Hi I have installed And registered mobile app yepme.com, because of this they are sending promotional SMS's to me every day without my permission. I want to stop such massages, But no any option to stop messages in mobile app. Because of this i am getting irriation, so i am here to request you to take necessary action against them.

I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

    Order was placed and never received and was paid through net banking while placing order in mid of march and did not received the product and asked for a refund and have not heard from them at all. Just pre formatted email response that we are working on this case. Yepme is crook.. I have tried contacting them on email and phone support but to no result. They just give excuses that you need to wait.. How long they want their customer to wait as the refund should have been processed within 21 days as per their policy..

        I placed an order and cancelled it immediately due to some unavoidable reasons. I already made online payment for that. After filing a complaint as per yepme app rules it said refund will be processed within 7 days. 7 days are over. I haven't received any refund till now.
        Also no response from customer care people - they are not picking up the phone even. No response from mail I sent to them.
        Are you yepme people fooling us or what. No refunding anyone's money.
        Do the needful asap or I will have to complaint against u on consumer forum.

          Delivery said within 7working days
          Waited 20days I myself called Customer care

          Stupid customer service no help they said sorry some items where not there thats why I said you guys would have called me informed I myself called
          I asked for refund they took request said 14 to 21 days till date no response I called them no1 picking my call everyday spending 2hours waiting

          Bloody service I will not leave please do needfull

            I ordered 3 tees from yepme.com but they are not yet delivered i ordered them on 17 april 2017 with an order id 33533785. This is the worst site ever for online shopping. Please deliver my paid order as soon as possible i called costumer care but they gave me no reply. I am totally frustrated with this site deliver my order or i will cancel it. I assure you that i will not going to do any shopping from your site in future.

                    Man delivered it but by cod (Cash on delivery) charges 325/- why he charged me even i already paid for it by net banking?
                    I dont like those shoes in 325. Refund my money.

                        I had order polo t shirts from yepme.com during placing order. I had done online payment but my order was declined and but the money has been debited from my account.. It's been 9 days my refund has not been initiated for the order no 33545593. The order has been canceled but the amount has been deducted from account and than i registered the complain on your helpline no 2972828 but still till date i didn't receive any response only i received the mail that your money will be transferred in 7 days (Copy attached) and today is 10th day still waiting. Even though i tried calling their helpline no still it take too long to connect and its paid and always remain busy. So kindly provide me the response. For your information the transaction copy has been attached.

                            This is related to customer complaint regarding yepme.com. You can not reach yepme by any means. The customer care numbers are either do not exist[protected] or never transferred to customer care executive even after 20min waiting[protected]. The toll free number[protected] does not exist. The customer care email also bounces back. So, if you are buying any product from them, please buy it at your own risk as after that there is no way it can be returned or refunded. The so called easy return policy is non-existent.
                            I had purchased one pair of shoe from them (Order no;[protected] and i wanted to change the show size, but i could not reach them even after repeated attempts.
                            I hope no one else is befooled like me by yepme.

                            I want replacement. But this is also interesting to note that the check box against replacement option cannot be checked. So, the only option left is that f refund. Kindly provide me with shoe size 10.

Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                                        I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                                        It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                                        However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                                        Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email.
