Dear Team,

I have withdrawn my amount and I am following up with the team but still I haven't received my money back. At the time of registration and deposit the money it will process smoothly but at the time of withdrawal now company do the harrasment. I want my money back on priority.

    I deposited Rs 25000 to Zebpay from my registered bank account on 20/02/2021, which was supposed to be credited immediately - but even after five days, it still hasn’t been credited.

    I wrote numerous mails to them and raised many complaint tickets through their app, but none was replied back.

    Please help me.

      I deposited Rs 25000 to my Zebpay account (from my registered SBI bank account) on 20th February. It is, still, not credited to my Zebpay balance.

      I had raised several tickets through my Zebpay app and wrote several mails as well, but couldn’t get any solution.

      Please help me.

        I have given withdrawal from zebpay .and not credited my bank account .it is fraud because did not give reply Gmail or reason of pending withdrawal.i have given following withdrawal details images.

            Dear Sir,
            I am a new investor in your zebpay app. I transferred Rs.50, 000 into your zebpay. I had transferred some amaount before also. But this time, the aforesaid amount of Rs.50, 000 has not been credited in my account . This amount has been deducted from my bank account. After filing complain with the bank, the bank officials have confirmed that this amount has been transferred to your account. But why are you not adding this amount to my account. Please take some immediate action.

            please take some action. Either add this amount to my trading account or re transfer that to my bank account.

                            Sir/madam
                            I've been actively trading on zebpay before it got discontinued in 2018
                            After reactivation I've been trying to again start trading but due to reasons UNKNOWN I am not able to get the verification pin, also it seems that my account has been blocked.
                            I am trying from last several days to resolve this issue.
                            Kindly give me clear reason.

                              Hello Team,

                              I deposited an order of Rs 50000 through ICICI IMPS transfer on 8th of February, deposit number being #D10422439. After 4 days, I cancelled the order in application as I needed money for other payments. Since then, money has neither been added to the Zebpay wallet nor it has bee transferred back to my bank account. I have raised multiple tickets #285475, #283935 but there is no response. Please assist on an urgent basis.

                                        I had initiated an IMPS transfer of 10, 000 INR to the ZebPay ICICI account on 15th Feb; the transaction is successful. However, the amount is not credited in my ZebPay wallet. Ticket # 288812 has been submitted with ZebPay support but there's no update after the initial acknowledgement email.

                                        Highly disappointed with the service and this is really a deal breaker fro any future transactions. Please assist in getting either getting my money back or crediting them to the ZebPay Wallet at the earliest.
