I am mahanand uppar, i tried to book tatkal ticket on december-02-2017 from dharwar to yeshwantpur. While booking ticket amount got deducted but ticket booking transaction failed. Irctc transaction id is: [protected]. As this booking is not confirmed kindly refund my deducted amount rs.775.90/- to same account. Bank transaction id is:[protected].

    I have booked one ticket in irctc on 14-oct-2017 through irctc mobile app and payment gateway is zaakpay and cancelled the ticket on 27-nov-2017 due to some personal reasons, but no amount is revert to my account. Irctc said we have refund your money to zaakpay on 30-nov-2017. Hence i requste to you please do the need full as soon as earliest

        I booked irctc ticket on 26 november transaction i'd [protected] but ticked not booked and my refund not return yet. Irctc web shows amount is refunded on same day and refund id is [protected]. Refund amount 1510. Please return my refund as soon as possible.

          I had tried to book a ticket on24/10/17 by train 19713 from swm to whm but the transaction failed.Id [protected].
          Amount of Rs. 4130 was deducted from my Axis bank account .( INB/[protected] / ZAAKEPAYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD on dt 24/10/17)

                I have booked rly. Ticket on 11.11.2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid amount through sbi net banking. Ticket got cancelled for train on 26nov2017 automatically as it was still in wl after chart preparation.

                When checked in portal it says refunded to bank but it was not credited to my account yet. Please resolve this as soon as possible

                    I booked a tatal ticket but in waiting list.. It was cancelled on before departure of train because of waiting list. The money was deducted of rupees 1155. I checked the irctc website. It shows it was refunded to zkpy. But the money was deducted through axis bank. What is zkpy? Why don't you refund the money to bank which was used by user? I didn't receive the money yet in bank account.
                    Could you please refund the money to my bank account as soon as possible.

                      according to my complaint two problem has been resolved but one is still unsolved. Two refund amount of 3870/- and 3230/- credited to my bank account after complaint to both your website and irctc website. But the 3rd amount of 9675/- has not been credited to my a/c still now. I've complained three times to irctc and did contact by phone but they gave no satisfactory answer. Under this circumstances please give attention to my problem so that I could get my refund amount as soon as possible.

                      Balance was deducted for failed transaction. Sending copy of failed transaction for which my balance of 852.49 Rs was deducted from citibank credit card on[protected].

                            Please note that i had cancelled my irctc ticket on 24th november 2017 and itctc website shows that the refund has been made on 27th november 2017. However the refund has been made to zpky bank and i have still not got my refund of rs. 3000.00.

                                    This is in reference to a payment made through Instamojo Technologies on the 8th of February, 2017.
                                    I had made a payment to pay for a college trip, the transaction amount being Rs. 6194. My bank account was debited with the same amount but the payment was not made due to which I had to make the payment again. I filed a complaint with my bank and they processed it. Now they advised me to contact you to refund the amount.
                                    Kindly look into this issue and revert back at the earliest.

                                      I have booked the ticket in irctc on 18-oct-2017 through zaakpay and cancelled the ticket on same day, but only partial amount of 3610.0 rs is only reflecting in my account and another partial amount of
