My Order Id is Order id: 7558948 and complaint no. is 905335 registered with yepme.com is.
Here it goes.
I purchase 3 products from yepme.com, out which two product's I returned them back as it was not fitting my
requirement (It was size Issue.) When I asked them what is the procedure to returned back the product's, then they said that I need to courier them at the address which is described on their website and they said that courier charge will get reimbursed as coupons which I can use it to buy any product's from Yepme.com . I courier them the product's in a proper as it should not get damaged. They received the products within 3-4 days. They done product quality check and they were satisfied with its quality.
After that I contacted them as to confirm whether they have received the products or not? On contacting them they confirm that they have received the 2 product's and Quality check for that products was also done.
As I was not interested in purchasing anymore products from them so I ask them refund my money of the two product's which I have returned back, they agreed upon it and said I' ll get my refund in 14 days of registering complaint of refund.
1. I have registered complaint on 6th august 2014, so now It been more then 14 days but I haven't got my refund back even though I have provided all the details required them like Order id: 7558948, Reason for Refund:, Account holder Name, Account number:, Bank Name etc.
2. My courier charge was 300Rs/- ( From Mumbai- yepme.com), so when I asked them to reimbursed my courier charges then they said they will up to 150rs/- and not the entire amount i.e 300Rs/-, When ask them what the reason for that then they said as per yepme.com's policy only Rs 150 will get reimbursed as coupon.
a. Initially they didn't inform me that courier charge only up to Rs150/- will be reimbursed as coupon.
b. They didn't inform me to courier through Indian postal service, In fact they are blaming of sending courier through private firm and instead of Indian postal service
So I my request that, I want my entire refund of the products and courier charges along with compensation (which include my time and phone call charges, late charges etc.) I want all my refund in cash because they service to customer is disgusting, pathetic and ridiculous, after delivering product yepme.com has never contacted me or approached me. It the I (customer, me) has already approached them for each and everything.
The customer service provided by them is poor and below expectation.
