    The actual order no. was 12999804 And the amount to be paid was 1427 after the offer.. the order got split into two orders That is no. 12999951 nd 12999952 But they took 2030 for the first delivery and 674 in the second.. Actual Order was buy one get 1 free, we ended up paying the full amount for all 4 products. Raised complaint and sent all details, its been almost 2 months no refund initiated .

      My order no. is 11964953. I had ordered a watch worth Rs. 413 on date 04/02/15 by advanced payment through netbanking. The transaction ID is[protected]. But, as promised by Yepme, I didn't receive my product after waiting for several days and I cancelled my order on 20/02/15 applying for refund. Then I received a message that the refund is being processed. Since then, I had called Yepme several times for complaining and every time the Customer Care Service tells me that the money will be refunded within the next 10 days. Now, it has been more than 3 months and not even a single rupee is transferred back to my account. I request to please consider my problem and take some serious action against this as fast as possible. My mobile no. is [protected].

      My order no. is 1753384. I had ordered 2 footwear worth rs.600 on date 10/05/15 . But, after receiving the product due to size issue and I returned my order on 28/05/15 and applied for refund. Then I received a message that the refund is being processed on 8/06/2015. Since then, I had mailed Yepme several times for complaining but not yet received any reply . Now, it has been more than 20 days and not even a single rupee is transferred...

        Reference :Complaint no.1754428 and 1754330 After enough time of returning of products, I have not received my money. Even after receiving products the co has not credited my refund to my account. They sent me messages that my refund has been initiated and it will be reflected in my account after 3-5 days but now after more than 7 days, the money has not been credited to my account.Please refund my money immediately.

            Dear Sir / Madam, Referring to my order (Order No.[protected] on 15th May 2015, i had registered a complaint at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/yepmecom-replacement-of-products-and-arrange-fo... on June 4th. Yepme representative called me the next day and assured me reverse pick up of the products but till now Yepme has not arranged for reverse pick up. As told by Yepme representative during his call i had registered a complaint on 6th June and requested as follows. "As assured by Yepme representative (Mr. Atul) during his call on 05.06.15, please arrange for reverse pick up and request Yepme to replace Yepme Bran Regular Fit Denim-Medium Blue Wash (71561)/YPM with Yepme Britt Denim - Ice Wash size 34 (Item Code: 71542) and replace both pair shoes with Yepme Cyrus Denim - Black Size 34 (Item Code: 71572)" Almost 5 days are over since i registered complaint for replacement, Yepme has not arranged for reverse pick up. I'm worried that after 14 days of request Yepme will not consider the replacement or return. This attitude by Yepme discourages myself and the customers like me to buy anything as it is very difficult to either return and or replacement unlike other online shopping websites. After the some issue with product we returned the product through Post Office courier. And it reached the product on 31-April-2015 and i got msg to my mobile on this.                       I have ordered T-shirt on 26.04.2015 and Received the Product on 02.05.2015 and due to size issue i requested the Replacement on 02.05.2015 . My Courier Bag Reached to Yepme on 14.05.2015 and I paid Rs 260 for Courier charges. From Yepme side still now no reply for my product. Simply They Credited Rs.150 in Redemption Coupon I called yepme customer care and No one pickup the phone and always customer care executives busy busy. I have put the same complaint in Yepme Facebook Page but they deleted my post not displayed. What about my complaint ? What about my money i paid ?

                          I purchased a product from Yepme.com few months back. From that day its six months now... I receives 2-3 irritating sms per day. The process to stop the sms is to send YSTOP to 56161 which costs around Rs.5. My complaint is why one should pay Rs. 5 for the thing he want to opt out. There is no online method to stop promotional sms to mobile. I heard even after sending stop sms they still continue to send them. I think need to charge Yepme.com for charging customers for opting out of irritating SMSs.

                              Dear Sir, Bad service I have booked the Jeans 32 (YPMJEAN0323/SIZE 32) through your web (ONE SET). The offer which one is given by you is BUY one GET one free, accordingly I ordered two set of jeans on 18/05/15 booking number 13625030 I received the concernment on25/05/15 without two set of the same which one I booked, Issue no: 1) Accordingly your offer I have to get two set of jeans size 32, but I have received only one 2) Don’t have proper response from your customer care 3) Booked on 18/05/15 delivered on 27/05/15( almost after 08 days which is very bad service from your side) 4) I force to spend more time on you for getting my booker item 5) Still your cheated me, as fools sending partial item which one is not at all acceptable by any of the customer. 6) Why you’re not giving any value to customer like other agency/service provider 7) I force to call more than 25 times to talk with your customer executives Demand 1) You have sent the remaining item immediately 2) I am not responsible for any other extra charges which mistake done by you 3) Or you can return my all amount through /account 4) If you’re not taking my request with in 24 hrs I may go for the consumer complaint. 5) Still you don’t have 24 hrs cc 6) I have spend more than 100 rs only for contacting you through phone call as mobile charge It has to be refunded by you Misbehavior of your customer care staff ANSHU on 05/06/15 at 10:25 through telephonically. She is not ready to give a proper answer as well as not ready to help me for the further step. Such staff sitting to help customers is not at all suitable for this company or this is the value your giving to the customers / or not giving any training to handle the customer . After I pay amount why should I get such bad behavior from your staff?? Take corrective action and please send my 2nd set of concernment.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam. I had ordered (Order No.[protected] on 15th May 2015 for 1. Yep Formal Shoes - Black (72213)/YPM 2. Yepme Mare Slim fit Denim-iceBlue Wash (71508)/YPM 3. Yepme Bran Regular Fit Denim-Medium Blue Wash (71561)/YPM 4. Yep Formal Shoes - Brown (58224)/YPM But after i received the parcel i got to know that one of the jeans (Bran Regular Fit Denim) was loose although the other one (Mare Slim fit Denim) with same size (34 inch) fits me well (Why ???). Same is the issue with both the pairs of shoes. My existing shoes are of size 7 and i had ordered for size 8 so that the size 8 fits me well. To my surprise both pairs do not fit my foot (???). Then i decided to replace and looked for Yepme Replace & Refund Policy where to my surprise I saw 1. “Yepme doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product” – Where most of the leading online shops have reverse pickup arrangement. 2. “Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address” – Courier charges may exceed Rs. 150 as we want to ensure the safe return of the products being returned at Yepme. 3. “In case we don't receive your product with 14 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled” – It is difficult to believe courier guys delivering the products safely back to Yepme. In that case, customer like me will lose the products already purchased without getting my products replaced. All the above points of Yepme Replace & Refund Policy discourage to buy any products from Yepme. Can I request Yepme to facilitate replacement of the products with different product ( I would like to return Yepme Bran Regular Fit Denim-Medium Blue Wash (71561)/YPM against Yepme Cyrus Denim - Light Wash – Size 34 (Item Code: 71568 ) for jeans and correct size (Size 9 in place of Size 8) for two pairs of shoes for the amount I have purchased and reverse pickup of purchased products at the same time. By doing this both I can be relieved of my tension (and be a happy Yepme Customer) and Yep me can deliver the products of my desire at the same time. This will definitely increase my confidence and encourage me to shopping more with yep in future. Please revert back to me for any clarification.                                         My complaint id is: 1675521 and i got a message from thr side on 21st may that ur refund will be processed but its 15 days i have not received any communication from them, . I called them and mailed them still no reply form their side. Their phone is alwys busy I need my money back
