I ramesh ajjodi ordered two pair of sport shoes on 30/0802014 and amount paid through on line but irecived only one pair of sports shoes, as per your delivery person another pair sports will be sent in separate parcel but till today i have not recieved the parcel please chek the details of order, paymement and do the needful send me the shoes my mobile no is [protected]...

I placed an order with Yepme.com on 01/09/2014 order no is 10327298. I did payment through netbanking (SBI debit card). The tracking status is shown as "Dear Customer you have Returned the order and return parcel has been received". Refund is not made to me so far. I have called the customer care at least 10 times. But they didn't pick up the phone. I want my charges back and along with that i want the charges that i paid for my telephone...

I asked for the refund. My Complaint number is 907052. It`s been two months I sent the damaged Products and i have called the customer care at least 15 times. I have spent more than RS 200 on Phone balance to call the customer care. Every time they make some excuse or the other. They are not refunding my amount.
