I am doing business with your bank for more than 3 years and I am having a CC A/C in your bank (SURAT BRANCH) with the A/C no. ***********1165 and during this past time, I didn’t have any complaint or problem with the services that you provide and how your employee provide them but I am very sorry to inform you that, in the past 6 months when asked to reduce the rate of interest but the percent which I expect was not available or we can say we were not able to come to a mutual decision so I decided to transfer my bank ac to another bank . Which was not in favour of the bank so the officer in Finance Department in your Surat Branch Named Mehul Lakkar, started imposing unnecessary charges in name of facility charges amounted to ***** Rs with GST on 30th January.
When we asked for the reason no specific reason was provided and we were told that due to some mistake the amount was deducted and will be revised very soon . And till march no action was taken to revise the amount . Now when we were finally closing the A/C before the renewal date the bank levied the renewal fees amounted to 29500 Rs before the due date as well as without the approval from the company which we think is not legal .
And when we asked why they have done the officer whome we mentioned earlier i.e. Mehul Lakkad started misbehaving with us, and said if you will continue with our bank than n than oly all the charges will be revised otherwise don’t think about the money . And when told that we will be complaniong against you than he told do what ever you want nothing will afeect me …. He was just sounding like the road side people who are illiterate.. we think he is quiet educated but he doesn’t have manners to deal with the customer .
The manger at the Finance Department named Mr. PARESH, he also didn’t helped us so we have decided to get help from the H/o of the bank first because the bank hold a good reputation in the market, and coz of the few people the bank should not spoil its reputation .
So here we are, we are expecting a help from you .. So please take the necessary action against your employee .. And please revise all the unnecessary charges that have been leavied . Please do the needful as soon as possible. All the necessary documents are sent with it, kindly take a note of it .
Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I don’t want give any reason for closing my account.
