I haven't recieved my vp after successful purchase on gpay on my id REUBENXBARRETTO#4517 .Its showing transaction incomplete even after successful payment.

I made purchase to riot of INR 1350 through zaakpay payment portal using Google pay upi and my money was deducted but the money did not reach the merchant....

On September 10th I paid 2700 rupees. The money was debited from my bank account but I didn't get the valorant points. Please make sure I get a refund on this purchase...

On September 3rd i made 1st purchase of worth Rs 1599 to buy gun skin in valorant, the game did not reflect the in-game cash but the transaction was successful. my friend made a purchase for me to buy the skin. Again on the second try my other friend made the transaction and again it did not reflect. what a scam!!!
There is total of Rs 3198 zaakpay got it.
we need refunds as soon as possible please, i even contacted riot support...
