Respected sir,

I have my salary account in yes bank from last 1.5 years. I was extremely happy with yes bank. But my experience is worst then ever from last few days. On 28th march at near by 8 pm in the evening i went to yes bank atm, which is in pul pehladpur surajkund (110044).

So i inserted my card into machine, i entered my atm pin, but machine got hanged. I tried twice, this time i directly got the option of entering amount, i entered 500, then i found a prompt stating that your transaction is successful, without entering the pin and i don't received my money. I was on the way of my home suddenly i got a text that rs 2500 has been deducted from my account.

Which made me shocked and devastated. The reason was it was the only amount through which i have to survive till 1 month. So sir i called to your customer care at the same time, they guys were not even aware that it was technical issue or what. First two days they fooled me that madam its a technical issue and you will get your refund. But i did not. Third day i again called and they told me that mam your amount has been debited, i told them the whole story thrice then they generated the request of cctv footage.

So sir what i felt is firstly they were not aware what it was, it was a fraud transaction or a technical issue in your atm.

Second thing they were not at all concerned about my issue. And the worst thing was when i was calling in your customer care, the same girl received my call, she replied me, madam abhi to baat hui thi apse, bataya to tha ki itna time lagega, so this was the pathetic response.
It has been 11 days i have no idea where my hard earned money is. Will i get my money back or not.

I[censored] can not help me in this then please tell me, then i will take legal action. I expect you will help because your services has made me sad and helpless.

Awaiting for quickest response and kindly take on very priority otherwise i have decided what i have to do next level

I am running hypermart over Bangalore .as a yes bank customer they had provided me 2 Edc machines, both of them are complaint and I had complained to representative . But they are not taking seriously . Take necessary step against it

I was getting contacts details of yours from yes bank nodal but still you behaving like that you don't know the matter whenever i am trying to reach you that moment also you are not responding of mine call and giving me only excuse of will check CCTV footage

Can you tell me checking for CCTV footage you want 2 months time your team has been already waste mine months of time to check CCTV footage and now you are doing the same

Many time i asked from your team will you return mine money or not they are not given any clear picture from you also i am asking same thing but you are also not given any positive reply

Meanwhile i have request from you last one week for contact details of Rana Kapoor and Somak Ghosh but you are not given this also

As i discus with you Rana kapoor and Somak Ghosh mail id getting bounced below mention id of boths.

    My name prakash kumar mohanty, i beg to say that my card is used by other person i don't who but i received 1 transaction messages and debit from my account to your yes bak account, the date of transaction is transaction 06.04.18 time 2.09pm amount 10, 000/- transaction not done by me so i requested you please cancel that transaction and refund me my debited amount. Give me information booking was order to deliver which name and address. I already complain file to bank.
    Please take serious action about it and make a transaction secure for all customer. I am waiting for your positive response. For further inquiry you can call me or contact us.

      I have done an imps transaction yesterday (3/apr/2019), amount is debited from my account but not credited at beneficiary account. On this raised a complaint and they are still saying it may take 5 to 7 working days to refund the money.

      Customer care people are irresponsible in raising complaint until customer remainds them they will not talk on complaint. This is really very bad experience with yes bank. Better not to use yes bank account move to other bank

      I have just had exactly the same issue. Monet taken off account and not reflecting in Beneficiary account. And need to wait till the 10th for resolution. Are we living in stone age???

        I have made a transaction of Rs. 18890 on 4th April though my account, but i got to know that the same was a fraudulent one.
        I received the account details through email and they were posing themselves as my boss and showed themseleves in dire need. I found the same after I checked the email id which was masked by biss name. Request you to let me process to recover the money.

        They have freezed my account for last 1 month, not able to do any transactions, all my expenses are on hold, the investigation team is not giving any update, I feel i made a mistake raising the complaint, as anyways am not getting my money back and further bank people are literally paying no attention to my requests.
        Plz mere account me se ATM card or OTP lekar transition huva he to vo transition cencle kro

          yes bank credit card _ harassment &false communication

          I have taken a credit card from yes bank in the month of Dec and in Jan I was informed from the bank (EMI department) that a benefit to pay the credit card dues is to be done in 50 days for the first transaction and so nothibg us to be paid before Feb.

          I since had received the call from bank believed them and did not pay before Feb. But to my surprise I did charge a lot of extra charges as interest and late charges which bank...

            I took car loan from ulhasnagar yes bank branch in nov2016. Before taking any loan i talk with trupti parab regarding terms of the loan.in that when i asked about forecloser she told me u can not close it till 6 months as it is locking period and after that i can close it at any time. The form i signed also did not contain any chrges on it. The column was empty. Now i requested for forecloser, they r demanding 5% penalty. They showed me form with my sign contain forecloser penalty written by hand on it after my sign. I m behind this people for closer since jan2018 but nobody is listening. First i was behind trupti parab by means of sms, whatsup, mail. Then yes bank customer care by means of call and e mail. Then went to head office for payment there also they refused payment. Then mr. Kamran by means of sms, whatsup, e mail, later he also stop responding me. Then i lounch complaint in rbi they gave me e mail address of mr ratan kesh a nodal officer for yes bank. I send mail to him. He replied saying will settle it in 5working days, still the situation is as it is. Now every other day diffrent diffrent guys calling me saying i hv to pay inrest, penalty till date or my cibil will spoil. On asking what about intrest paid unnecssary by me due to their fault, they said its non of our buissiness. I m thinking of going to consumer court. I hv all documents of above communications. I want wavier of intrest after i requested to closer and penaltyalua

              I got my salary account in yes bank from my first employer on may 2015 and i have resigned from that employer on may 2016. I did not use that account after that for any kind of transactions. During the time of account opening there was no such requirement on minimal balance, however the bank all of a sudden charging me for the same which resulted in negative balance around 9k. When a person is not using an bank account for more than 3 years, why should the bank retain that account and burden their customer with this kind of irritating charges? I do not wish to pay this amount when there is no fault from my end and i need yes bank to deactivate my account immediately.

                I have called customer care but they are not able to do anything because the transaction done before 15 days when i called.

                And who will be the responsible for that transaction.

                  I have applied for credit card on march 2nd, verification and kyc process has been completed. From the past 2 weeks they are giving me fake update saying it is in progress and card will be dispatched in 3 days... I have raised couple of tickets to reach to know what is happening..

                  Here my point is why the employees them self doesn't what is happening in the process, they literally started not lifting my calls. I dont mind to know the estimated date, but they all time bluffed to tell that.

                    I did online transaction with yes bank by my debit card. 476 amount debited two times because of transaction failed. I complained on 14march 2018 but not get refund yet. Also on 15 march 349 amount debited from my account 2 times. They are taking so much time to refund. And yet not confirm of refund. My complain no are cs[protected] and cs[protected].

                      My name is rishab singhal i have a salary account in yes bank. There are five failed transactions each of amount 1379.00rs on 17 march 2018 in evening between 4:30pm-6pm. I have confirmed with the merchant that they haven't received money as all the transactions got failed but my account as debited every time. I have wrote a mail to the bank but haven't got any satisfactory answer.

                      I have applied for Balance Transfer with yes bank authorised channek partner with false committment and details. sanctioned amount shared in mail is 460000 and disbursed amount of 500000 with processing fee.

                        I used to recharge my broadband via net banking but this time on 13 march 2018 in the evening i paid my internet broadband bill via yes bank net banking. The money was deducted but the internet was not renewed as it got failed coz the net provider did not got the money. So when i called the net provider he said the money was still pending from bank and than i called up the bank customer care the person said there has been some issues so to refund i need to print out some documents and refill and go to the bank. So i have no idea what that person said and what to do. Please look into this matter asap.

                          Yes bank corporate salary services are pathetic.

                          They dont value customers for every small details need to follow up with team each and every time.
                          Rm & other executive contact lines are always busy or else it would be ringing they dont even have courtesy to revert on mail or call back for inconvenience that has been caused due to their poor services.

                            M a defence officer having acct with yes bank ambala cantt, i also invested in mutual funds n life insurance through ur bank besides personal i also invested my company's approx 70 lac in fd bt whenever m in distress or have query no official responds to my calls nd if they respond they are ill equipped abt knowledge nd also lack trust that i imposed in them. Overall i feel cheated nd planning to withdraw all amt.

                              Doesn't seems like the bank has taken your complaint seriously. I never got so many offer messages when i had a running bank account. I regularly get updates from the bank giving me offers to reduce the negative balance. I already mentioned that the account was opened by my office as a salaried account. Since the account is not being operated for such a long time it should have been gone in a dormant stage. Instead they have increased the non-maintenance charges to 10k. I want the concerned authorities to look into this and do the needful.

                                I request debit card date 28/02/2018 request no. Cs[protected] but not recieved till date.. Why.. I call customer care request. Cs[protected] mr welsion debit not call me 11:35 am why this person not call me.. I want to complaint for this person for naglency. And why my debit card not recieve 7working day customer care executive ms aswavni call to branch but no picup any call for branch staff.. Pz resolve this complain otherwise i m going to court blue dert team not call me and no sms

                                  Hi yes bank,

                                  Yesterday on 07/03/2018 i preordered a game from the playstation store for rupees 3, 999 and my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account. I contacted playstation store customer care and they mentioned that the amount hasn't been credited to them and that i should contact my bank. I contacted yesbank customer care and explained what my problem was and i was told to fill my ctd form online or to visit my branch. I've filled the form and mailed it at [protected]@yes bank.in but still didn't get a response. This is the second time that i didn't get any response. Is this how you treat your customers?

                                    I m a dental surgeon, thy approached me for a zero balance account giving me a ref from an another colleague of mine, initially played well with my cheque including their manager.. Telling me that thy couldn't clear my cheque calling me from their bedroom while i was present in the bank... Such blatant liers, when refused to not open the account both of them followed me for 3 days n disturbing me during my working hours, i settled for a zero balance account, truth is that.. Nw they started putting my account balance negative last year, i called their executive he came (Nilav) resolved it telling that this won't happen again n he vl surely look into it, thinking he's loyal.. I didn't charge, but now thy are asking for 21000 balance clearance, is this a joke, i know you guys not going to resolve it.., i'll approach legally now. You must leave my city.. I'll expose everything on youtube. Tc

                                      Am applied pln in yes bank because their sales person only forcibly to taken application.
                                      Documents provide me to bank executive
                                      1) pan card
                                      2) aadhaar card
                                      3) 6 months bank statement
                                      4) salary slip
                                      5) photo
                                      On 16 feb got message your application ref no. 728941 and again got message from bank on your loan approved, and same got email my office mail asking about basis details.

                                      Afterward bank executive call me take 5 cheques that am clearly told them am not gives cheques because i need official mail from bank but their convince me its approved to released loan amount, hand over 5 cheques on 23 feb to mr. Suresh babu told yes bank employee. After same person call on monday need soft copy bank from august 2017 to still date i given immediately mail statement. 27 feb 2018 send message return bank my cheques need not required loan now.

                                      I complaining yes bank customer care on 23 feb 2018 to 06 march 2018 return my cheques to me.

                                      On 06 march 2018 afternoon got call from yes bank executive mr. Murali am taken your application getting stock told your loan appoved but need to come main yes bank kasturba road bangalore solve some problem on bank statement & signature, i told them already return back my cheques past 10 days complaint to bank customer care. After started telling if not coming branch, we list to credit information bureau of india ltd.

                                      Here only understand executive wants reached targets to spoiled other credit history.

                                      Finally will be suffering general public's only always.
