My IRCTC ticket not booked but amount of RS; 1467.20/- was deducted two time in my account - 09313(FESTVIL SPL) on 08/10/2021.

total deducted amount - 2934.40/-rs

However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used ZAAKPAY wallet to pay and payment was successful only but ticket not booked.

    I made a payment of INR 4000 and it took a bit time to process and it processed later and the amount has being deducted from the account. It's been a week contacting codashop payments. Please look into this matter and I want my valorant points as soon as possible.

      I had made a purchase for 1000 Valorant Points for ₹800 in order to buy the new battle pass from my Paytm account via UPI. The payment was completed according to PayTM and the money has been deducted accordingly. But then I have received an email saying that the transaction has failed. The ₹800 has been debited from my bank account, but I haven't received the 1000 Valorant Points and I have gotten an email saying the transaction has been canceled. I have contacted CodaPay, they say they can't do anything. I contacted the bank, they say they can't do anything. No response from ZaakPay nor Paytm. What am I supposed to do? Why are you guys scamming us like this?

                    I paid rs 799 on September 5 through Google pay to Zaakpay. The money has been debited from my account but I did not get my pass. On asking for a refund from the game support they informed that they haven't received the money at all.
                    I got a link from Zaakpay on my google pay app and I paid 799 but the link got expired. Now the money has been sent to Zaakpay and I haven't been able to get a refund. I have even sent a mail to their support.
                    Please send my money back...why are you scamming so many gamers like this and Why is your portal so problematic?
                    Kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible

                      So i bought vp on 13th sept, 2021 through via upi option. the transaction was completed after 24 hours as it was stuck in processing. the amount was debited from my bank account pls help. It was for 3650 vp which cost Rs 2, 700. I need a refund or my vp asap

                          When I was trying to purchase 1000 valorant points from valorant and got redirected to zaakpay where I typed in my google pay UPI ID i.e [protected]@oksbi. After a few seconds I received pop up in google pay app for money requested from zaakpay and instead of accepting that request i paid an amount to zaakpay.

                            Its been almost a month since i filed a complaint on THIS WEBSITE, zaakpay did reply me with saying that they needed my number. i paid Rs 3198 to buy valorant points to buy gun skin and the transaction was successful from the bank the riot did not receive any cash. we got scammed by zaakpay who took our money and now they are not refunding the money. cannot believe why would riot go for such ### payment gateway company. just like me there are lot of gamers out there waiting for the refunds and reply from zaakpay.
                            zaakpay is literally not responsing back after writing alot of mails. really disappointed. ITS A ### SCAM!!!

                                        Yesterday I went for purchase of valorant battlepass of a game name valorant of Riot games worth 800 rupees by purchasing the valorant points as valorant has take payment through your system. As you can see I have paid the amount 800 rupees and the payment is successful but it didn't reach to valorant. After talking with their support system they told me the payment is reach to you successfully but not reach to valorant due to some technical issue.They told me to contact tozaakpay's support and i want refund for the payment I give to you that was not able to reach to them. I want you to look into the matter as early as possible and refund the amount to me. I have message this to their support system and also mail them the same in [protected]@zaakpay.com.
