This company is sending unwanted messages on my mobile no. [protected]. In each message it is mentioned to opt out from message list by sending an sms OPTOUT to 56161. Till now I have sent around 1 messages but this third class company is still sending messages.

        Hiiiiiii...My name is naveen .I've ordered one shoe on yepme, .I was in a hurry and i opted yepme n a trust that i will get my product on time...But i was cheated.

                    Order No. 7675885 placed on 25th of june 2014. I already made a payment through my debit card but did not get the order delivered. I constantly kept on calling yepme.com for the status then i got to know that the docket no. generated was wrong so it will take some more time. Finally fed up from this kind of service i made a refund request on 20th of july. Then i enquired from their customer care center that how much more time will it take you to refund my monet back they told me at max it will be credited to my amount in 10-12 days. Its been more than 40 days since i made a refund request but till now i have not got my money back. I keep on calling them and they always ask me to wait for 5-6 more days as they will try and get my amount back to me.I have no way to my rescue as i feel betrayed and cheated by them. They keep on extending the date which is not a tolerable behaviour. From 25th of june to today i.e. 29th of august, i have not got my product or my money back.This is something to work upon.

                    I thank Consumer Complaints for taking my complaint forward. After I lodged the complaint on this forum, I got a reply from yepme.com within 2 days that my refund has been cleared and it will reflect in my account in 5-7 working days. So, here I am marking this complaint as resolved as I got my refund back yesterday i.e. within 5 days. I appreciate the early resolution from the date of my complaint.

                        Purchased a product from Yepme.com order no - 8388938, received 2 products both pair of shoes out of which 1 pair of shoe was faulty i.e., Not only did they send two different shoes of two different models for left and right leg respectively but also the sizes of both the left and right shoe where different. Sent back the shoe for replacement on there addresses one to Gurgaon and the other to New Delhi because the first time the product was returned to me from Gurgaon because of some non existence of firm and after that on New Delhi address the shipment was delivered according to the speedpost site and I have been repeatedly calling there customer care number and the problem is still to be resolved, and they are just escalating the problem every single time I call them up and ask for 48 Hours slot. There Customer service is also not free and cost's me around 20rs and above of every single call and I don't even remember how many times i might have called them up. They assure not only resolving the issue but also assure a call back from supervisors and for other updates but are least bothered to do so.

                        Purchased a product from Yepme.com order no[protected], received 2 products both pair of shoes out of which 1 pair of shoe was formal shoe which was faulty i.e., They send the shoe with size of both the left and right shoe are different. The other is sport shoe quality of which is inferior. Repeatedly calling customer care but they are not responding over phone. Will be returning the product to yepme and there is no pick up facility it is giving me the worst experience ever had. online service and customer care services is of poor quality.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered one women wrist watch (Code No.38548-purple watch) from YEPME on dt:[protected] vide order No.10013811. There was an offer "Buy one Get one Free". I received only one wrist watch instead of two through Delhivery Courier on dt:[protected] vide Dispath AWB No.[protected]. Soon after I made a call to YEPME customer care and lodged a complain vide No.904360 reg. that... the company suggest me to return the wrist watch with in 14 days of receipt for cash back. During the Raksha Bandhan there was rush in postal / courier and no one assure me to take the wrist watch and deliver the product in safe hand. Apart from that the courier cost became more than the wrist watch. Hence, it would have a risk factor to me. Basing on this, further I send e-mail to <[protected]@yepme.biz> on dt:08.08.2014 to cancel my complain and send me the free wrist watch as I have already paid the total amount i.e. Rs.598/- on Cash (Cost of two Wrist Watches) earlier. Since that I have not receive the watch till date. On the above circumstances, i therefore request you kindly accept my complain and take necessary steps to get back my above wrist watch from YEPME.                                 Hi, My Order Id is Order id: 7558948 and complaint no. is 905335 registered with yepme.com is. Here it goes. I purchase 3 products from yepme.com, out which two product's I returned them back as it was not fitting my requirement (It was size Issue.) When I asked them what is the procedure to returned back the product's, then they said that I need to courier them at the address which is described on their website and they said that courier charge will get reimbursed as coupons which I can use it to buy any product's from Yepme.com . I courier them the product's in a proper as it should not get damaged. They received the products within 3-4 days. They done product quality check and they were satisfied with its quality. After that I contacted them as to confirm whether they have received the products or not? On contacting them they confirm that they have received the 2 product's and Quality check for that products was also done. As I was not interested in purchasing anymore products from them so I ask them refund my money of the two product's which I have returned back, they agreed upon it and said I' ll get my refund in 14 days of registering complaint of refund. 1. I have registered complaint on 6th august 2014, so now It been more then 14 days but I haven't got my refund back even though I have provided all the details required them like Order id: 7558948, Reason for Refund:, Account holder Name, Account number:, Bank Name etc. 2. My courier charge was 300Rs/- ( From Mumbai- yepme.com), so when I asked them to reimbursed my courier charges then they said they will up to 150rs/- and not the entire amount i.e 300Rs/-, When ask them what the reason for that then they said as per yepme.com's policy only Rs 150 will get reimbursed as coupon. a. Initially they didn't inform me that courier charge only up to Rs150/- will be reimbursed as coupon. b. They didn't inform me to courier through Indian postal service, In fact they are blaming of sending courier through private firm and instead of Indian postal service So I my request that, I want my entire refund of the products and courier charges along with compensation (which include my time and phone call charges, late charges etc.) I want all my refund in cash because they service to customer is disgusting, pathetic and ridiculous, after delivering product yepme.com has never contacted me or approached me. It the I (customer, me) has already approached them for each and everything. The customer service provided by them is poor and below expectation. Would request you to please process refund the ASAP.

                                      1. I have ordered Product on YEPME on 30-Jun-2014. The actual delivery date is 08-Jul-2014. But till now (25-Aug-2014) I didn't get my product. 2. I have called to YEPME so many time, every time the customer care executive tells 'I am really sorry for this! Your money will be refunded on next 10 days !' But about 3 months I have not yet been refunded. 3. In the meantime the courier company which shipped my product changed the status to Delivered on 23-Jul-2014 as 08-Jul-2014(actual delivery date). When I said this to YEPME they said 'We are working on YEPME and not in the Courier Company'. 4. YEPME customer care is not free of cost. I have lost some hundreds of rupees totally by contacting YEPME. Order Details: Order No: 7777301 Order Date: 30-Jun-2014 Courier : Overnight Couriers(Villupuram Branch). Totally YEPME = Online Cheating.

                                        Stupid site and worst consumer service no reply since 3 months always they are trying to convince me but no further process is done .I want my money in two days that's the deadline or else i will proceed to consumer court. After one month they called and said we received your product, but no mail has been sent for me regarding further process and additonally they are not picking up the contact number which they provided.
                                        I think after few months they will say that they have completed quality test.

                                        Hurry up guys donot make me angry then i think i need to proceed to consumer court it is waste of time in talking to you


                                        Yepme is a fraud site and i am fed up with these things, i dare donot buy any other product from this site .


                                        Very poor customer care and services

                                        Every body be alert of this site -yepme!!!1
