I have booked rly. Ticket on 11/12/2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 11/12/2017. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 12/12/2017 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I have booked Train Ticket on 09/12/2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid through ICICI debit card. Due to some reason my train ticket auto cancelled because of in TATKAL waiting list on 10/12/2017. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 12/12/2017 through zkpy. But cash not received in my bank A/C. Please resolve this as soon as possible

    Refund id [protected] from irctc says refunded to bank zkpy but it is still not credited into my hdfc bank account from which i had booked the ticket.
    What is zkpy bank means.

    This did reservation through zaakpay pg for Rs.2780/- buy next day i did cancelled the reservation ticket. But i dont get money back.

              Dear sir

              I have made a transaction of rail ticket booking on 2nd nov from ndls to ujn of amount rs. 1795. But it failed due to passenger were not in same coach. Tickets are not booked and i have not any payment refund also where as in mobile app it is showing settled.

              Please help in the case as it is already more than 10 days i have not received any refund

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I have booked a ticket through IRCTC using my HDFC bank debit card and which I have then cancelled on 11th Nov 2017.

                    In my refund history it's showing amount has been refunded to bank "ZKPY" on 14th Nov 2017 with the transaction ID as "[protected]".

                    But until today the refund amount is still not credited into my bank account.

                    Kindly refund the amount ASAP.

                                  I made a payment of rs 750 and they charged rs 5.90 withTransaction Ref No IGACMVGFW7 for Rs.755.90 for booking IRCTC ticket through mobikwik powered multi transaction of internet banking of SBI.

                                  I booked with preference of "book only if atleast one lower berth is allotted", but it is not available .

                                  And ticket wasn't get booked by irctc and they mentioned that they refunded to zaakpay PG .
                                  But I still didn't get refunded to my bank account.
                                  Kindly refund to my bank account soon.

                                      Hello i am rupesh nair and i have booked a ticket on 28th november from thane to ernakulam via mobikwik and i have cancelled it on 1st december.
                                      My refund status in irctc is showing as refunded but not yet received. When tried to contact irctc they said the monet is credited to zaakpay and they havent credited it to my account.
