Two items missing worth half the price of order :
1) Banarasi Net Designer Saree - Orange
2) Yepme Ryan Trackpants - Grey
ISSUE :
I ordered on 26-aug-14 with order no : 10273684, which had 11items, after 5 days i received email on 31st august from YEPME saying they have created multiple shipments i.e. 3 different parcels. out of these 3 parcels:
1 parcel had 1 item(no order number but delivered directly), ...status OK delivered on 2nd Sep 2014
1 parcel had 9 items[protected], ...Status Incomplete delivered on 3rd Sep 2014
1 parcel had 1 item[protected]...Status Dispatched on 3rd Sep 2014
My case is for order no : 10318614, in which i had 9 items to be delivered, out of which we received 7 items, however the cover page said 9 items, since it was sealed we accepted the parcel from courier boy, later on when we opened, we found the box is completely full no space but the 2 items are missing(Bananrasi saree for my mom & track pant for myself)
How to prove that i didn't receive the item??

1st Executive(Vikas) :
He confirmed with the Warehouse that Saree was out of Stock due to which it could not be dispatched, unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.
2nd Executive(Tripathi) :
He confirmed that its not a problem(Out of Stock) YEPME will give you some other item if its out of stock, and he took the new Item code of same amount for Item replacement for delivery again unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.
3rd Executive(Brijesh) :
He again confirmed that YEPME will do some investigation and after positivie result can have some other item for same price, unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.
I dont understand whom to contact from YEPME to reslove this issue.
If this issue will not be resolved i will never trust any website for online purchase, as this is a simple fraud case where i have no proof to prove myself.
