This company is sending unwanted messages on my mobile no. [protected]. In each message it is mentioned to opt out from message list by sending an sms OPTOUT to 56161. Till now I have sent around 1 messages but this third class company is still sending messages....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from your website. I have recently purchased a 2 shoe from your website, my order number is #10324951 . Sunday 31 Aug 2014 I make payment Rs.518 on POS 70004029 and its amount debited for my bank account after next day I receive email for yepme your transaction has failed 1 Sept I logged complaint on this website no. 974024 and they reply me they will get back to me...

I have booked the silver & smoke sun glasses in yepme. But the product delivery is wrong one. Instead of silver & smoke sun glasses you delivered some other glass. So kindly replace the correct one.hope you do the needful to me at earliest....

I have ordered a pair of formal shoes, paid and product received after 10 days, which was wrong product, right shoe what i have selected and left sent with some other design. Then complained to yepme, they asked to send back to gurgaon address, product retuned back to me, agai descissed and found new address of delhi product received by them on 20.08.2014, but still there in no refund made by the co. I had ordered for 9 items on 1st of july.. out of which i have received only 7... on enquiring with customer care I was told that those 2 items have been cancelled and amount for the same has been refunded on 25th july... attached is the scanned copy of the pass book which shows the transactions of july... no transaction has happened on the date mentioned......
