Guys, never open trading account with zerodha, cheaters. Till getting your account opening fee, they are prompt enough and after opening response for any help is utterly poor. Even for the account had opened, they frequently send mails the hardcopy sent by me by courier did not reach them. Just kick them away. zerodha made payment to open an account, but account not opened

I applied for account opening on 31st january 2019. I paid the charges for account opening and even sent the courier of poa on the given address in bangalore. But still i didn't receive any mail regarding login credentials. Please open my account asap and mail me the login credentials. Help me with this. I completed the form filling and payment. Also the courier was delivered successfully....

no refund on account opening fees

At time of account opening their representative told that there is no need to send any documents and after opening there asking to send poa sign for which costs me additionally. So decided that not want to be with zerodha. So asking for refund.

At time of account opening commitment and after account opening commitment different. I have paid 300 inr to zerodha.
They asking for signed poa form to bangalore which will coast...

why there is difference in dr reddy chart for 28th jan 2019

I have seen a difference in drreddy chart for 28th jan.
On 28th jan 2019, day's low for drreddy was 2597.05 according to nse website & other websites. But in zerodha kite it is showing as 2598.15.
I want to know that why is this difference? Is there any difference in other charts also, if yes why?

No body clearly dosen't know what that are talking about when you call zerodha helpline with query they just suggest you to make a token on zerodha support and when you do that they give you a # reply which dosen't give you any proper information about your problem and then they again suggested me to call zerodha helpline and from there they recommend me to make another toke
So right now i am running in a loop since 1monthbr...

I have been following-up with zerodha almost 3 weeks but i dont see the poa are getting updated. I have called my representative almost many time and he does not pick my call as well. When ever i call customer support and ask them the status of the ticket they reply me stating that this has been escalated and you will be contacted shortly, but i never receive any call from any one.

Hi,
This is my 5th complaint and i am not going to stop unless zerodha call's me and refunds my 500 which i paid for account opening and account didn't open due to technical issues of zerodha. I would like to inform everyone that zerodha customer service is very bad. They will only help you to create the account once its created its done. Zerodha doesn't care for existing customer. They only concentrate on new customer till the account...

Today morning at 9:25 i placed an order for a trade to short sell, and the market moved up, so i had to get off at a loss of 1500 rs. But couldnt place a order as it continued to timeout. And then i made a call to zerodha which they answered after a wait time of 4-5 mins. I was forced to ask the agent to buy the lot and square the trade off. And by then i made a loss of 10500 rs. #[protected] this is my complaint number and i have not received any email or any call. No one is bothered. Just get a reply here that your case might have been solved a representative will contact. Nothing happens. As i have already mailed many times plus complaints over here. If my money is not refunded then i will take a legal action against zerodha....

poa not updated till date

I have send my poa to zerodha head office address as they said to me on 21/12/2018 through dtdc courier service. As per tracking details by dtdc courier service the documents are received by zerodha on 26/12/2018. After chatting with their support team they assigned me a ticket regarding my complain, it has been passed 4 day after receiving my poa but still it was not updated in my account. I not able to sell my stock. I am very much disappointed...

poa still not updated...!! (no response)

As the poa should not be digitally signed. So i signed and couriered the poa on 21st dec 2018 and it got delivered on 22nd dec 2018 to the office address:

poa still not updated

I have sent the poa document and it has been delivered last thursday on 20/12/2018 confirmed by my courier service. Still my poa has not been updated. Its been so many days my trading account is yet not active to sell any shares. My email id registered is [protected]@gmail.com and zerodha client id is br1985.
Kindly update it give the confirmation for the same sson. I have contacted customer support also but no help....

power of attorney document not being updated.

The power of attorney document was couriered and delivered but upon calling zerodha i was told that they haven't recieved it. Its been two days and there is no response from them, i was told that it would take 24 hours to process and update the poa document. I have a significant amount invested and have to sell the stocks bought from it pretty soon. If this is not delt with in time i might face a drastic loss....

frequent additional deductions

Hi, this is vinayak. I am using zerodha from from couple of years, from last couple i was suspicious about additional money deducted from my account. At least from last one month each transaction i am tracking, and to my surprise everyday around 40-90rs is additional deductions from my account.
Zerodha, pls take this matter seriously before such things appears in public platform. I never expected such cheap tricks from zerodha at...

dematerialization of mutual funds

Raised a request for dematerialization of my mutual funds in the month of august 2018. Got a confirmation mail stating that de mat provider had requested for switch of mutual funds without my consent or at least a prior intimation. Because of that i had lost inr 3000 app. Due to switch when markets were down. Didn't update my coin platform in spite of repetitive follow ups. The lame explanation being given by the staff would be "only on saturdays...
