Dear team,
It's been 7 days running after submitting the request of create account to zerodha.
No body evenly has informed me through any communication like mail or anything that ipv was the problem until i raised a ticket after 2nd day.
Even after completion of ipv 2nd round 2 days overdue but not received any credential details yet.
Horrible slow process with no inimation.

I had done an imps transaction from icici known source to zerodha account
Till now from past 3 days i didn't see the fund credited to my account. I had called them 10 times but it is so slow to respond neither they took care of transferring the amount. I checked with source bank they said it was transferred same day to zerodha yet i didn't see it on my account, please be careful with imps transfer to zerodha...

I have sent hardcopy to them to activate commodity account which they committed will be completed in 48 hrs. Now three days had passed but still i haven't seen any movement. Called support 6 times and all are just putting internal note and committing that it will. Resolve in few hrs but no result. largest unauthorized trade/square-off

Zerodha squares-off largest (78000 units of TATAMOTORS) unauthorized trade within 15 minutes of trade day while client got T+1 days. This caused the client a total loss of 84 Lakhs within a single transaction. The entire fault is due to Zerodha's liquidation.

The issue has been dealt with NSE arbitration panel which found Zerodha guilty. They Zerodha appealed, the appeal panel again found Zerodha guilty o[censored]nauthorized trade....

I have submitted online application about 3 weeks ago and posted poa about 2 weeks ago. Upon repeated attempts i have not received any credentials and not getting any status information. payment failure while adding funds but not refunded

I have attempted adding funds through KITE App but it failed repeatedly twice. Money is still not refunded in my bank account. I have never faced any refund issue during payment failure on any other payment gateways hence I am quite worried. Due to above problem I am not even adding further funds for buying fresh stocks.
