I ordered yellow wedges (sandals) on yepme.com with size 7 but your company is fooling customers.Your company sent brown coloured wedges with size 7 written on it but actually it is not!!! it is 6 size! You reply my complaint and immediately replace it..

i booked a shoe from yepme on 12/02/2015.order number is 12103266.they told me that they will delivered the product within 20/02/2015.but till date they didnot delivered the product i have registered a complaint.complaint ID is 1402504.but till now no response from there.not giving the product after getting the money is cheating.

Dear Yepme, I had bought a new formal shoes product code is 35968 and the order number is 7241800. I just used this shoes only 3 day's it has been pealed out on the bottom and not pasted properly. So for i had placed 5 orders with yepme and there is no complaints found, relay i am shocked how it's happened on the yepme product first time. AP[protected]IN, but to my surprise this is an invalid docket no. and i couldn't locate my courier through this docket number. have informed to their customer care executive about this but no action have been taken so far. please do the needful . or else i will have to go to the consumer forum.

I ordered men's casual shoes from yepme.com on 20th January 2015. They informed me that the product will be delivered by 27th January. But they didn't deliver the product. They have provided the docket number through sms, but no tracking number is provided. I have registered a complaint in their site. But every time they are saying that, "We working on higher priority on your complaint please wait for 4 to 6 working days". These are the same words I have been hearing for the last 10 days. I lost an amount of 394 rs.The expected delivery date was January 22, 2015, but the product did not reach me till.I posted complaints on your site.The contact number you given is fake.I did not get any feed back from you.I have your order confirmation mail and payment slips from bank.You either cancel my order and refund me or make the product delivered as soon as possible.Even though its a small amount I will move to Consumer Court, because nobody experience such an issue in future.

Hi, I had bought two Jeans from Yepme.com and both were supposed to be regular fit as they were listed under regular fit category of their website. But instead I got a pair of slim fit jeans. I called them registered a complain and I was told to sent the products back. I sent the product back, and I got a confirmation on last 22nd through email that the products were received, quality checks were done and my refund has been initiated and will show up in my account in 10 days. Its 3rd of January and nothing has came through my account. Every time I call them they tell me that they have a technical problem and I will have to wait for five more days (this has happen twice now). I placed request for a call back from a supervisor and I never received any calls. My order number is 11397416. I would be happy to provide you all the details that you need to resolve this.
