Updated by Immortals App I have 3 complaints with my recent orders;-
1) I have not received the refunded amount 1257/- of cancelled order id 33445025, ordered & cancellation date 24
March2017(paid by netbanking).
2) Two more my orders 33445066 and[protected]ordered date 24March2017, with 6 tshirts each ) were splitted into new order
[protected]with only 5 tshirts) and[protected]with only 4 ) respectively. 3 tshirts were cancelled due to unavailability in their
stock. I also not recieved refund of those cancelled tshirts.
3) I ordered shoes on 22 April 2017, order id 33567271, paid 260/- (after appling coupan points) by netbanking. Today Courier
man delivered it but by COD(Cash on delivery) charges 325/- WHY he charged me even I already paid for it by net banking?
I dont like those shoes in 325. Refund my money.
I want my money back . How we trust your service? I am affraid to make a new order.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.

It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.
However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !
Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.
Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!
