    A payment of ₹10000 was sent from paytm upi to zaak pay.
    An unknown person called and tricked me into clicking a link through which the payment was directed into his account.
    Please i want a refund as it was a fraud against me.

      Kindly note that I had tried to recharge R- wallet in UTS app to get my 3 months first class pass on 27th December.

      But R-wallet recharge of Rs. 2500+53.10/- get failed and my money also got deducted from my account & till date I have not received the same.

          I complaint to teen pati real 3 app . He is telling me your transaction is unsuccessful and don't worry your money is safe and refund in 7 days ..

            On 21th December 2021 l tried to book my ticket in IRCTC with your gateway. The amount got deducted from my bank balance but still IRCTC didn't receive the money (Transaction ID: [protected]) and my payment got failed. Therefore I urgently need the refund of my money otherwise I won't be able to make any further bookings.
            Please refund my money immediately.

                          I was booking train Ticket through IRCTC on 14 Nov 2021 from HDFC bank but somehow it could not be done and Rs. 6596.1 has been deducted through

                          but still not received refund.

                                  UPI-MobiKwiK [protected]@hdfcbank-HDFC[protected]-Upi P2m Collect with ref. no.[protected] respectively .

                                  In this context on 14 Nov 2021, i have received refund of Rs.3164 through
                                  UPI-MobiKwiK [protected]@hdfcbank-HDFC[protected]-Zaakpay Refund with ref no.[protected] but still not received refund of Rs. 3098
