Refund not processed in 2 months

I had initiated a refund with Yepme.com on 15th Apr'15 by returning the package to their warehouse. I had received an intimation that the package has been inspected on 17th Apr'15. I have been constantly calling Yepme.com customer care who have been giving me different dates on which the refund was initiated. Now finally, they tell me that my refund was initiated on 8th May'15 which for mysterious reasons has not been credied to my account...

No Replacement and reimbursement of courier charges

I have order shoes from yepme with order id:13610806 I got show pair with one leg is of size 6 and one leg is of size 7 and both are of right leg, and also yepme do not collect this product from customer they says i have to return courier bac, and it cost me 250 Rs and yepme redeem it in coupone of 150 Rs. shoe cost is 300 Rs. Issues with Order and Worst Response
