      I made purchase to riot of INR 1350 through zaakpay payment portal using Google pay upi and my money was deducted but the money did not reach the merchant.

          even i have the same problem, zaakpay is not replying at all and seems they are ignoring it. even i made transaction of Rs 3198 but got scammed.

          Yeah same here they are even contacted us yet but our complaint has been forwarded to them they are simply ignoring it.Valorant is making scam.

                  I had paid ₹1600 twice but the purchase was failed in the merchant site (ZAAKPAY) . The amount was paid successfully in Gpay . I received a mail as the payment was failed from zaakpay but the payment was successful.

                    On September 3rd i made 1st purchase of worth Rs 1599 to buy gun skin in valorant, the game did not reflect the in-game cash but the transaction was successful. my friend made a purchase for me to buy the skin. Again on the second try my other friend made the transaction and again it did not reflect. what a scam!!!
                    There is total of Rs 3198 zaakpay got it.
                    we need refunds as soon as possible please, i even contacted riot support first for the refund but they said to go for the bank, bank cannot give refund or anything coz the transaction was made already. last it comes to zaakpay who is the payment gateway to riot.
                    NEED A REFUND PLEASE!!!
