I registered a complaint for my Whirlpool Refrigerator of 405
Liters. An engineer charged Rs. 2900 to refill the
gas against Receipt no. 593 dated[protected]. The engineer Anand Rai who visited our place was an untrained person who was not aware of how to repair and even diagnose the problem. He did some experiments with which the Compressor stopped working and the fridge got dead. We called 15-20 times to request to get the Fridge repaired. All the articles and vegetables, milk, etc. got destroyed. Everyday, we chased with the engineers. Finally, we were told that the engineer who visited us is not able to diagnose the problem and were ready to refund the amount we paid to hem. We lodged the complaint to Whirlpool Service Center who replaced the compressor and charged Rs. 6740/- .
I request the Complaint forum to put a strict adherence action against the company who approached us through JustDial and who got my refrigerator worth Rs. 45000/- completely dead and unrepairable. Please file a complaint against this company for all such harassment and loss incurred by me and also charge them with the penalty so that they never send untrained people to customers house where they are making consumer electronic goods completely unrepairable.
