I had initiated a refund with Yepme.com on 15th Apr'15 by returning the package to their warehouse. I had received an intimation that the package has been inspected on 17th Apr'15. I have been constantly calling Yepme.com customer care who have been giving me different dates on which the refund was initiated. Now finally, they tell me that my refund was initiated on 8th May'15 which for mysterious reasons has not been credied to my account yet. All in all it has nearly been 2 months since the begining of their refund process and they haven't made the returned the payment. I have personally not come any online vendor which has such lame turn around time and keeps customers hanging for their payment. Despite all the verifications done and necessary information provided by me to them it is taking them ages to process the refund. Another thing I would like to add here is that they have been asking me to mail them at [protected]@yepme.com, while there is no acknowledgement of receipt of any of the mails or even a response on my complaint. I have taken the resort to post a consumer complaint and share my horrid experience of shopping with Yepme.com with their prospective customers. IO personally give a thumbs down to this vendor when it comes to customer friendly policies.

    I had placed an order under "Buy one get one free" for a pair of 'blue gladiaors size 5' and a pair of 'Brown Bellies Size 5' under Order No.12948543.The brown bellies didnt fit at all so I added a complaint (Complaint no.1580795) for replacement with Size 6 of brown bellies.As the customer care representative informed i shipped the bellies to them under Consignment number K78763810.I received the Size 6 bellies from Yepme which did not fit as well.I called the customer care and they told that Size 7 bellies are not available and asked me to place an order for another item of the same price i.e Rs.499/-I ordered Black gladiators of Size 5 and the customer care representative asked me to return the brown bellies and then send an email.He also gave me the New Order Number[protected] and complaint number 1715776 .I shipped the brown bellies on 20.05.2015 under Consignment Number K79637844 via DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd.The items were delivered to them on 22nd May 2015.I mailed all the details to Yepme regarding the return.As per the written policy of yepme they send a confirmation mail after 48 hours and also of the reimbursement of courier charges but I didnt receive any email from them.Since i had receieved mail in the first case also i called them to confirm on 27.052015.The customer care representative confirmed that they had received the product and will send a email with 24-48 hours.But they didn't send any email.I again called them on 29.05.15.they said that they will definitely send an email of the status within 24-48 hours but they did not.I again called them on 01.06.2015 and had a 35 minutes of coversation.To my surprise the customer care representative said after checking for 15 mins that they dont have any record of the return.Although during my first call they confirmed that they had received the product.I also checked myself via tracking the consignment no. that it was delievered.Yepme customer care representative was confused between my first return and this one although i had clearly send all the details for both returns.she said that my case has been "escalated" to her senior and that I will definately receive a call with 24 hours regarding the case.BUT i have not received any call or sms or mail from them.It is the worst shopping experience till date with such callous service from yepme. I want my replaced product plus the reimbursement of coupon charges plus the call charges of Rs.150 for calls made to Yepme.If they cant replace the product i want refund of my money.

        I have ordered 3 Clothes with order number 12571969, after receiving this. Sizes were not proper. I have returned the product, for refund they have taken 45 days that too Partial refund. After making many calls, they asked me courier slip with product weight details. After submission and making many calls there is no response and no Refund. These people are Money looters, worst service. The worst customer care, worst refund service, worst quality of Products.Name them they are worst. New customers think before ordering any product. There is a Saying "Intelligents learn from others mistakes fools learn from their own mistake"

          I ordered 6 pairs of shoes from yepme .com about two weeks ago the due date for delivery was 22nd of may, but i have not recieved it yet. I am calling and enquiring daily to get information about the order, but i am getting the same answer all the time that the delivery would take few more days, and today i was told that my order has been canclled. My order id is 13605234. I am calling them and have losing money by these phone calls. Apart from this i have been mentally stressed. It has caused me panic.             I had ordered Long Shree Nightwear in Red on 15th May, 2015 through Yep Me but inspite of such a long time, the product has not been delivered to me. Now I do not require the product, I want my money refunded back to my account. Order Number was 13587448 and my contact number is [protected]. Payment of Rs. 499 was deducted from my ICICI Bank Credit Card. Please cancel the order and refund my money back. I have contacted Yepme many times over phone as well as sent e-mail IDs but they are not paying any heed to my requests.

            You have been using my money for the last 15 days and surprisingly still you require 3-4 days to resolve the issue. I contacted your customer service many times but you even didn't care to respond. Its only when I have used this platform that you have responded to my complaint.

            Your customer service is really very poor. This was my first experience of transacting through your website but I will never use your website for online shopping again nor I will recommended your website to any one.

            Please refund my money urgently.

                  I have order shoes from yepme with order id:13610806 I got show pair with one leg is of size 6 and one leg is of size 7 and both are of right leg, and also yepme do not collect this product from customer they says i have to return courier bac, and it cost me 250 Rs and yepme redeem it in coupone of 150 Rs. shoe cost is 300 Rs. Do not buy anything with yepme.

                    Finally my call got connected to yepme customer care when i made the query on my above said order they said as i have selected shirt of third party seller called fashionara i need to contact them.When I contacted fashionara they said So far they have not received such order so pls contact yepme.I called almost 5 times for both fashionara and yepme but i didnt get a proper reply on product delivery.both are blaming each other rather than finding a solution.pls help me out since it is a gift for special occasion.Disgusting service

                    Till now i have not received any revert on the above complaint. Every day I am calling both yepme and fashionara but l"m not getting a resolution for my complaint.I am fed up and not at all satisfied with the service.This will be my last shopping through online.Heights! Every day I get the reply that it will be delivered.tenative date was on 1st of june.I am totally irrirated.SUCH A POOR SERVICE
                    As per the mail confirmation on placing order I am supposed to receive delivery tomorrow but still the status is pending for verification.Then what's the use of giving the TAT.If this is the scenario then all your customers who are not satisfied with your service will be forced to write a letter to PM against your website.you people are least concerned on customer issue .                       26 Apr 2015 I had bought a sun glass, but was open to a glass frame and one glass was broken. I would like to complain online, they send me to this address Growthways Tradding Pvt Ltd, K - 618, Rangpuri Ext. A Block, Near Tata Telco Bus Service Station, New Delhi - 110037. On April 14, I was sent to the address. Message me on April 15. They are also found in the sun glasses. 1 was more than a month, but did not refund my money. Was to give the money back within 10 days. my refund mony Rs 449+ 250 courier charges.

What a clever dealing is this. Moreover, I am to bring to your notice that I have placed this order thro on line, I received a message on that same day itself that my order has been processed and would be delivered to me tentatively on 29.05.2015. But surprised that it was delivered on 23.05.2015 after noon itself. By this, It is evident that you have delivered this material thro your Local Franchise at CHENNAI . In you terms and conditions, you have given that the local delivery will be made at FREE OF COST. When such is the case, why you have charged Rs.99/- towards delivery charges on this sale . Kindly refund the same immediately to my bank account furnished to you. Or. Arrange to furnish the details as to which courier the product has been couriered to me from your destination to CHENNAI and its docket number and date, immediately. Here couriers are demanding more than Rs.l150/- for this item from Chennai to New Delhi. You are so particular about selling your product but imposed various conditions on refund.                                 This is frustrating experience on YEPME. I have bought Two T-shirts order number 13478079 at Rs 548. I wanted to replace both with 'M' size and at that time only one with correct size available, I had call with customer representative "yukti" and she said you can select one T shirt and give us item code so we can replace you both(One which i selected in system with order id 13496163 and one with item code 71441) However I have received only one Tshirt as part of replacement of two tshirts. I am feeling cheated. I have also spent 135 rs for speed post. that means this one T-Shirt costs me for 548+135=683Rs. Yesterday again I asked customer representative Sakshi, she said we will refund you money and now I am not able to raise complaint in portal as she already raised and resolved complain with nonsense comment. I either want my money back or Tshirt with item code 71441 as promised by customer sales representative. I want quick reply as well. there is lack of knowledge in customer care representatives as well as i have feeling that they are hired for fooling pepole.                                   i accept i didnt had net banking, but i made payment through debit card, in my account it has been entered that rs 638 has been deducted for the order and now its has shown as transaction failed and i have not yet received my amount 638 till date. i had ordered on 19/05/15 but till date i have not received amount back.as its mentioned till 7 business days it will be refunded.but till date i have not received.my order no in Yepme was oder no.13652424 and the another order id is13781538.please kindly solve my issue as soon as possible. or else i have to take further action stepping to consumer forum.

                                    Respected Officer In-charge, I Mrs. Anniecetta Robert a resident of Vasai West Mobile no. [protected] had placed an order with yepme for four articles 2 watches and 2 smoky sunglasses. I received this parcel with order no. 12823378 AWB no. [protected] which came to me and was with only one watch and two sunglasses. I paid the courier the bill amount but was left an incomplete parcel. With no answer on the customer care number I dropped a series of 3 emails dated 08/04, 15/04 and 18/04 which replied me to courier back the same parcel. I immediately courier the whole parcel on 10/04/2015 with 3 units I.e. 1 black watch, and 2 smoky sunglasses and the courier expenses also borne by me amounting to Rs150. Later on 20/04/2015 I received a parcel from yepme but it had only one watch and the other send items were missing. I spoke to Mr. Harjindar Singh and was assured that i would receive my parcel but when i received the courier for the remaining 3 items that person asked me to pay for it as it was cash on delivery but sir why should i pay for it when i hav already paid for it initially.I would like to know as of when will you courier me back my remaining 3 pieces which i had sent back. I really do not know how this yepme system works now I am dialing their customer care number but it does not connect. Please reply me back as I have paid for the goods which i have returned you back. Now I feel I am cheated and would request you to help me fix my issue and get the other hand realise their mistake. Awaiting for your reply hope you do the needful required.                                       I would like to register complain on Yepme.com I placed an order on 22nd May 2015. I accidentally chose wrong size for one of the products in the order "13688079" I placed the order with Prepaid option, and the total Amount I paid -: INR (Indian Rupees) 1628 for two jackets it was pre-paid order, and I paid using my debit card. which one of the size of one product in the order was accidentally chosen wrong. When I checked thier site, I couldnt find any email ids to contact, or no options to edit my order, but I got a number which is mentioned as the customer care number of Yepme and that was "[protected]". From then, I am trying to call in this number, and nobody is attending the call. I called nearly 50 times till date. I placed complaints in their site too. I mailed to some email ids which I got from other sites regarding Yepme ([protected]@yepme.biz, [protected]@yepmeshop.com, [protected]@yepme.biz etc) regarding the order, which I would like to update the size. When I tried few times, one picked up my call and when I asked for updating my order one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S", they said, they cannot do that. So, I tried to cancel the order through website, and now, it is showing order cancelled, but showing a courier tracking number along with the order details, which is wrong, when I tried to track the order through the courier site. Details:- Dear Customer, your order has been Order Rejected, as per your request. Monisha Mohandas Order Rejected Overnite Courier *[protected]* Tracking number I am trying today also, to contact them via phone, and nobody is picking up the call. I don't know anything regarding the status of the order. Is it cancelled, if it's canceeled, when and how they are going to refund the money, and by what time. If it's not cancelled, when will I get the product. I haven't recieved any mails regarding my complaints / my mails till now, from Yepme.com. I just got one invoice mail soon after placing the order. I haven't got any mail after cancelling the order. I don't know the status. I don't know if they have updated my order, or cancelled it. No reponses from thier side at all. Please Help. Please.
