Referring to my order (Order No.[protected] on 15th May 2015, i had registered a complaint at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/yepmecom-replacement-of-products-and-arrange-fo...⇄ on June 4th.
Yepme representative called me the next day and assured me reverse pick up of the products but till now Yepme has not arranged for reverse pick up. As told by Yepme representative during his call i had registered a complaint on 6th June and requested as follows.
"As assured by Yepme representative (Mr. Atul) during his call on 05.06.15, please arrange for reverse pick up and request Yepme to replace Yepme Bran Regular Fit Denim-Medium Blue Wash (71561)/YPM with Yepme Britt Denim - Ice Wash size 34 (Item Code: 71542) and replace both pair shoes with Yepme Cyrus Denim - Black Size 34 (Item Code: 71572)"
Almost 5 days are over since i registered complaint for replacement, Yepme has not arranged for reverse pick up. I'm worried that after 14 days of request Yepme will not consider the replacement or return.
This attitude by Yepme discourages myself and the customers like me to buy anything as it is very difficult to either return and or replacement unlike other online shopping websites.
Hope Yepme considers my request ASAP for reverse pickup before it is too late.
