yes bank credit card _ harassment &false communication

I have taken a credit card from yes bank in the month of Dec and in Jan I was informed from the bank (EMI department) that a benefit to pay the credit card dues is to be done in 50 days for the first transaction and so nothibg us to be paid before Feb.

I since had received the call from bank believed them and did not pay before Feb. But to my surprise I did charge a lot of extra charges as interest and late charges which bank...

महोदय आपको अवगत कराना है कि बैंक मित्र बनाने के विषय में मुझे दिनांक[protected] को csp bank mitra कार्यालय banglore karnatak से मिस्टर करनजीत द्वारा बताया गया कि हमारी कंपनी द्वारा बैंक मित्र बनाने हेतु आपको कॉल किया गया है अगर आप बैंक मित्र बनने के इच्छुक हों तो हम आपको स्टाफ कोटे कि बची हुई 2 रिक्त सीटों में से 1 सीट आपको दे सकते हैं जिसके लिए आपको 5800/- रु0 तुरंत हमारे प्रबन्धक पवन कुमार पटेल के खाते [protected] IFSc code SBIN0003091 में जमा करने होंगे उसके बाद आपको हमारी तरफ से लॉगिन आई डी और पासवर्ड मिल जाएगी उसके बाद आपको 15800/- रु0 जमा करने के बाद आपके यहाँ आपके नजदीक बैंक से टीम जाकर आपके यहाँ सिस्टम की सेटिंग कर देंगे उसके बाद आप ग्राहको का लेनदेन शुरू कर देना | 5800/-+15800/-=21600/- जब मैंने जमा कर दिया तो आपके कार्यालय द्वारा मुझे फोन द्वारा बताया गया की आपको ग्राहको के लेनदेन हेतु आपको एक ओडी अकाउंट खोलना होगा जिसमे आपको 50000/-रु0 जमा करने होंगे और आपको 75000/- रु0 मिलेंगे मैंने अपना जेबर और जमीन गिरबी रखकर पवन कुमार पटेल के अकाउंट [protected]IFSc code SBIN0003091में 50000/-रु0दिनांक 17/01/2018 को जमा किए | इसके बाद भी मेरा केंद्र चालू नहीं हुआ फिर आपके कार्यालय द्वारा मुझे फोन करके किट तथा अग्रीमेंट चार्ज के 77040/- रु0 का 50% 38020/- रु0 की मांग की गयी और मुझसे कहा की अगर आप आज ही जमा करेंगे तो आपको 8020/- रु0 की छूट और मिल जाएगी और आपको 30000/- रु0 ही केवल जमा करना है इसके बाद आपसे कोई भी पैसा नहीं लिया जाएगा| इसी बात को सुनकर मुझे हार्ट अटैक पड़ गया और मेरी हालत ज्यादा खराब हो गयी और मुझपर हॉस्पिटल में 85000/- रु0 इलाज में लगा उसके बाद भी मैंने किसे से उधार 30000/-रु0 लेकर दिनांक 19/01/2018 को जमा कर दिये |उसके बाद भी मुझसे 60000/- रु0 फ्लाइट चार्ज के 50% 30000/- रु0 की मांग की जा रही है इसके बाद मैंने केंद्र चलाने में असमर्थता जताई और जमा की गयी धनराशि वापस करने को कहा तो आपके कार्यालय के गोविंद राउत ने मुझसे कहा की आपको कुल जमा 101600/- रु0 का 10% रुपये 10100/- जमा करना होगा तब आपका पैसा हम रिफ़ंड कर देंगे जब मैंने 10100/-रु0 अंकित कुमार राय के खाता संख्या [protected] IFSc code SBIN0012196में दिनांक 30/01/2018 को जमा कर दिये तभी मुझे बताया गया की आपको 5% जीएसटी का देना होगा तभी आपका पैसा ट्रांसफर हो पाएगा इसके बाद आपसे कोई भी रुपया नहीं लिया जागा और अगर कोई और खर्चा लगता है तो उसे हमारी कंपनी जमा करेगी तभी मैंने 5000/- रु0 अंकित कुमार राय के खाता संख्या [protected] IFSc code SBIN0012196 में दिनांक 31/01/2018 को जमा किया था इसके बाद भी मुझसे कल दिनाँक 02/04/2018 को 6500/-रुपये इन्कम टैक्स के लिए गोबिंद राउत फोन द्वारा मांग करते हुए कहा कि अब आपके लिए इसके अलावा कोई भी पैसा नहीं देना होगा और आपके सारे रुपये 6500 रुपये जमा करने के 10 मिनट के अंदर आपके खाते में पहुँच जाएंगे ।जो मैंने किसी से उधार लेकर मि0 रंजीत कुमार के खाता संख्या [protected] Ifsc code SBIN0001612 में जमा कर दिये फिर मैंने फोन किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि कल तक आपके खाते में सारे रुपये पहुंच जाएंगे जब मेरे खाते में कोई भी रुपये नही पहुंचे तो मैंने आज दिनाँक 03/04/2018 फोन किया तो मुझसे कहा कि आपके चेक की डेट निकल चुकी है इसलिए आपको 5800 रुपये और जमा करने होंगे तब आपके रुपये आपके खाते में ट्रांसफर होंगे अगर ये रुपये आज जमा नहीं किया तो आपका कोई भी पैसा नहीं मिलेगा आप जो चाहो वो कर लेना जो अब मैं देने असमर्थ हूँ जबकि मेरी तरफ से अबतक कुल रुपये 123200/- खाते में जमा हो चुका है |
अत:महोदय आपसे मेरा विनम्र निवेदन है की मेरी अबतक जमा कुल धनराशि 123200/- वापस कराने की कृपा करें |आपकी महान कृपा होगी |

I have deposited cheque in ATM box on[protected] and same is not yet clear even after 20 days. I have lodged my query with Yes bank, but there is no revert from them.

    I took car loan from ulhasnagar yes bank branch in nov2016. Before taking any loan i talk with trupti parab regarding terms of the loan.in that when i asked about forecloser she told me u can not close it till 6 months as it is locking period and after that i can close it at any time. The form i signed also did not contain any chrges on it. The column was empty. Now i requested for forecloser, they r demanding 5% penalty. They showed me form with my sign contain forecloser penalty written by hand on it after my sign. I m behind this people for closer since jan2018 but nobody is listening. First i was behind trupti parab by means of sms, whatsup, mail. Then yes bank customer care by means of call and e mail. Then went to head office for payment there also they refused payment. Then mr. Kamran by means of sms, whatsup, e mail, later he also stop responding me. Then i lounch complaint in rbi they gave me e mail address of mr ratan kesh a nodal officer for yes bank. I send mail to him. He replied saying will settle it in 5working days, still the situation is as it is. Now every other day diffrent diffrent guys calling me saying i hv to pay inrest, penalty till date or my cibil will spoil. On asking what about intrest paid unnecssary by me due to their fault, they said its non of our buissiness. I m thinking of going to consumer court. I hv all documents of above communications. I want wavier of intrest after i requested to closer and penaltyalua

    सर मैने आपकी बैकं से CSP रजिस्टेशन करवाया था आैर मैने रजिस्टेशन फीस जमा करदी है आैर जिस व्यक्ति के द्वारा मेरा रजिस्टेशन हुआ है उन्हाेने माे. न. Switch off कर लिया है आैर नही मेरा पैसा वापस हाे रहा है 15500रूपये मेरा वापस करवा दे धन्यवाद

      I got my salary account in yes bank from my first employer on may 2015 and i have resigned from that employer on may 2016. I did not use that account after that for any kind of transactions. During the time of account opening there was no such requirement on minimal balance, however the bank all of a sudden charging me for the same which resulted in negative balance around 9k. When a person is not using an bank account for more than 3 years, why should the bank retain that account and burden their customer with this kind of irritating charges? I do not wish to pay this amount when there is no fault from my end and i need yes bank to deactivate my account immediately.

          I have applied for credit card on march 2nd, verification and kyc process has been completed. From the past 2 weeks they are giving me fake update saying it is in progress and card will be dispatched in 3 days... I have raised couple of tickets to reach to know what is happening..

          Here my point is why the employees them self doesn't what is happening in the process, they literally started not lifting my calls. I dont mind to know the estimated date, but they all time bluffed to tell that.

            I did online transaction with yes bank by my debit card. 476 amount debited two times because of transaction failed. I complained on 14march 2018 but not get refund yet. Also on 15 march 349 amount debited from my account 2 times. They are taking so much time to refund. And yet not confirm of refund. My complain no are cs[protected] and cs[protected].

              My name is rishab singhal i have a salary account in yes bank. There are five failed transactions each of amount 1379.00rs on 17 march 2018 in evening between 4:30pm-6pm. I have confirmed with the merchant that they haven't received money as all the transactions got failed but my account as debited every time. I have wrote a mail to the bank but haven't got any satisfactory answer.

                I used to recharge my broadband via net banking but this time on 13 march 2018 in the evening i paid my internet broadband bill via yes bank net banking. The money was deducted but the internet was not renewed as it got failed coz the net provider did not got the money. So when i called the net provider he said the money was still pending from bank and than i called up the bank customer care the person said there has been some issues so to refund i need to print out some documents and refill and go to the bank. So i have no idea what that person said and what to do. Please look into this matter asap.

                  Yes bank corporate salary services are pathetic.

                  They dont value customers for every small details need to follow up with team each and every time.
                  Rm & other executive contact lines are always busy or else it would be ringing they dont even have courtesy to revert on mail or call back for inconvenience that has been caused due to their poor services.

Overall i feel cheated nd planning to withdraw all amt.

                      Doesn't seems like the bank has taken your complaint seriously. I never got so many offer messages when i had a running bank account. I regularly get updates from the bank giving me offers to reduce the negative balance. I already mentioned that the account was opened by my office as a salaried account. Since the account is not being operated for such a long time it should have been gone in a dormant stage. Instead they have increased the non-maintenance charges to 10k. I want the concerned authorities to look into this and do the needful.

                          Hi yes bank,

                          Yesterday on 07/03/2018 i preordered a game from the playstation store for rupees 3, 999 and my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account. I contacted playstation store customer care and they mentioned that the amount hasn't been credited to them and that i should contact my bank. I contacted yesbank customer care and explained what my problem was and i was told to fill my ctd form online or to visit my branch. I've filled the form and mailed it at [protected]@yes bank.in but still didn't get a response. This is the second time that i didn't get any response. Is this how you treat your customers?

                            I m a dental surgeon, thy approached me for a zero balance account giving me a ref from an another colleague of mine, initially played well with my cheque including their manager.. Telling me that thy couldn't clear my cheque calling me from their bedroom while i was present in the bank... Such blatant liers, when refused to not open the account both of them followed me for 3 days n disturbing me during my working hours, i settled for a zero balance account, truth is that.. Nw they started putting my account balance negative last year, i called their executive he came (Nilav) resolved it telling that this won't happen again n he vl surely look into it, thinking he's loyal.. I didn't charge, but now thy are asking for 21000 balance clearance, is this a joke, i know you guys not going to resolve it.., i'll approach legally now. You must leave my city.. I'll expose everything on youtube. Tc

                              Am applied pln in yes bank because their sales person only forcibly to taken application.
                              Documents provide me to bank executive
                              1) pan card
                              2) aadhaar card
                              3) 6 months bank statement
                              4) salary slip
                              5) photo
                              On 16 feb got message your application ref no. 728941 and again got message from bank on your loan approved, and same got email my office mail asking about basis details.

                              Afterward bank executive call me take 5 cheques that am clearly told them am not gives cheques because i need official mail from bank but their convince me its approved to released loan amount, hand over 5 cheques on 23 feb to mr. Suresh babu told yes bank employee. After same person call on monday need soft copy bank from august 2017 to still date i given immediately mail statement. 27 feb 2018 send message return bank my cheques need not required loan now.

                              I complaining yes bank customer care on 23 feb 2018 to 06 march 2018 return my cheques to me.

                              On 06 march 2018 afternoon got call from yes bank executive mr. Murali am taken your application getting stock told your loan appoved but need to come main yes bank kasturba road bangalore solve some problem on bank statement & signature, i told them already return back my cheques past 10 days complaint to bank customer care. After started telling if not coming branch, we list to credit information bureau of india ltd.

                              Here only understand executive wants reached targets to spoiled other credit history.

                              Finally will be suffering general public's only always.

                                After complainting many times to yes bank that the money not transfer to other bank they not refunded my amount 5000 after passing 1 months and 10 days . ihave complaint many times by my registered number [protected] but they are not bothered about my complaint they only said within 7 working days someone said 4 working days but the issue is remain same kindly do needful for me i shall be very thankful to you

                                  I had applied for mobile number pdation on 17th jan 2018, since then i have made several calls to yes bank call centre but have only been getting futile responses from them and my number which was handed over to another person he is getting all alerts.
                                  Despite continuous call to yes bank call centre they have closed my complaint as resolved on 14th feb.
                                  On sending email they have

                                  On Sending email they have responded (the email response is attached), however the mobile number has not been updated till date. In any other Bank this usually take not more than 48 hours.

                                    This is to bring to your attention of a shockingly rude, ill-mannered and insulting behavior of one of your staffs (Mr punith safari) and further his reluctance to discharge obligation in meeting a customer’s legitimate requirement.

                                    This is the matter of yes bank reputation please take action on such persons.

                                      Sir i have salary account in yesbank around 3 years past. After i resign from my job my account changed to saving acc with prior confirmation. I am using that account i want to close that account. I visit the branch but they say it close automatically but after 3 years it is not closed and shows negative amount. Sir it is totally harassment. Pls close my acc.
