. Too bad guys.

                My registered number is [protected] i placed an order 45 days back and that could not be dispatched due to some reason and i raised complaint about one month back, but dint get my refund till date and i contacted on toll paid the executives are just postponing the refund date and even committed i will get a call in 4 hrs from one if their higher executive but i dint

                Need an update you people really harassing a customer a lot which is not at all advisable reputed firm like you. Even I was planning to buy another pair of shoe but after such response since last 40 day I thing I need to choose another firm for new pair of shoes

                I don't need your apologize and I will apologize you for selecting your website.

                I just need my refund by Wednesday if not done I will lounge a complaint in consumer forum for harassing a customer.

                Its almost 13hrs I haven't get any revert yet what type of service your providing and your are asking for rating its just shame

                the product which i recived was not upto my expection. I wanted to change the Product but the customer care are not responding. This is an harrassment as the service is too slow.

                  I was ordered shirts from yepme.com vide order no. 1442611 paying through debit card & same has cancelled by me on 18 july 15 before it dispatch to me & got messages from yepme ( your refund will process in 5 to 7 days ) after one week I called customer care many times & they replied me same answer each time your refund will process in one 5 to 7 days but till today Yepme has not made my refund vary bad third class, poor, dirty service by yepme, plz solve my issue regarding my refund.

                      The product which i had ordered is totally different so return is back as soon as possible

                      on replacement of the order, i did not get the 150 rs of coupon

                      i ordered shoes..i got the delivery of shoes. but there was size issue. si i sent back the parcel for replacement. i got the parcel again after 10-15 days.but didnot get the 150 rs coupon with the parcel.

                          I had bought 2 trousers from Yep me.com of Rs. 1733 on 11 May 2015. The products had very bad quality hence, i returned it and raised my complain online and asked for refund amount but i did not get my refund amount yet. I had called up customer care so many time but they have very casual approach. I had received an SMS from Yep me.com that i will be getting a cheque by courier but still i am awaiting the cheque. I am very disappointed with Yep me's services. Also, will not refer this site to anyone. Please help me getting my money back.

                            I placed an order on 15.06.2017my order id is 33758061. I already paid for this order. It is still in the process of dispatch. When I called on yepme helpline number they are not answering call.

                                  Am ordered a product in yepme by online payment, they received my money and sent a message and mail regarding that but when am tried to trace my product that showing this number not valid like that, their date of delivery also over till now not received my producy no response from yepme. Very worst online businesses. Am fully disappointed.

                                    I had purchased 2 pair of footwears from yepme.com in june. But due to small sizes of the footwear, I returned the same to yepme on 18th june 2015 and asked them to refund the amount of rs.536/-. They have done the quality check of the product on 23rd june 2015, and processed my refund on 26th june and told me that within 14-21 days I will receive my refund amount. But still I haven't received my refund amtount, its more than a month. I have also beared the courier charges of rs.190/- for returning the product to yepme office in Delhi from Pune, because they told me to courier. I have also sent them a complaint mail on the email id [protected]@yepme.com twice. I spoke to their customer care executives their names are MONICA and NAINA several times but they are not giving proper response. My Order no.[protected]

                                        150 + 334 is 175 Rs according to Yepme people.. Worst service ever.. Don't buy anything from Yepme. My Complaint: Yepme.com - Still money not refunded to my account and updated as resolved in my order details I got same mail 4 times for Coupon reimbursement for courier charges 150 Rs.
