I submitted a withdrawal request of rs 9, 975 on 18feb. Its been 20 days now, there's no response from zebpay. I received only one email from them to send related details and document and after that it is more than 8 days and no response from their half .I might have sent more than 5 - 6 complaint email. But they don't care about their customers. There's no response from their side. . I don't know if I'll get my money back or not .

Dear Zebpay on 4th March I had deposited 5000rs in my Zebpay wallet but it’s not reflecting there but the same amount has been Dede from my bank account. Please solve my ticket numbered #323028. Please help me Zebpay ....

I submitted a withdrawal request. Its been 10 days now, there's no response from zebpay. I might have sent more than 15 email chasers. But they don't care about their customers. There's not a single response from their side. I reached out through their ticket, youtube, Facebook, twitter but no response. I don't know if I'll get my money back or not.

Dear Zebpay I have deposited ₹5000 in my Zebpay wallet on 3rd March but the amount is not yet reflecting in wallet. The money has already been deducted from my bank account. My money not show IN zebpay account but I'm sending...

Yesterday I did a transfer of ₹5000 from my bank account to my zebpay wallet using net banking but till now even after 24hrs it’s not reflecting in my account . Please ask Zebpay to solve the issue asap. I have also raised a ticket numbered #323028 . It’s a huge amount for me . Please Zebpay please don’t do this....

I deposited 10000 ₹ into zebpay wallet by UPI, my payment is successful by bank. But that transferred amount didn't show in my zebpay wallet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I deposited Rs 25000 to Zebpay from my registered bank account on 20/02/2021, which was supposed to be credited immediately - but even after five days, it still hasn’t been credited.

I wrote numerous mails to them and raised many complaint tickets through their app, but none was replied back.
