    Iam from Kochi, Kerala, I Ordered yepme products, Yepme Trizt Women's Watch - White/Pink and Philips1360/97 Wired Headphones - Black on june 10th 2015, and its expected delivery date was on june 17th, 2015.. the order number is 13978020.I tried to track my order and it is showing dispatched.But not delivered the product till now.i didnt get any sms or email regarding the delivery of product.. so plz plz check and send the product as soon as possible.

      Hi, I ordered 4 watches as a part of buy one get one free offer. I got three and was delivered well on time. I was told that the fourth product will be shipped as a seperate order. Later on i got another email that the order (for the fourth watch) has been cancelled with no info. on if i will get any money back or not. If i try lodging a complaint on their website, it will not let me raise it because the order is cancelled. And the contact number provided on the website doesnot work. When you call, it tells you to call on another number. A company like yepme won't update the number on their website and won't auto direct the calls to new number?? Hard to believe. I dont know why they advertise so much about buy one get one free offers if they are NOT actually giving the free product to the customer. Painful customer experience... Very disappointed.

            i had registered a refund for the order no 13849716, my complaint no being 1788591 i have already sent the product dated 13.06.2015, through "flyking.co" awb tracking no being[protected], and i have even confirmed with yepme customer care on 19.6.2015 that the product has reached them on 17.6.2015 and that they will initiate the refund within 48 hours but there has been no confirmation by message or email of the same. so please refund the amount of rs.1425

                I have placed my first order from this worst site and I recommend to everyone not to order from this site because of following reasons: 1) They don't have reverse pickup 2) If you return the order they will refund only 150 Rs voucher.If you request to transfer amount in your bank account they will regret and customer care people don't know how to talk to customer. They have worst customer care employees. 3) There is no senior or customer care executive to talk to customer. 4) Within one also they don't refund the money

                  I ordered 3 pair of shoes on May 24, 2015. My Order ID is 13720506. I paid using debit card. I wanted to change the order so I canceled order next day but still not received refund in my bank account. I also called Yepme customer care 2 times they said me to wait both times. After waiting still not received my refund. Please refund money asap.

                  After another 2 phone calls I got my refund on 24-06-2015. They should really improve their service when it comes to refund.

                      I had placed the order for yepme shoes on 28/05/2015 as per order Order Id : 13773644. I got a message from yepme shows that my order is dispatched on 15/06/2015 and will be delivered by 21/06/2015 (through COD Speed POst GGN, Docket No. *AO[protected]IN* When I checked the status of my order today, it shows that I had returned my order and yepme receive back it. Please note that, I had not yet get any intimation or call regarding the delivery till the date. I am waiting for the order for about one month and now i got a really bad experience. I just want the order to be delivered to me... please make the arrangement.

                          I bought a pair of jeans from yepme . I found both of the jeans was having fitting/size issue so I put a replacement complaint . i logged complaint may times for reverse pickup. customer executive telling only give us only 3 day we will arrange it and send person for reverse pickup. but after 10 also there were no reverse pickup i seen online my complaint in resolve status. very third class kind of serves if yepme will not work around my solution then i will update this on social media. yepme please do any thing to resolve my problem. regards Namdeo Shinde

                                      i ordered jeans under offer buy 1 get 1 free my order no. Is 13831680. Date of order - 1 June 2015 and suppose to be deliver on 6 June but I didn't received it but I wait for 13th of June that time tracking shows second attempt remains so I called yepme at[protected] I spoke with someone name as Poonam she told me she is going to raise complain about it and within 2-3 days you will get your order and I told her if there is any problem in address you can contact on my mob no. [protected] but she told me don't worry you will get it after 2-3 days but when I called today again regarding my order someone told me my order return to its origin . When I ask can you deliver this package again to me she told me you have to place new order and on website it's not in stock. I m not happy with yepme services because the delivery boy never called me even single time if he was facing any problem. But from today I will never do shopping again with yepme and I will also share your bogus service with my friends .

                                        i have been an ardent and honest customer of yepme. and i feel very disappointed to informed you that i had received my parcel today the 16th june, 2015 which i had order my goods on 28th may, 2015. instead of receiving the already ordered good (i.e. yepme formal shoes-black(72043)ypm, yepme formal shoes-brown(57717)ypm) i received books. and i already paid an amount of Rs. 697 to the post office. on the other hand, on the buyer's copy the goods that i ordered were totally correct but inside the parcel, shockingly i received a book (ie. labour law reporter magazine). on each of the shoe-box, i received two same cited magazine and another three same cited magazine. so, it will be kind enough if you kindly refund back the same amount in my bank account.
