My card no. [protected] has been blocked by Zaakpay. This is sick and an abuse of power by some newcomers in the market. I want a valid reason or my card be unblocked.
I did not even know about this. I thought it was a server error. But when i tried to add money in my Mobikwik wallet using this card. It said my card was blocked by zaakpay . I need that card and at this point i cannot afford to block it and re apply. Please assist

Dear sir my freecharge yes bank credit card is block by your zaakpay services please activate my credit card number is [protected]. Two month is block my card.
Please halp me urgently.

    What irritating service you give to your customers for refund of double deduction amount. Since from 14th Dec.2016 I'm asking you to give me refund amount but no response from your side and with this all you BS debited more cash from my account that amount was 34000/-. What fake type of company your's is which ditch the customer and create more issue's to them.

    On 14th dec 2016 i had done online payment of domino's at jalgaon location which has deducted twice time as well as still returned amount i've not got yet and i can't reached to you by contact no. You had provided on internet please contact and provide proper service to your customer's with up-to-date details. For any, ore details please contact on this no.[protected]

    Please be informed that the said duplicate transaction has been refunded from merchant side which will be credited back to customer's account within 7 to 15 working days as per bank refund policy.

    how much amount you will pay to me? Just because of you I lost my 34000/- what about that will you that also to me. Some of your employee has hacked my ATM card n debited amount from my account which was not less its a bulk amount 34000/-.
    Hello, I am Ramamani K N . I had made payment by my debit card to the merchant through your link, which I was received from same merchant. as on 21st January 2017 for about Rs6900. Amount has been deducted from my bank account. And also I received successful payment message. but the merchant not yet received the amount. Please look into the issue. Make payment as early as possible. Thanking you.

      I made an online transaction through Mobikwik wallet on 28th Feb, 2016. The money was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. I'm yet to receive a refund for the amount that got debited. The details of the transaction are as mentioned below:

      The worst part is I've already mailed to Zaakpay and also tried contacting their customer care. No response at all!

        Zakpay, has tieup with onlinedealstoday, and together both of them fleecing money from consumers. Zappay provides Payment gateway and onlinedealstoday accept the payment through them and do not render the service.

        Together they are selling some online packages and once you make the payment, that's the end of story, no one will ever respond.

        My transaction number is ZPLive[protected] and i have made payment of 8000 Rs.
        Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I did not any payment from zaak epayment . but it deducted my balance
        Payment via zaakpay gateway for Ras free online course money deducted but no downloading show error, payment detail are dated 15 Feb 2017 transaction ID -IGAAUPDGC7 and IGAAUPDCZ6. AMOUT DEDUCTED FRMM ACCOUNT AND AFTERWARD SHOW ERROR,

        All I saw was a site selling xbox one for 280 rs and I knew it was fraud named WWW.TheJTstore.com

          Transaction 1 payment id :[protected] bill reference no Zp14d29faaff2 transaction 2 payment id :[protected] bill reference no. zp14d29fc16f8 with reference to the details given above : 1. i made two transactions towards mobikwik wallet payment on 6 may 2015, details as given above. 2. one transaction was successful and money was credited to the wallet. 3. one transaction was unsuccessful, money was debited from my account but nnot credited towards mobikwik. 4. i am yet to receive the money back and no information provided to me by zaak.
