This is in regard to my order placed on zara online. I made the payment through upi (Citrus solution pvt limited) or [protected]@axisbank. My order has been cancelled due to some reasons. Apropos, i haven’t receive any information regarding the refunding of the money related to this. I have been sending feedback to citrus solutions pvt limited through google pay as i proceeded my payment through google pay. No response has been received. Zara shoes order not placed. Paid 3990rs via google pay app.I emailed but there was no response from your side.when will I get the refund? I have sent the screenshot of the payment. Please look forward to it

Today i.e 21st Friday feb I made a payment through citrus while shopping in Zara for a product worth rs.3, 590. The payment is made via Google pay and the money is also deducted but still saying payment failed.

Pls help me to get my money back.
