    I had requested a yes bank nri account. I am based in europe and had very high hopes on getting a good bank. They were really helpful while opening the account but immediately the relationship manager is changed. They keep changing the relationship managers and did not provide good service. We waited and kept requesting them to take actions but no response.
    Despite requesting to close my account from past 3 weeks there is no result. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.

      This is second time yes bank deduct balance from my account by wrong methods first they debited my savings account by 3500 rs for amb account goes in negative shows liability on me this is my account [protected] and again for transaction charges for atm widhraw which actually not happen and again i maintain minimum balance but again deduct for amb i have minimum balance required 2500 and i have 4000 but again deduct from my account this is really cheating by yes bank totally fraud done by bank cheap service i[censored] cannot afford then why u give service

        Hi,

        Myself vamsi krishna j, with the reference number of complaint raised with bank (Cs[protected], dated apr 30'18). Please help me to get the insurance amount that yes bank bangalore has charged towards bajaj insurance without my consent. Simply they are dragging the case as i have raised my voice towards the delay and the person who is handling the case is manish k, who always give pathetic/same response and overall worst service from yes bank.

        Kindly help.

          Hello,

          More than 2 weeks ago, i have visited the yes bank - russel street branch (Kolkata). I have raised few issues such as... 1) more than two weeks i cannot access my net-banking, 2) requested for sms alert, 3) my debit card is not working.
          More than a week now i didnot get any update from yesbank. Every time i have to call for updates and employees are almost clueless. Very unprofessional bank.

          I applied for the yes first preferred credit card and submitted all the necessary documents but it was declined. They didnt give any reason for the same.
          Atleast the reason should be given so that the person can change whatever is the shortcoming.

          Very poor customer service.

            This is regarding my credit card transaction done by you as auto bill payment on 1st june of my vodafone postpaid connection. I had migrated to prepaid by 27th of may and also informed to call centre to remove this service (Request id [protected]) for future as i am not using as postpaid connection. Your call centre staff told me, this service will remove with in 4 days as your bill not yet scheduled for payment so this will not going to pay by us. But i received a sms where i found that bill had paid by automatically as amount paid to vodafone of inr 431.06 so i called on your call centre to ask about so very simple answer given by that staff it's already paid this time as it's scheduled but this not going to pay by next month. I hope this is first time my bill paid by 1st as due date was 7th, generally paying before 2 days, i want to know the exact reason of the same. As i requested on 27th may to remove this service and you paid this bill before 1 week, i want proper reason with return of this amount with compensation as i wasting my valuable time to write this email and also spoke to your unexperience staff as i already requested so early.
            This is to inform you to don't waist my valuable time and check with service provider and get it refund of this amount.

              I had a salary account before 1 year back from company in noida, but due to some personal reason, i have left that company within a week.

              So never get any salary in my account neither any type of transaction occurred a whole year. Initially, i was getting mail and text message about their benefits but before 4 days ago i got a text message and see i have -1180rs balance because of not maintaining the minimum balance.

              So my question is that if i am not using this account for a year so why not close this account. If i am not longer with that employer.

              I am requesting to close my account. It's complete harassment

                As my name is rahul i m having a saving account in yes bank in sundar nagar branch delhi for last 8 months my account is zero balance account for one year i had completed my 8 months in this bank but today when i deposited money they deduct 600 rupees as minimum balance charges but it was a zero balance account for one year so how can they deduct 600

                Yes bank consumer service very poor and Maninagar branch manager told us we are not received small currency and I told hem it's govt. currency so he gave answer I don't care and I didn't accept small currency

                  Hi,

                  I was not able to maintain average minimum balance suggested by yes bank. Due to this, the balance of my saving bank account is running in negative. I tried emailing them to close the account but they said it was not possible. I visited the home branch but the bank manager refused to clear the negative balance and close the account. However, as per the recent rbi directive, the saving bank account cannot run into negative.

                  Requesting help.

                    Dear sir
                    I was applying in many bank for personal loan,
                    So i got a call from a person saying his from yes bank and he can help it out for any loan amount but he will charge 5% i was so desperate for money so i said ok
                    He said your paper work is all done you just have to pay 5000 and rest will do it
                    I trusted him and gave him the money

                    Now his phone is not reachable please help me out if you find him that will be good i have his number and recording he might me cheating so many people

                      This is the worst bank that i have ever come across. Even government banks are much better than this one.

                      I applied for a salary account through my company in march 2018 and after submitting complete documents, it took them 1 month to process and create the account. This too after my regular follow up.

                      While applying for a salary account, i also applied for a credit card. Till date i have not received the same and whenever i follow up, they say that there is a verification pending that is why the card is not processed and they shall do the same very soon.

                      Sick and tired of my follow up, i cancelled my request and have requested my company to shift my salary account as well.

                      # customer service, their executives have no proper explanations for delay, i fail to understand what kind of a bank is this.

                      In my opinion, avoid any kind of dealings with this bank. They will make you cry for every small thing.

                      I want to sue them for the kind of inconvenience they have caused.

                        Hi, I have had a very bad experience Banking from Yes Bank. Firstly for a balance amount of Rs 10, the interest charge of Rs 600 has been done. Though the auto debit was not enabled from Saving account, still there has been continous debit charges of Rs 300 has been done. Now the outstanding bill of Rs 5600 has been charged only for not paying Rs 10. In spite of this, the regional officer from Delhi, had accepted to wav off the interest charges & pay Rs3750. I agreed to this & had done a payment of Rs 3750. Its been couple of month now & still I am getting everyday irritation calls from the customer care to pay the remaining amount. The CSR are so arrogant & undisciplined . Neither they respond to your queries nor resolve the issue. A big NO to YES Bank.

                          See this is the sms you sent me that day

                          Inr 8, 980.00 has been spent on your yes bank credit card ending with 8008 at flipkart internet priv on 05/05/2018 at 21:28:49 ist. Avl bal inr 28, 951.03

                          I am not having mental issues to raise this concern on the transaction because your customer care kept telling there was no transactions like i am some mental patient. The purchase nor the refund is showing in my statement.
                          I complaint number is yes bank complaint number : [protected]

                          Flipkart says they have refunded my amount. Flipkart is now asking me to escalate this complaint to you (Yesbank) please investigate

                            I want my salary account to be closed, it has been long time since i quit my first company and you people are still charging me negative balance of total inr 5000.
                            You people promised me it was a zero balance account and charging me now. According to rbi rules, no banks can charge negative balance for salary account. I want my account to be closed as soon as possible.

                              Its shameful to disclose customers account details including balance and details of yes bank customers by bank staff

                              Its happened recently at somajiguda branch of hyderabad, telangana

                              Mr. Chandra reddy (Ph-[protected]),
                              Mr. Duvvuri sagar (Ph-[protected])
                              Srikanth chennupati (Ph - [protected])

                              Above officers of bank misused their powers to provide customers account details and confidential data to mr. Swarnendu ghosh (Md of lucisco gentium pvt ltd) and mr. Kota lakshmi narayana (Accountant)

                              Recently they made illegal operations with secret agreement between them to make unlawful activities also

                              Please take proper action against them, otherwise same will be given to legal and media to protect bank and customers

                                I have been the account holder of yes bank for the last almost 2 years but this is the first time when i came across such pathetic condition.
                                I had a cms cheque which i submitted into yes bank exhibition road branch, patna (Bihar) on 19-may-2018 for transferring the cheque amount into my yes bank account after waiting till 6 days eventually i had to be present phisically to the branch and i approached to mr chandan as conversation with him he assured me that the cheque amount will be transferred by today (24-may-2018) itself evening but still the condition is remain the same. Please help me

                                    I am doing business with your bank for more than 3 years and I am having a CC A/C in your bank (SURAT BRANCH) with the A/C no. ***********1165 and during this past time, I didn’t have any complaint or problem with the services that you provide and how your employee provide them but I am very sorry to inform you that, in the past 6 months when asked to reduce the rate of interest but the percent which I expect was not available or we can say we were not able to come to a mutual decision so I decided to transfer my bank ac to another bank . Which was not in favour of the bank so the officer in Finance Department in your Surat Branch Named Mehul Lakkar, started imposing unnecessary charges in name of facility charges amounted to ***** Rs with GST on 30th January.

                                    When we asked for the reason no specific reason was provided and we were told that due to some mistake the amount was deducted and will be revised very soon . And till march no action was taken to revise the amount . Now when we were finally closing the A/C before the renewal date the bank levied the renewal fees amounted to 29500 Rs before the due date as well as without the approval from the company which we think is not legal .

                                    And when we asked why they have done the officer whome we mentioned earlier i.e. Mehul Lakkad started misbehaving with us, and said if you will continue with our bank than n than oly all the charges will be revised otherwise don’t think about the money . And when told that we will be complaniong against you than he told do what ever you want nothing will afeect me …. He was just sounding like the road side people who are illiterate.. we think he is quiet educated but he doesn’t have manners to deal with the customer .

                                    The manger at the Finance Department named Mr. PARESH, he also didn’t helped us so we have decided to get help from the H/o of the bank first because the bank hold a good reputation in the market, and coz of the few people the bank should not spoil its reputation .

                                    So here we are, we are expecting a help from you .. So please take the necessary action against your employee .. And please revise all the unnecessary charges that have been leavied . Please do the needful as soon as possible. All the necessary documents are sent with it, kindly take a note of it .

                                        Kindly look into the issue on priority
                                        The courier person is not delivery the courier in time and if address is wrong they should delivered to branch but they are not giving back to branch once i called they told they will delivered to the branch but still they did not delivered and we have sent the courier on 2 may 2018. Our customer are facing problem kindly check and ask them to return on time and delivered on time if address is wrong asked them to return back to branch as soon as possible but the 2 courier we want urgently as customer is very irate
