    I made a payment via UPI to Zebpay. My wallet has not been credited now for 7 days. Also, my complaint ticket no 326093 is yet to be resolved, lying open for an equal amount of time.

      Sir, I deposited 2500 rupees to zebpay account from my Kotak Mahindra bank through [protected]@icici UPI. The amount is debited from my Kotak account but till now not credited in my zebpay account. I asked them and they are giving reply as we didn't receive payment from your side.
      Details -. 24th February .
      Enclosed my payment details and zebpay reply letter below . Pls do the needful and credit my amount in my account.

          I am trying to login on my zebpay account since 2 days but no otp is coming on my phone
          I cant use option call me since i am in UAE and incoming calls are not possible on my india number here.
          What should i do next???

            I submitted a withdrawal request of rs 9, 975 on 18feb. Its been 20 days now, there's no response from zebpay. I received only one email from them to send related details and document and after that it is more than 8 days and no response from their half .I might have sent more than 5 - 6 complaint email. But they don't care about their customers. There's no response from their side. . I don't know if I'll get my money back or not .

                I submitted a withdrawal request. Its been 10 days now, there's no response from zebpay. I might have sent more than 15 email chasers. But they don't care about their customers. There's not a single response from their side. I reached out through their ticket, youtube, Facebook, twitter but no response. I don't know if I'll get my money back or not.

                  Dear Zebpay I have deposited ₹5000 in my Zebpay wallet on 3rd March but the amount is not yet reflecting in wallet. The money has already been deducted from my bank account. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Or else at least assure me that my money is safe. Please reply to my ticket #323028

                      Yesterday I did a transfer of ₹5000 from my bank account to my zebpay wallet using net banking but till now even after 24hrs it’s not reflecting in my account . Please ask Zebpay to solve the issue asap. I have also raised a ticket numbered #323028 . It’s a huge amount for me . Please Zebpay please don’t do this.

                                        On 24/02/2021, I transferred Rs. 4080/-from my SBI account([protected]) to my Zebpay wallet through your partner, [protected]@ICICI, but the same has not yet been credited to my Zebpay wallet. After raising two tickets & sending 2/3 mails, nobody hears nothing. It is very URGENT sir, I want to purchase TRX against such amount. Please help me sir as a result of which the said amount will be credited to my Zebpay wallet or RE TRANSFER such amount to my SBI Bank account from where it had been sent.
                                        Please do the needful at the earliest.
