I would like to edit my order " 13688079" which I placed today on May 22-2015, my mobile number is
+91 [protected], the order got confirmed, it was pre-paid order, and I paid using my debit card.
Now, I would like to edit my order, one of the products, size was wrong.
Please update one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S".
I accidentally chose size "S". Please update the order for one product with size "M".
The other product "Yepme Alexa Twill Jacket -Brown " in the order is fine with the size "M". No need of changing the size.
Please update one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S".
I contacted the customer care, but I got very bad response, and they said, they cannot edit the order.
Please kindly update the order and let me know the status asap.
Total Amount I paid -: INR (Indian Rupees) 1628
They are not picking up the phone, and not replying to the emails and no response to the complaints I registered.
While tracking the order, it's showing cancelled now, but showing a tracking number in side column, while tracking it, it was showing no details in the courier site. I don't know whats' going on.
