Yes bank corporate salary services are pathetic.

They dont value customers for every small details need to follow up with team each and every time.
Rm & other executive contact lines are always busy or else it would be ringing they dont even have courtesy to revert on mail or call back for inconvenience that has been caused due to their poor services....

Yesterday on 07/03/2018 i preordered a game from the playstation store for rupees 3, 999 and my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account.
