Dear sir,
I have payed 1800 rupees to zerodha for trying to open account with zerodha. My account never got through and zerodha refunded 1300. Now they are saying they only got 1300 from my account till date. I have all the proof from bank and gpay payment receipts. I submitted all this to zerodha still they are not refunding my 500 rupees. The marketing executive also stop responding my messages and quality team doesn't reply on email.#[protected] this is the request number. Please guide me.

No i haven't got any response from zerodha. Also no one responds to my email.i mailed to [protected]@zerodha.com.I got the acknowledgement mail but till date no reply.see in this case the matter is of 500 but if zerodha really want make the matter worst i am ready to spend 5 lakhs for this 500 if required.

What should i do to your sincere apology.I request all the consumers to check the clients case on this website before opening account.see zerodha how do they care about the customer.From 27 Dec they have been saying there executive will call me.Its all building up.an will help me file a strong case against you

    As the poa should not be digitally signed. So i signed and couriered the poa on 21st dec 2018 and it got delivered on 22nd dec 2018 to the office address:
    153/154 4th cross dollars colony,
    Opp. Clarence public school,
    J. P nagar 4th phase,
    Bangalore - 560078
    And the courier was received by mr. Sealsigen (Office colleague)
    But the zerodha haven't yet mailed me that they received or not.
    There is no status regarding it.
    I booked a complaint on their website too. There is no response regarding it.
    Similar i was experiencing glitches while intraday trade.
    The site got shutdown for few minutes.

      I have sent the poa document and it has been delivered last thursday on 20/12/2018 confirmed by my courier service. Still my poa has not been updated. Its been so many days my trading account is yet not active to sell any shares. My email id registered is [protected]@gmail.com and zerodha client id is br1985.
      Kindly update it give the confirmation for the same sson. I have contacted customer support also but no help.

        The power of attorney document was couriered and delivered but upon calling zerodha i was told that they haven't recieved it. Its been two days and there is no response from them, i was told that it would take 24 hours to process and update the poa document. I have a significant amount invested and have to sell the stocks bought from it pretty soon. If this is not delt with in time i might face a drastic loss.

          Hi, this is vinayak. I am using zerodha from from couple of years, from last couple i was suspicious about additional money deducted from my account. At least from last one month each transaction i am tracking, and to my surprise everyday around 40-90rs is additional deductions from my account.
          Zerodha, pls take this matter seriously before such things appears in public platform. I never expected such cheap tricks from zerodha at least. You can contact me on [protected].

          I have joined zerodha referral program 6 months ago. they give a CRM platform I have paid 1280 fees, they give me partner ID ZMPXQK.
          the leads which i enters in CRM not showing since last 4 months . I contact support team but didn't get any response . and they assign a sales manager which is never pick a calls

            Raised a request for dematerialization of my mutual funds in the month of august 2018. Got a confirmation mail stating that de mat provider had requested for switch of mutual funds without my consent or at least a prior intimation. Because of that i had lost inr 3000 app. Due to switch when markets were down. Didn't update my coin platform in spite of repetitive follow ups. The lame explanation being given by the staff would be "only on saturdays and sundays, manually coin platform needs to be updated, so please cooperate (So you want me to come and update platform, and do your work? That's why you are being paid?) unless otherwise platform gets updated, additional investment is not possible. As my platform is not updated, thanks to you, i couldn't invest when the markets were down. No matter what how many tickets we raise, we never get a proper reply. Tickets got closed even before my problem got resolved. When i called, i was being told that"our representative will get back to you with in half an hour. Don't know what happened to so called representative. Employees seem to be pretty much ignorant. Sad to say still my platform ain't updated, representative never call. May god save the customers and bless zerodha.

            It's almost 2 months, still my platform is not updated properly. Don't know how to make those people understand my problem. Wish there's atleast one person who really try to readdress customer grievances.

              Dear team,
              It's been 7 days running after submitting the request of create account to zerodha.
              No body evenly has informed me through any communication like mail or anything that ipv was the problem until i raised a ticket after 2nd day.
              Even after completion of ipv 2nd round 2 days overdue but not received any credential details yet.
              Horrible slow process with no inimation.
              Totally worthless..
              I started beliving my money wasted as too much hazardous process with just for opening account with you.
              I am not sure how the trades, sqauring off position and money you are handling, thats previously i heard of but now i am also experiencing why cases have been lodged against you.
              But i am sure that i am not going to use your platform for trading anymore.
              Let me search how to take this issue highlighted to higher escation department.

                I had done an imps transaction from icici known source to zerodha account
                Till now from past 3 days i didn't see the fund credited to my account. I had called them 10 times but it is so slow to respond neither they took care of transferring the amount. I checked with source bank they said it was transferred same day to zerodha yet i didn't see it on my account, please be careful with imps transfer to zerodha

                  I submitted the required documents along with the two cancelled chque leaves of two times for modifying account details in my zerodha account. First time through online it is rejected stating wrong signature and second time by vising the nearest office which in hebbal, bangalore to check the signature but the representative told today is saturday no staff were there on online so i can't help submit the doc with another signature. I submitted there and he given time till tuesday to update the details, but there is no response from there end. While trying to login from ipv services of zerodha error coming unable to save while verifying.

                    I have sent hardcopy to them to activate commodity account which they committed will be completed in 48 hrs. Now three days had passed but still i haven't seen any movement. Called support 6 times and all are just putting internal note and committing that it will. Resolve in few hrs but no result. They had really casual approach in dealing existing customers and don't bothered to resolve. No process to expedite such cases and no contact as well.

                    I am really frustrated now.

                      Physical options trade not allowed intea day when there is open position
                      In the month of september i have open position in put i have open position in hexawae put when i sell before expiry two day ago i sold open position higher rate and then endo of day rat was very low so want to to interday buy i am not able take interday opportunity and i lost it and next day further down so double loss.
                      I didn't get good response from zeroda.
                      And then after the issues was rasie fom next month they allowed everything.

                      So this was clean chit with me earlier not allowed now they allowed and try was telling married issues.

                        Zerodha cant exucute order at time 3.15 after that they squre off order and apply charges of call and trade service. Customer support experience is so bad. Very bad experience and service is so wrost. Also economicaly not good we paid the money for best service as they says but they cant do real their commitment so i requested to zerodha please don't take thus type of charges because it's ur problem not ur because not execute of order is not my problem i take right time to exit my position but technical issue it's ur problem we paid money for best service not to wrost and frustration. Why zerodha facing these many bugs and technical problem many times i read news and opinion against zerodha

                        We have no issues with order execution at around 3.15 PM.
                        We encourage people to square off their positions before 3.20 PM as our auto- square off gets a higher load due to this.
                        The call and trade charges are charged to disincentivize traders from letting their position to go auto- square off queue rather than to monetize out of it.

                          I sent my dad's "original share certificate" (100 shares - corporate courier) along with "3 copies of drf" & "self-attested copy of pan" via speed post having consignment no - et[protected]in which delivered to zerodha h. O. On 22-nov-2018.

                          I raised ticket #[protected] on behalf of my dad (User id - gn2169) to know the status of physical shares transfer.

                          I am chasing zerodha from 26-nov to get the status of physical shares transfer. But everything in vain. It seems zerodha hardly bothers customers.

                          I hope you will process the form before 5-dec-18 (Last day).

                          Also, with regards to de-materialization the last date is not on Dec 5th. Only transfer of physical shares will not be possible after Dec 5th, there is no restriction on de-materialization.

                          I have 5000 rs in Zerodha and i bought 250 shares of nila infra with this 5000 rs buying price is 20 rs
                          Now in my account showing avg buying price is 4 rs
                          And now i have only 1000 rs in my account
                          Theese all are done by zerodha without giving proper communication

                              my withdrawal amount not credited my bank account

                              I am withdrwal amount rs.37800 22nd nov 2018 still till date not credited my bank account. Call to custmer care more time but no positive response don, t know what happing.. 10 or more time support email i will send email but no one can help about this query.                               Hello sir / madam, it's regarding Zerodha poa, I have sent the a copy of poa documents to Zerodha My client id is hj8207, I have sent the copy of selfattested poa to Zerodha and I got confirmation about the delivery ie on 23/11/18, but still im unable to watch my holdings n sell them, kindly help me I have invested around 30k but I'm unable to do anything

                                largest unauthorized trade/square-off

                                Zerodha squares-off largest (78000 units of TATAMOTORS) unauthorized trade within 15 minutes of trade day while client got T+1 days. This caused the client a total loss of 84 Lakhs within a single transaction. The entire fault is due to Zerodha's liquidation.

                                The issue has been dealt with NSE arbitration panel which found Zerodha guilty. They Zerodha appealed, the appeal panel again found Zerodha guilty o[censored]nauthorized trade....

                                Mothersumi company had given the bonus shares for its investor, but your system are not updating on my holdings. When your other peers are already updated. Please update as soon as possible. This will mislead my holding account ledger.

                                I also seen abnormal behaviour on saturday (03 nov 2018) on your software zerodha kite prices were going up & down where there was a trading holiday.

                                Please do not mislead your client. Be updated & be user friendly

                                  However as per new company policies i or my dependents are not allowed to trade. So requesting you to send my all documents.

                                  I do not see any further updates from company ends. Neither they have transferred money nor returning documents. Highlighted to company CEO.

                                  Shailesh, your account couldn't be opened due to invalid bank proof submitted. As a policy, we do not refund the account opening charges. We have taken your case as an exception and already initiated the refund of the charges and you must have already got the credit of the same.
                                  My zerodha demate account MV4380 in debited 283 due to call and trade and net settlement for eqiity. I don't know why you are cut amount in demate account kindly refund money as soon as possible.and ensure that don't cut such type money.

                                    login credentials not received for new demat account for 2 weeks

                                    Ticket [protected] already raised for login credentials not receive for new account.
                                    Riffat is handling my account but is not able to solve the issue yet. Issue pending for over 2 weeks now.

                                    I have sent all the documents to zerodha office and they have acknowledged that the documents have been received.
                                    Please help me resolving this as soon as possible...
