    I had tried booked rly. Takal tickets using irctc portal on 21st dec 2017.

    The transactions failed twice and in the irctc portal refund status tracker, the refund amount seems to be sent to zkpy with refund status as refunded.

    But the cash not receved in my bank a/c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

          I booked train tickets from irctc and made payment through zaakpay pg. The payment was settled but the tickets didn't get booked as i chose lower berth. I made transaction on 15th december 2017. Irctc refunded the money on 19th december 2017. It is yet to credited to my account. Irctc refunded rs. 1075/- but i was charged about rs. 1090/-. I made payment through my sbi debit card. Refund my money asap.

                    I booked a tatkal ticket today (22.12.2017). The payment gateway is zaakpay and paid using sbi debit card but the ticket is not confirmed but the payment is accepted and debited from account. I know the amount will be refunded. But the problem is i got only partial amount refunded.
                    Its very disappointed. You have to refund full amount for the unconfirmed ticket i paid. But i dont know why i got only partial amount.

                                Services hrin-n150257o[protected] through this epayment whom i don't know they have taken my 10000rupees without my knowledge. I dont know how they taken without my permission. And i have noteven received any message like "10000 rupees debited in ur account". So plz do needful to get refund my money to my account.

                                      I have cancelled two of my irctc e-ticket on 08 dec'17 - pnr : [protected] (Refund amt : rs.85) & pnr [protected] (Refund amt : rs. 820). Current status mentioned as amount refunded on 12 dec'17. It was done through my hdfc net banking and zaakpay mode. But amount not yet credited to my account.
