Hi all,

I would like to inform you that mr. Aditya singh who himself introduced as yes bank partner to issue credit card. He took all the documents like pan card, aadhar card etc. He said after 2-3 days you would recieve verification call. Get it done then within 10 days you would get your credit card.

After 3 days, we got verifcation call, a lady (Ms nisha) was there. She did verification. She confirmed that within 10 days you'll get your credit card.

And it's more than 30 days, there is no card issued. Neither mr. Aditya nor ms. Nisha is responding on call/sms.

When i informed to yes bank, they cleared that there is no such application was submitted.

I am just mentioning their contacts number, so i request whosoever can help us on this that would be great.

The amount of rupees 47, 029.50 is deducted from the account, Description-NET TXN: PAYU [protected] with Ref Cheque No-99942 on 31/10/2019. Eventually this transcation is not done by me please verify the details.

    We are having a current account with yes bank in MORADABAD Account
    number. [protected] VIJAY VALLABH METALS.

    We have got a foreign inward of 3000 usd and 8245 usd (copy of TT attached for your reference.) from one of our customer of Qatar against export of goods.

    We have deposited all the relevant documents in the branch here in MORADABAD.

    But what the officials here done is that they have settled the payment o[censored]SD 3000. as against samples, without informing us, and we have not even provided any documents which confirm that the payment recd is for samples, in fact the payment was received for export of goods.
    And the problem I am facing now is that the bank officials are not
    accepting their mistake and are not settling the balance payment
    received (8245 USD) Current bank officials are now saying that this has been done by one of the previous official Mr. Ravindra Manral. and now I have to talk to him regarding this matter.

    All what I just want is to settle our payment received or provide us the documents against which the bank has settled the payment o[censored]SD 3000.

    I am enclosing all the relevant documents of that shipment of ours.

    Please see to it and do the needful asap as I am not getting any satisfactory
    response from the current bank officials.

      I, sarla gupta, the holder of saving a/c no. [protected] with your ludhiana 2 branch. I deposited a cheque of dollar 151/- on 22th sept. 2019. On 25th received a massage for deduction of rs. 1180/- further on 29th oct rs 8408.29 were credited to my a/c with rs 340/- as charges again. The rate of dollar at the time of conversion was rs 69.49 as mentioned by your bank. This way your bank deducted dollar 30 and i was charged dollar 52 approx. As charges. I tried the branch and some superiors as well but they didn't do anything till now. I made a request earlier also. The complain no. Is ceo [protected], but still no response till now. I therefore, request to kindly get settle my claim of dollar 151/- as other bank paid rs 10255/- against dollar 151 to my sister.

        I had applied for Yes Bank credit card around a month ago. After completing all the formalities I was assured for timely delivery for credit card. However, I received it late and purpose for credit card has been over passed. Moreover, the limit provided to me is embarrassing and of no use. Further, I was not entertained with the details for increasing the limits even after discussion. I am very disappointed and want immediate cancellation of credit card.

        I transfered 3000rs and 10000rs from yes pay wallet to twallet but i didnt received 3000rs and 10000rs to my twallet and chargebacked amount total 13000rs so please settlement with twallet .

          I m the account holder of your bank and my account number is this 2030 at srinagar branch. Actually i was opened this account for my daily use and also for other tasks after your agents is coming towards me and giving me this account number they are told me its totally free nothing charged you have to pay after 1 year ago bank automatically deducted money on to my account i was shocked and call to customer care they told me go to branch when i going there i was heard its one year offer free and after that i have to maintain 10000 but im student belongs to poor family how can i mange 10000 in a month please help me and i want close this account

            I have been trying to use checks of post office savings bank of india with this bank three times. However, the clearance department is having it returned saying that such account does not exist. This happened in the gurgaon, haryana branch.
            If you notice that the "post office savings bank" is older than the independence of india and is functional in india since the british era in india, but the bank claims that neither such a bank exists anywhere in india or the world and also that i have created original checks and am trying to use it in the bank to get money into it.
            From where will i get any money if no such bank or account exists? Am i crazy to do such antics? What benefit will it do to me to first create original checks, passbooks, transactions of atleast 30 years and even more and then present in a bank which is not even half the age of my account in the post office savings bank.
            This time they cleared that they had been presenting my check of post office savings bank at state bank of india. For this reason its being rejected and returned saying "no such account exists".
            Obviously this would happen. If you take a check from allahabad bank to get clearance from punjab national bank, same would happen.
            So, yes bank is trying to get my check cleared at a third party bank altogether. Not once, three times they have done this to my checks. I am glad that they are not charging me any penalty for this matter atleast. Had they done that, i would have filed an fir instead against the bank.
            When i asked the bank why they are doing this, they claim no idea or clue of it whatsoever. The bank employees claim that they are not even being aware of any such bank in the name of "post office savings bank" in the entire world. They claimed that they will still email the concerned department for an explanation and have it resolved, but i doubt that they would do anything since i have no update and its nearly 10 days now. I think they have done absolutely nothing.
            This is total harassment to the customer as well as embarrassment to me and my family.
            They either need to get updated with the types of banks and financial institutions operating in india from atleast more that 150 years. Have they employed total # or uneducated staff in their organizations who are not even trying to research rather trying to claim that the customer is a fraud. The employees in the rishikesh branch had my checks returned twice for the same reason. They had also misbehaved with us offensively asking us to prove in writing my relationship with my wife and daughter before they would open our account. Their sales department is a hopeless one.
            Kindly have this matter escalated to the highest level so that they reconsider who to keep employed and who to upgrade in their trainings so that they dont cause problems to their customers and insult them outrightly.

            Yes Bank customer service contacted us with the matter. They claim that the MICR code of India Post Savings Bank is recorded and updated exactly the same as the State Bank of India Delhi branch. Now let me clarify here, the India Post Savings Bank are totally two different Government entities operating in totally two different cities, in totally two different states, under two different Ministries, since atleast half a decade successfully, without any similar issues, respectively. Suddenly the check clearance department of finds the MICe codes same which has never happened in the entire life of either of the branches before. I wrote back to the Yes Bank asking the exact MICR Code they are finding same for both the banks. I am awaiting reply while I understand that the Yes Bank has closed my query as "Resolved" asking us to go back to India Post Savings Bank branch and ask them to have their correct MICR Code updated, issue fresh checks and only then submit them to Yes Bank in future reference and that Yes Bank can do nothing else in the matter. So, for them this is a silly issue resolved in just one phone call and one email.

            This bank has now resorted to steal money from my account. Their employees are involved in it providing all account details to their internal department of deployed set of hackers and runners who are now stealing money from my account using cloned debit cards with the same number and PIN number, online user ID and password. On making a complaint they are claiming that its not they, its the customer (my wife and I) who are stealing money or having it stolen by sharing all account details to unauthorized parties. This is an organization of theives. I am filing a criminal FIR against the Bank and the Bank Manager of the Gurgaon branch.
            No any online payment of EMI or extra payment through other bank account
            also no any facility related loan query in nearest branch specifically in rural area e.g In uruli kanchan

              I am trying to foreclose my personal loan and struggling to get foreclosure letter from yes bank. Not showing the urgency they showcased while sanctioning the loan, very poor customer service.

              Why customer should suffer with extra interest for bank's poor process. Are they getting manual signature from ceo for each letter? I don't know. Very poor banking experience

                Yesterdya i had booked my train booking but it hs not been booked on the irctc page. Yes bank has cut my amount still i didn't get refund. Kindly, resolve my issue asap.

                  I have done a imps transaction from yes bank 15000 rs dated 7th august 2019, account no. [protected] to baroda gramin bank correct account no. [protected] and correct ifsc code barb0brgbxx but i am enterd wrong ifsc code barbobgrbxx and account no. Same [protected] then ammount credit in baroda bank bhadeser branch not in baroda gramin bank churela. Beacuse both branch account no. Are same. I am so many follow upwith yes bank but not give any possitve response, yes bank told me that bank not credit your ammount but i am contactt to baroda branch they told me that we are not recived any type of mail from yes bank. Baroda branch told me that yes bank imps team has sent a mail to baroda bank imps team then baroda imps team sent mail to bhadeser branch then we will refund your ammount. Bank of baroda fully support me but yes bank not supported.

                    Yes bank is a fraud bank, please don't open it, i have saving account and credit card, for some reason i am not able to pay credit card bill then they block my card and hold the account, now i pay the amount even then they making fool to me, customer care telling collection department blocked and collection department is telling talk to customer care for unblock and issue of new card.
                    Now my money is on hold and not able to use it please don't open account and credit card.

                      I have home loan from yes bank since last two years. Now i want soa (Statement of account) for further use... I cant contact with yes bank customer care, because the number yes bank mentioned on sension letter and the same number on yes bank official site but all numbers r dead... So how a customer can contact with bank???

                        I would like to bring your kind attention on fraud transaction of rs 1700/- happened from my savings yes bank account on dated; 02nd june 2019, sunday at 3:00 pm.

                        As i found about the fraud transaction around 6:15 am in the morning of 3rd june, monday; filed complaint of fraud transaction by calling customer care executive at[protected]Complaint ref id; cs[protected] and put debit card on deactivation by own (Ref id; ce[protected].

                        I have filed police complaint and same copy submitted to my nearest yes bank branch ruchika khatter at add; sco - 2, sec-15 part 2-gurgaon

                        I am not getting any support from bank to resolve this issue.

                            Hello, i am repeatedly receiving the below msg
                            Dear cardmember, your request for the payment for tata power account 90*0*4*75 for rs 2486 through yes paynow facility has been processed.

                            I have already de-registered the biller from my account, still i am receiving the above msg. I tried calling customer support for the reason as mentioned before. I was asked my registered mobile number, (I shared it), and date of birth (I did not).
                            I refrain from sharing my date of birth as that is something personal and i don't wish to share each time i call, i said that and asked to ask any other question as other banks do, and if and only if i am calling from random number questions for verification is asked, also the question can be asked to change. Perhaps the customer support person repeatedly asked me the same question, and the discussion ended up.
                            I still raise a point where the question was why the bill payment is processed for the biller i have already de-registered and i don't deem the question of verification to be the date of birth fit to be asked by any one.
                            Pertaining to your adherence to the particular question of date of birth rather looking up for the sense of security and point of dispute i wish to discontinue your service

                              This is to in form you that i wanted to open a nri account in yes bank. Your representative mr. Abhishekh (Mobile no: +91 [protected]) visited twice and collected all related documents and a chq of rs.11000 15 days back. He has also handed over the welcome kit to me which consists of chq book, atm card etc. Since then neither my account is activated nor my chq and documents are returned. The above representative is not even responding to my calls.
                              I also called up yes bank helpline and logged my complain, but nothing has been done till date.
                              This very unprofessional. If the account cannot be opened i need the cheque and documents back.

Problem is that my widow pension is not reflected in my account. The district welfare depart ment already credited my three months widow pension in my account.in pension my pension id my transction status shows” other”. I discuss the problem with yes bank branch manager naraingarh. He tells me that by mistake heopens my normal account instead of pension account. I also gave him the approval letter given by the department and other document. But i am not satisfied with answer of bank manager. He did not give me any proper solution about the problem.

                                  I've been served the notice period of 90days (09/05/2019) to (06/08/2019) and even in notice period i've been transferred as debutation.


                                  However on 22nd may 2019 bm rejects my resignation request and with confirmation from hr and bm, i have re-initiated the resignation request on 23/05/2019 with the calculation of same last date (06/08/2019). And the same has been initiated in mail.

                                  There is no initimation of short notice till i served and handover formalities on (06/08/2019)

                                  After receiving fnf the amount of rs.12, 958 has been deducted as notice pay recovery, once i have raised the issue of shortfall in pay you people are saying that i've not served 90days notice period and there is short fall of 14days.

                                    My self mayur verma, privilege customer of yes bank account as well as in yes securities. However, earlier when i was investing in yes securities with purchasing of vsp plans and doing daily trade and margin trading giving profit to your brokers they are responding to my calls and mail daily. Now when i m not doing too much of margin trading then tour customer service has stopped responding my nails and calls.
                                    Even my relationship manager sitting in mumbai yes security branch mr. Shailesh raval / mr. Vasu dev. No one is responding to my mails to my queries from last one week.
                                    I also observe that my shares holding is being manipulated and i m not seeing my mtf stocks under my margin segment rather than those stocks has been transferred into derivatives cnc and gas been asked from me to clear that dues of purchase as soon possible.

                                    Kindly take necessary actions against yes securities as they are just bother of their brokerage and profit. Leaving the customer in between without any support.

                                      On 12 sep 2019, between 12:27 to 12:52 pm 10 transactions are made of rs.10000 each at patanjali haridwar which are fraudulent and i own no where to these.

                                      I hold nri account with yes bank and there had been repeatedly messages of fake amount deductions were received earlier too. Since there was no amount deducted from my account and reporting to the bank had no such alert to keep safe, everything looks normal until today my account got debited with 1 lac rs. Straight.

                                      I want this back from yes bank because as an aware customer i ensured full safety of my account and related information.
