On 30 june, attempted cash withdrawn of rs 2500 from corporation bank atm sector 62 noida, but transaction is not completed successfully yet amount got deducted from the account. After that made another attempt to withdraw rs 1500 and same failure happened but later transaction refund 1500 rs received immediately. My 2500 amount refund is not received yet. As it has already been 4 months and i have raised many complaints regarding this but nothing happened. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it.

    I am a customer of your bank i am creating a transaction on max life insurance

    Through yes bank employee of 50000rs yearly at the time of opening max life

    Insurance yes bank employee commit me that my account no [protected] is

    Transfer to zero balance i am complaining many times to my branch employee for this matter but still yes bank cutting minimum balance charges from my account from saving account and yes bank employee not linked my saving bank to 0 balance still they cut charges many times i frustated these type of false commitment kindly look at this matter unless i am closing my account

      Yes bank - they are not value the customer..Worst behavior and process. They are not looking like bankers instead a mortgage shopper.. If someone wants to foreclose their personal or any retail loans after some period they will cheat the customer saying some process and get the money from the customer as much as possible. they are worst.

      Usually all the banks will initiate the loan closure on the same day when customer visiting the bank. But Yes bank alone will used to say some process and wont accept the loan preclosure and will start to drag the days so that they can collect extra interest amount, to do so they will say some story which will irritate the customer also wasting the time of customer.

      They wont give any proper response and they dont have any proper channel to communicate the customer, every time the customer itslf has to follow even that time also customer cant get the proper response..

      So my kind request for the peoples are never have any relationship with Yes bank..Particularly dont try to get any loan from them instead you can go and get money from the person who lending for interest.You will feel better than yes bank. So be cautious with Yes Bank. It seems the yes bank never mind about the customer so surely they wont do anything for customer.

      I think they are running bank name sake.

        I urge you people apply loan from any bank but not yes bank, this is really foolish bank with foolish people.
        I have good credit score and history of loan of 10 lakh and all with good closing history.

        I went through indialends, they told 12% interest rate and no processing fees they will give.

        Took my documents on monday and today on friday i got call saying i will get it in 13.5%.

        I am just writing this to make sure no one else falls into they prey, i got call from city bank where i had already taken loan in past, they offered 11.24% interest but i denied them as application was in process in yes bank

          I mr. Manish jatolia having a linked saving account with my wife in yes bank in chembur branch.
          I was given information from yes bank staff mr. Shashikant manjrekar that the linked account is having zero balance amount facility so i agreed to open a linked account.
          Three days back i deposited a cheque and surprised to know that bank has deducted a charges of rs. 4240 for non maintaining balance in my linked account.
          I was fooled by the yes bank staff and requesting to return my deducted charges.
          Also request you to take strict action against yes bank staff and their branch sothat they cannot make fool to other customers.

              Myself from karur tamilnadu. Recently i have transfered amount to third party beneficiary. He didn't have account in canara bank but credited to it, which is owned by person in bengaluru. I have given formal complaint regarding this to yes bank karur branch. The branch manager is not giving any responsible answer and any respect to me. Given complaint to management also but no use in it. Totally frustrated with the bank. No proper training is given to the managers for treating the costumers. Worst experience

                I mr. Manish jatolia was informed to open a zero balance saving account linked with my wife’s account in yes bank from their bank staff (Mr. Shashikant manjrekar)
                My account number is [protected].
                Two days back i deposited one cheque and today they cleared cheque by deducting rs 4259 as bank charges for not maintaining minimum balance.
                I opened saving account only because of zero balance amount in saving account.
                Now bank staff says that there were no such zero balance saving account facility exist.
                I was fooled by their staff by their false statement.
                Please help me to get my full deposited money without their deducting charges as promised by their bank staff before.
                Waiting for you immediate action against yes bank.

                  Hi i have personal loan and paid 20 months emi till oct 2018. I planned to foreclosure my loan and i went to the chennai parry's branch on 17-oct-2018. I had the demand draft for the outstanding amount to close. When i been at branch they are saying to raise a requisition for foreclosure then i will be called after 1 week of time to come again and they are not accepting my preclosure on the same day.

                  This was wondering why they are telling like this?

                  Why should i wait for till they are calling me to come?

                  Till that why should i pay the additional interest, it is ridiculous.

                  This is unwanted to wait. Also it is not like other banks. Where as in other banks when we are going for preclosure they are doing and closing everything on the same day.

                  Why the persons in yes bank behaving like this. The way they behaving is looks like mortgage shop persons.

                  I sent mail to [protected]@yesbank.in asking whether i have to pay even after 17th october period or not. Because i had ready the payment on 17 th october itself. Since their worst process it takes time and why should i pay additional charges or interest even after 17th october.

                  Buy no proper response i received till now..

                    Hello team,
                    This is to inform that i really feel bad to have a credit card of yes bank. I always use to make make payment on time and not even that i use to do transaction from my other card and make timely payment, check my pan details for proof. But this month i failed to make payment on time which i already informed that i need time and i know the consequeny which i ready to accept and pay then there is no mean to call me every day and night to remind me in a sarcastic way stating i still have financial issue. These way explain the track of yes bank have pathetic service and no respect for their customer. If i need i will escalate this to rbi to take further action. If i am not wrong there must be training for debt recovery agents how to handle customer, if not then i must say change your logo to no bank.

                        On october 12th 2018, i went to yes bank branch at enkay tower, gurgaon, delhi. To transfer my money to my wife’s bank account in indonesia.
                        After the transaction i got the email about the transaction. It was shown in the email that there was mistyping on the beneficiary name. I told the staff about this, but there was no respond. And today i got an email that my transaction unable to apply.
                        And i have to go to the bank to correct the mistyping that was done by the bank.

                        I hope i got the fast response for this

                          I filed a compaint on last friday regarding my transaction failure related issue. i withdraw the amount of 2500 from the Bank of India(BOI) ATM machine in Hyderabad but i didnt get the amount from machine and it printed a statment that unable to process and the amount is dedacted from my account .                             Dear Team,

                            This is with reference to my Personal Loan which was disbursed without my consent, putting false promises and misleading information it is cheating.

                            Hence, I have requested for Cancellation from the day of disbursement but till date they have not cancelled and i am paying EMI's .

                            From the day one I have been repeatedly informed and e-mailed you that above mention personal Loan was disbursed without my Consent and asked for cancellation the same without any charges and provide me the account no. to return the amount which I have received on 19th June 2018 in my account worth amount of Rs. 1, 93, 211/- in response to this on 7th August Mr. Sachin Sakhare has sent me e mail mentioned the account details and asked me to transfer the amount which I have received but the account no. is not mentioned correctly so I have asked for correct account no. so that I can transfer the amount but no response I have received on that (please find attached mail for your reference)
                            Surprisingly On 7th August 2018 evening I have received mail from Mr. Sawpnil informing about some solutions in terms of Cash back as gesture and in regards to this we Mr. Sachin Sakhare, Sawpnil & Myself had a conference call do discuss the issues but this was again not materialize as the things are we discussed specially financial burden coming to my shoulder only.

                            After that conversation on 9th August 2018 Mr. Sachin wrote an email mentioning the details which we have discussed in con call and very surprisingly he denied the he was not aware about Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges and asking to cancelled the loan with charges for which I was denied because the loan was disbursed without my consent and I am not going to pay any charges.

                            I have already informed about my Incred Finance foreclosure Charges and also I have informed that I have Cancelled my HBD Finance Laon due to the same reason as I don’t want to pay Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges well in advance before disbursement.

                            Then how come he denied that he was not aware about HBD Finance Laon & Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges. In fact this is very first condition I have put before applying to loan .

                            As your executive Mr. Sunil who was offered me this loan stating foreclosure charges will be taken care off. because I am a exiting customer as having one ongoing personal loan with yes bank as special offer to existing customer so I need not pay any foreclosure charges to Incred Finance. But this is unfortunately false information’s and unfair business practices which you believed in it.

                            And why should I applied if I have already cancelled the Balance Transfer Loan offered by HBD finance in March 2018???

                            During the telecon conversations as she Informed me that for my Grievances related to Cancellation of Personal Loan (PLN[protected] I, need to Contact my Relationship Manager Mr. Sachin Sakhare.

                            I have contacted Mr. Sachin Sakhare but he replied that this case is going to handle by Yes Bank Central Team as he was not aware about this and ask me to contact you again for clarifications.

                            Now, from last three 3Months I, am continuously following up with Mr. Sachin Sakhare and all of you but it’s very unfortunate that the my grievances has not been resolved till date due to this I am in huge financial losses and taking burden of paying the EMIs of Rs. 30030/- per months.

                              I had the worst experience with yes bank community related to my credit card application. Not only i could observe the fake commitment and integrity issue but also on top of it i couldnt find any one listening and responding with care. To add to the worst! - though i lodged complaint about credit card, i still receive calls for new credit card application and accounts.

                              It seems what all you have been doing is to move the ticket out of the sla with an intent to close this.

I already carry 3 reputed credit cards and only reason i got interested is that i was informed that i’ll have complementary lounge visits both domestic and international and that too with a limit of 2 visits per quarter or 8 visits in a year. My monthly income is about 1.38 lakh per month for which i did give all proofs. I did read on your website that there are cards in your kitty which limits the domestic visit to 8 per year and there are charges for the international visit. I did confirm during the application process that what i’ll get is the complementary international visits as well. I was duly confirmed! To ignore the website and i’ll get what i’ve been promised.                               What is been given:

                              Today morning i received the package with the yes bank prosperity edge credit card, the first thing i could read is that there are “no” complementary international lounge access. It was lot of frustration and waste of time and inconvenience. I called up your toll free number and lodged the request for the “cancellation” of the card with the complaint on all this “mess” and fake promises! I’m going to take this to consumer court as a wrong commitment and service delivery!

                              Credit limit : 2 lakh 49 thousand.

                              Anyone cares.. Can read and take appropriate action.. This doesn’t help to business when you have such an integrity issue of “fake commitments.

                                You guys are doing some fraud i suppose to receive the money from australia and got reject because of my address was nit verified.in january everything was confirmed i was receiving the money and everything was good last 5 days i am unable to receive any money plus you guys have charged my sister 3000 and said the address is incorrect which is not because on the same address you have sen me my debit card and the cheque book is this the new way to take our money and its yes bank fault when you send something you should have informed me no one called me or either there is no update that some fraud is going on my account today when i called up with the details of money rejection then my friend called me because he has visited santacruz branch they said they cant see my account only not sure what is going on because at the time of changing the address i have run for more than 30 days was like hell and finally got it done and now again you guys have started this and charged my sister 3000 rs you will pay the money i have already email you ceo rana kapoor because i don't want to put this on social media hope you will have some shame that someone will call me because no one even bothers to call up regarding this [protected] call me after 3pm

                                  Please reverse the atm card charges debited to my sb account as i have already credit card of your bank. I have been prusuaded for open zero balance sb account and mr nilesh collect the blank documents got signed from my house as he has to go to attend the other customers also from vikhroli branch mumbai. After some time i know from my account statement that my account has been debited by atm charges. On enquiry from mr nilesh that why he filled documents for atm card, he replied me that he will trying to reverse the charges. But this could not done till date. Auditors have also raised the issue for collection of blank documents.
                                  If charges not reverse, i have to left no option to close all the facilities.

                                  I have not received any response from you as 7days have passed (date of complaint 2 Oct 2018)

                                    *But it is not clear now day something 2mouth ..but it not clear...

                                    *i go and my problem say to yes bank sec 15part2..branch...

                                    It's branch ans:--
                                    -sometime branch say your check loss
                                    -sometime branch say your check go to your adress.
                                    But my check not come my home 2mouth.
                                    So this problem is no solution
                                    -sometime branch say your check is other yes bank branch office
                                    ...now no solution...

                                      Order number [protected] booked on paytm date 13th july 2018 under the offer 10% cashback in yesbank credit card account by 30th sept 2018 on making payment through yesbank credit card. I have made the entire payment through my yesbank credit card. Now, i have been sending mails to yesbank customer service asking for the cashback amount but not getting any response from them.

                                        Hi,
                                        Please close my yes bank balance linked to my phone no [protected].
                                        This was my salary account and not being in use. It seems you guys are charging 500rs a month for minimum balance. This is ridiculously high amount.
                                        I urge you to close my account and waive this negative balance generated.
                                        Also it seems the only way to close accounts is to go physically to bank. There bank employees told me to get it done from home branch which is in delhi.
                                        I am frustrated this all proceed, levying the charge is automated but closing account is manual. Please close my account asap.
