I had placed an order of four pairs of shoes just by seeing the offer buy one get one free, The order was placed on 14th may the delivery boy called me in the morning at 9.30am, I requested him to wait for 30min I will be to office by 10am he refused and sent it back, the delivery boys dont have an patience, YEPME've to get trained more by seeing AMAZON/SNAPDEAL & so on...

        Hello, I would like to edit my order " 13688079" which I placed today on May 22-2015, my mobile number is +91 [protected], the order got confirmed, it was pre-paid order, and I paid using my debit card. Now, I would like to edit my order, one of the products, size was wrong. Please update one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S". I accidentally chose size "S". Please update the order for one product with size "M". The other product "Yepme Alexa Twill Jacket -Brown " in the order is fine with the size "M". No need of changing the size. Please update one of the product - "Yepme Rene Denim Jacket - Black " with size "M" instead of size "S". I contacted the customer care, but I got very bad response, and they said, they cannot edit the order. Please kindly update the order and let me know the status asap. Total Amount I paid -: INR (Indian Rupees) 1628 They are not picking up the phone, and not replying to the emails and no response to the complaints I registered. While tracking the order, it's showing cancelled now, but showing a tracking number in side column, while tracking it, it was showing no details in the courier site. And had paid total amount Rs 907 but when i received the delivered product then there is no combo as said in offer, actually ther is only one pairs of both the product and i used to talk in helpline number of yepmee thai is[protected] and told them about all conditions and not getting offers so they refused to provide it offers and said product is receieved so they not give me offers product and talking very roughly.                       I have ordered for Yepme Sandals - Black & Brown on 17.05.2015 through Order No.13614198. When I ordered the Sandals, the Offer is buy one get one. But to my surprise, they have delivered only one pair of sandals. Actual offer promise by yepme is Buy one get one. I repeatedly tried to contact the customer care but they not attending my calls. They have deceived me by luring a false offer. I request them to supply one more pair as promised during the purchase or else take back the product and send my money back.

                          There are 3 materials i have bought. A yellow tshirt, one is red and a peach colour capry. The red one is ok but the other two dresses i want to change and buy a different one. I want to buy a jeans on the exchange of capry and a tshirt.                                 My Order id is "13530183". I placed order for 2 kurti's - Buy one get 1 @ INR (Indian Rupees) 698 on 12-MAY-2015 I made Payment using Net Banking - ICICI Net Banking, My amount was Debited and my order was also placed. Till Date i did not receive my order and when i attempt to check the order status using order id it shows as "Pending for verification ". I tried calling Yepme Customer Care and each time i call i wait for about 15 mins and nobody answers my call . I tried to place complaint in Yepme Website when i enter my id and phone number it shows me a message "Your Complaint cannot be registered since the payment was not successful "

                                  Order no 13508319 Docket number [protected] I have order the shoes in the offer of buy one get one free. I have already paid money for it but I have not received shoes . So give me my mony back or send me shoes. Otherwise I can take legal action.

                                    As i have ordered in combo offer, but the product was not of the size i ordered.they send me the smallest sized footwear and labelled it as 7.and other items were also of different size and colour.i registered for online complain with complain no.1578712, i received the message on 05/05/2015 that my refund will be initiated in 10 days but today is 20/05/2015 and no refund has been received in my account and they are not picking up the phone.

                                      I have placed my order on 17.05.2015. Payment was also done. But till today there is no update from Yep me. Status shows pending for verification. Customer care is also not reachable. Whenever we call it says representatives are busy. Even I cannot find the option to cancel my order. How do I get my order or my money back?

I have purchased 2 tshirts under buy 1 get 1 scheme but at the time delivery, payment for both tshirts have been collect from me for that i have lodged my complaint on telephonic discussion with your custmercare team on 1.5.2015 & he has given me complaint no i.e. 1660011 and he also gave assurance to me co will refund one T-shirt payment so I have sent invoice copy of both thirt with my bank detail as advised by him but till date I did not get refund my payment . it is my first purchase from Yepme and it is worst experience for me.                                         Dear Yepme team. With reference to trailing discussion when i had booked my order then you send me a msg in which you mentioned that my order is split and I have to pay rs 410 only which was still showing in my app and after receipt my product I had lodged my complaint twice To ur customer care and they given me assurance co will refund my excess payt with in 15 days now you are mentioning i had not operate scheme accurately. please clarify me whether you will refund my extra payment or not. I am very upset to see this kind of service. I will never use your website in future and never advised to anyone to go and buy from Yepme. It is worst experience in my online shopping experience
