I've cancelled 3 tickets but the refund amount has not been credited to my bank a/c.

Updated by Sourav Kumar Khan according to my complaint two problem has been resolved but one is still unsolved. Two refund amount of 3870/- and 3230/- credited to my bank account after complaint to both your website and irctc website. But the 3rd amount of 9675/- has not been credited to my a/c still now. I've complained three times to irctc and did contact by phone but they gave no satisfactory answer. Under this circumstances please give attention to my problem so that I could get my refund amount as soon as possible.
