    Still today yepme customer care is telling that product is not received by them.And if by Friday they will not received the Product, they will going to cancel the complaint.

    Till 20/09/2014, i have not received any updates about my product from YEPME.i have contacted yepme customer care 2 times, but they unable to provide me any update on the same.Please look into the matter and do the needfull.

I had paid 399/- for the T-shirt...but when I opened it I found the hole on the T-shirt...This is the worst experience of online shopping in my life...I had paid the full amount for this Damaged T-shirt...I need to replace the T-shirt with new one...           I placed an order with Yepme.com on 01/09/2014 order no is 10327298. I did payment through netbanking (SBI debit card). The tracking status is shown as "Dear Customer you have Returned the order and return parcel has been received". Refund is not made to me so far. I have called the customer care at least 10 times. But they didn't pick up the phone. I want my charges back and along with that i want the charges that i paid for my telephone bill of calling them again and again.Along with that i also want that the company should not do this with any other client.                 I have ordered 4 pairs of sandals on 25.07.14. Because of size issue i wanted to replace 2 pairs. But i was informed that refund only can be done. I accepted, and sent the product via DTDC(Docket No:B[protected] and i enquired courier team it was delivered and they got sign and seal. After some time i called customer care to inform docket number., they said it was not received by them. They asked for 48 Hrs time to check in their warehouse.And asked me to confirm whether i put order slip or not, i told i have put, why becoz, cust care told me to put without fail. So i did. From that day onwards every day iam calling and it is almost 40 days and they are telling same story even they received the product( I have DRS copy with Yepme seal). I got shocked with their reply. I dont know what to do.

                    I asked for the refund. My Complaint number is 907052. It`s been two months I sent the damaged Products and i have called the customer care at least 15 times. I have spent more than RS 200 on Phone balance to call the customer care. Every time they make some excuse or the other. They are not refunding my amount. I sent the items on 07/09/2014 and it`s been more than two months now but they always say that it will take more time.

                              order no : 10318614 had 9 items to be delivered, out of which we received 7 items, however the cover page said 9 items, since it was sealed we accepted the parcel from courier boy, later on when we opened, we found the box is completely full no space but the 2 items are missing(Bananrasi saree for my mom & track pant for myself) How to prove that i didn't receive item??                               I Mrs. Anniecetta Robert a resident of Vasai West Mobile no. [protected] had placed an order with yepme for four articles 2 watches and 2 smoky sunglasses. I received this parcel with order no. 12823378 AWB no. [protected] which came to me and was with only one watch and two sunglasses. I paid the courier the bill amount but was left an incomplete parcel. With no answer on the customer care number I dropped a series of 3 emails dated 08/04, 15/04 and 18/04 which replied me to courier back the same parcel. I immediately courier the whole parcel on 10/04/2015 with 3 units I.e. 1 black watch, and 2 smoky sunglasses and the courier expenses also borne by me amounting to Rs150. Later on 20/04/2015 I received a parcel from yepme but it had only one watch and the other send items were missing.I would like to know as of when will you courier me back my remaining 3 pieces which i had sent back. I really do not know how this yepme system works now I am dialing their customer care number but it does not connect. Please reply me back as I have paid for the goods which i have returned you back for being a incomplete parcel.
                              Now I feel I am cheated and would request you to help me fix my issue and get the other hand realise their mistake. Awaiting for your reply hope you do the needful required.

                                  Never place order in yepme Booked product in yepme on july7th delivered wrong product on July 13th. Resent the product by ju;y 20th asked for replacement Till Aug 7th made me fool and played with me. on Aug 7th product is not available so refund is going to be initiated. got a mail on AUG 7th regarding refund. Asked to wait for 5 days on AUG 18th called back asked to wait for 4 days. on Aug 25th called asked to wait. Harassed me with their bluffing words and cheated me like anything. on Sep 2nd received a mail stating refund will be done shortly. Today sep 4th no refund. Persons Harassed me: Vikranth Jaganadha Amith singh order No:7943085 YEPME people really don't have any kind of service commitment, if this is the service kind of service rendered by senior service executive, I can surely get what is happening at lower level The senior executive is busy and cannot come on call- What does they think??Customer have enough time to follow up for there product or for refund of they money---It is like a person is begging for his own money to be refunded??? When I had a tiff discussion with service executive, he said he will arrange a call back from senior executive within 2-3 hour today. but again a example of my poor service.. No call back was arranged. Advice to YEPME :Atleast learn some manners apart of Learning something from other online players - Flipkar, snapdeal, shoplcues...etc... Customers : Never go for yepme shoping and don't waste your time, . Really all yepme executives as well as company are worst fellows and bakvas fellows. I pray god that all the people who harassed me will be punished like anything baddebass raskals.

                                    I had ordered a pair of shoes valued at Rs. 323 from YepMe.com on 30th July 2014 by netbanking scheme with an order no 8410985 which I recievd on 7th August.I was surprised to see that the product which I recieved was different from the product I have ordered.I then quickly logded an online replacement complaint with ID 905469.Then I rushed to first flight courier service, main road, ranchi, for the desptach of my recieved product with tracking ID U991M0052261 which they have delivered at your warehouse on 12th August 2014 costing me Rs.277/-.Since then I have called several times at yepme's customer care, but no action has been taken till now. Kindly see to my problem seriously as my faith against yepme is loosing day by day.I have never faced such a problm in past as I have bought various kind of products from yepme.It is not expected from yepme.Please take the necessary action in this case.

I have ordered some apparels, But i have not received for more than 10 days, I have cancelled the oder, But still i am waiting for the Refund amount.                                         Two items missing worth half the price of order :
                                        1) Banarasi Net Designer Saree - Orange
                                        2) Yepme Ryan Trackpants - Grey

                                        ISSUE :
                                        I ordered on 26-aug-14 with order no : 10273684, which had 11items, after 5 days i received email on 31st august from YEPME saying they have created multiple shipments i.e. 3 different parcels. out of these 3 parcels:
                                        1 parcel had 1 item(no order number but delivered directly), ...status OK delivered on 2nd Sep 2014
                                        1 parcel had 9 items[protected], ...Status Incomplete delivered on 3rd Sep 2014
                                        1 parcel had 1 item[protected]...Status Dispatched on 3rd Sep 2014

                                        My case is for order no : 10318614, in which i had 9 items to be delivered, out of which we received 7 items, however the cover page said 9 items, since it was sealed we accepted the parcel from courier boy, later on when we opened, we found the box is completely full no space but the 2 items are missing(Bananrasi saree for my mom & track pant for myself)

                                        How to prove that i didn't receive the item??

                                        1st Executive(Vikas) :
                                        He confirmed with the Warehouse that Saree was out of Stock due to which it could not be dispatched, unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.

                                        2nd Executive(Tripathi) :
                                        He confirmed that its not a problem(Out of Stock) YEPME will give you some other item if its out of stock, and he took the new Item code of same amount for Item replacement for delivery again unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.

                                        3rd Executive(Brijesh) :
                                        He again confirmed that YEPME will do some investigation and after positivie result can have some other item for same price, unfortunately the call got disconnected before he could do something for the 2nd item.


                                        I dont understand whom to contact from YEPME to reslove this issue.

                                        If this issue will not be resolved i will never trust any website for online purchase, as this is a simple fraud case where i have no proof to prove myself.
