The amount was due to be credited back to my account on 27thJune, 2021 but till the time of writing this, the amount has not been credited. Please do at the earliest

On June 5, 2021, I made a transaction for WazirX, and the transaction was through Zaakpay. My account got debited with the amount of INR 20, 557.54, but it does not reflect in my WazirX account. I would like to know, what happened to my amount that was debited. I am enclosing the details.

I have tried make transaction using mobikwik, that site navigated to zaakpay gateway.there I did my transaction of RS 999.25 on 7th June 2021. Money got deducted from my bank account. But that amount not updated in mobikwik wallet.

I had booked 3 railway tickets using Zaakpay with my credit card and I had cancelled all of them due to covid. IRCTC had refunded those amount on 21st May 2021. But the amount didn't reflect yet in my account. The refunded transaction Ids are below with the amount

[protected] for amount 1045.0
[protected] for amount 2090.0

I request you to look into this matter asap and refund my amount.

Sir i was booked e- ticket through net banking used zaakpay gatway or powered by zaakpay. I cancelled that e-ticket on 30 apr 21 and irctc process my refund amount of rs 9080 on 02 may 21. But amount not credited in my account till now. Reference payment is zp5bdb87f188928.

I canceled railway tickets on 1 may 2021 on irctc.
1. PNR [protected] cancelation/refund id [protected] Amount 4720.

IRCTC refund status shows that Amounts are sent to bank via zaakpay payment gateway. But it is not refunded yet while 8 days are already gone.

So please help me to refund the amounts immediately.
